I had an utterly disappointing experience with Taylor Morrison- Lisso community,
**Lack of Service and Clear Communication:**
- Taylor Morrison's team, particularly Ruben, promised to address certain concerns with the house, but their commitment to service was inconsistent and often disappointing.
- The most concerning part was their pressure tactics, especially by Ruben, to force me to sign agreements prematurely, despite unfinished work in the house. This not only raised legal concerns but created an extremely uncomfortable situation.
**Threatening and Manipulative Behavior:**
- What truly shocked me was the threatening and manipulative behavior displayed by Taylor Morrison's team, including management. I received warning emails, accusing me of not showing up for appointments, which was far from the truth. This type of behavior is unprofessional, misleading, and simply unacceptable.
**Forced Closures and Trickery:**
- Taylor Morrison, through their representatives like Ruben, went to great lengths to try and trick me into closing the house without providing the promised services. This was not only unethical but bordered on deceitful tactics.
**Poor Quality of Homes:**
- It's important to note that the quality of the homes delivered by Taylor Morrison is subpar. The materials and products used in construction vary widely from one home to another, giving the impression that corners are cut to save costs.
In summary, my experience with Taylor Morrison, Ruben, and Sam has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of service, pressure tactics, threats, attempts at forcing me into a closing without fulfilling their commitments, and the questionable quality of their homes have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I would strongly caution anyone considering Taylor Morrison as their homebuilder to think twice and proceed with extreme caution. My one-star rating reflects my overwhelming dissatisfaction with their services and behavior. Be careful with the TM team, as the quality of their homes appears to be very cheap, with materials and products varying drastically from one home to another.
I had a terrible experience with my new home. My heater stopped working, and it hasn't even been a month since I moved into this newly built house. The quality of construction is not good, and the systems in the house are below standard. The service from Taylor Morrison in the Lisso Austin community in Pflugerville has been really bad. What's more, my neighbor is facing issues with their roof leak and heater too.
