TechSmith: Unleash Your Creativity with SnagIt and Camtasia
TechSmith's website is a real gem when it comes to software products. They offer a bunch of top-notch stuff, but my absolute favorites are SnagIt and Camtasia. SnagIt is a screen capture software that lets you grab anything you see on your screen with ease. It's like magic, but without any of those pesky trojans, viruses, or scams. Trust me, it's the real deal.
Now, let me tell you about Camtasia. This bad boy is a screen record and edit software that will blow your mind. You can capture your screen, record your voice, and even edit your videos all in one place. It's like having a whole production studio at your fingertips. And guess what? It's as clean as a whistle, no sneaky malware or fishy business here.
I can't stress enough how impressed I am with the quality of TechSmith's products. They really know their stuff and deliver top-notch software that won't let you down. If you're in need of some serious screen capturing or video editing tools, look no further. TechSmith has got you covered.
I highly recommend giving their website a visit and checking out their awesome software lineup. You won't be disappointed, I promise. So go ahead, take the plunge and experience the greatness that TechSmith has to offer. You won't regret it.
Techsmith: The Ultimate Free Software for Screen Capture and Video Recording
Techsmith is the place to go if you want to snag some free software for capturing screenshots and videos of your computer screen. Let me tell you, it's super easy to use and download. I gotta say, this little piece of freeware is my go-to. I mean, seriously, it's a total game-changer for those moments when you need to walk someone through a computer task. Trust me, it's a real lifesaver.
Unsubscribe Nightmare: Constant Errors and Missing Pages Make Escape Impossible
Don't even bother subscribing to these guys' emails! I mean, seriously, it's like they don't even care about the law in the UK. You know, the one that says you have the right to unsubscribe from annoying emails? Well, let me tell you, every time I try to unsubscribe from their emails, I always end up with this weird HTTP500 Internal Server Error. Like, what even is that? And if I try to log in and manage my subscriptions, guess what? The page is always not found. It's like they're playing hide and seek with my unsubscribe button. They've clearly made it impossible to get rid of their emails. It's so frustrating!
Efficient and Quick Video Editing Solution for Gaming Videos: Techsmith Review
Techsmith is a website that offers a video editing software. It may take some time to achieve a smooth 60 frames per second (fps) playback, but it is indeed possible with this software. Although it may not be as advanced as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere, it is capable of rendering 1080p videos at 60fps.
The best part is that you can edit a video in just 5 minutes and move on. It is perfect for those who want to quickly edit their videos without spending too much time on it. In my opinion, it provides everything you need for a proper YouTube channel. You don't need a high-end studio editor for a gaming video.
As long as your encoder can handle 60fps and can keep up with fast-paced and graphically intensive games, you're good to go. So, if you're looking for a simple and efficient video editing solution for your gaming videos, Techsmith is definitely worth considering.
Disappointing Experience with Snagit: Lack of Customer Service and Persistent Issues
I recently bought Snagit for my personal computer, but I've been facing some issues with it. The desktop icon keeps disappearing frequently, and it constantly attempts to update to a newer version. I tried reaching out to their IT support for assistance, but the instructions they provided were of no help. It's quite frustrating because you can't even talk to a real person since they seem to be too busy hiding behind their website. Snagit used to be a fantastic product, but now it's just not worth the money. The lack of customer service is a major drawback, and I'm actively looking for an alternative program. I would advise you to save your hard-earned money. If you encounter any problems, you'll end up being the guinea pig for Techsmith since their IT support is practically non-existent.
Techsmith's Failure to Provide Functional Disc Version and Lack of Support
I recently purchased Snagit from Techsmith. I specifically requested a disc version of the software, as I wanted to have a backup in case of an internet outage or a system crash. I was charged for the shipping and the disc, and eagerly downloaded the software onto my computer. However, I never actually tested the disc itself.
Fast forward 15 months later, disaster struck and my computer experienced a major crash. I immediately reached for the disc, hoping to reload the software and get back on track. To my dismay, I discovered that the disc did not contain an EXE file, rendering it useless for my purposes. Frustrated and desperate for a solution, I decided to contact Techsmith's customer support.
I engaged in a series of email exchanges with their support team, explaining the situation and attaching a picture of my receipt as proof of purchase. Much to my disappointment, I was informed that Techsmith no longer offers discs and that I was outside of their 30-day return policy. Essentially, they sold me a defective product and refused to take responsibility for it.
This experience left me feeling incredibly let down by Techsmith. I had trusted them to provide a reliable and functional product, but instead, I received a useless disc that was of no help when I needed it the most. Their lack of support and unwillingness to rectify the situation only added to my frustration.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Techsmith based on my personal experience. They failed to deliver on their promise of providing a disc version of the software and did not stand behind their product when it turned out to be defective. As a customer, I expected better service and support, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed and dissatisfied.
TechSmith's Video Hosting: Unreliable and Disappointing Customer Support
We a small edumacational organization, ya know, we made some fancy interactive videos usin' Camtasia. We thought we were all smart and stuff, so we decided to host 'em on techsmith's website 'cause they got all them interactive features we needed. But then, durin' this whole pandemic mess, we got this message from TechSmith sayin' they gonna delete all them videos that ain't been accessed in a whole year. We were like, "No worries, mate! Our videos are used by teachers every semester!" But guess what? TechSmith went ahead and deleted 'em anyways! Can ya believe that?
So, I decided to reach out to their customer support, thinkin' they gonna fix this mess. But ya know what they said? They said there ain't nothin' they could do 'bout it! Can ya imagine? We trusted 'em to host our precious videos, and they just went ahead and deleted 'em without no warnin' or nothin'. It's like they don't even care 'bout their customers!
So, let me give ya some advice, my friend. Don't put your trust in TechSmith when it comes to hostin' your videos. They might promise ya all sorts of fancy features, but when it comes down to it, they ain't gonna have your back. They gonna delete your videos without no remorse. Find yerself a better hostin' service that actually cares 'bout their customers. Trust me, it'll save ya a whole lotta headache and heartache.
TechSmith: Top-Notch Products and Stellar Customer Service
I gotta say, I recently got my hands on Camtasia and SnagIt from TechSmith and let me tell you, these products are top-notch! Not only are they super duper awesome, but TechSmith also has some killer support and a rad user community to back it all up.
Just today, I decided to take my game to the next level and snagged an annual subscription to their ScreenCast service. Gotta stay ahead of the curve, you know?
Now, here's the thing. I bought the Camtasia and SnagIt bundle through good ol' Amazon. Same price as buying directly from TechSmith, but here's where things got a bit wonky. They used this Digital River thing as their payment portal. Ugh, not a fan, let me tell ya.
I mean, don't get me wrong, TechSmith is the bomb, but this Digital River thing just ain't my cup of tea. If you wanna know more about my not-so-great experience with them, check out my review on SiteJabber. Trust me, it's not pretty.
But hey, here's where TechSmith totally redeemed themselves. When my Digital River purchase got rejected (ugh, again), I didn't have to go through all that hassle. Nope, I just picked up the phone and called TechSmith directly. And let me tell you, their sales department was on point! They took care of me like true professionals, with all the courtesy you could ask for.
So yeah, TechSmith may have this little hiccup with Digital River, but when it comes to their own customer service, they really know how to treat a person right. I'm a happy camper, and I can't wait to dive deeper into all the amazing things I can do with Camtasia and SnagIt. TechSmith, you rock!
TechSmith's Camtasia: Great Customer Service, But Stay Away from Audiate!
I've been using TechSmith's Camtasia for a long time, and I've upgraded it a bunch of times. Their customer service has always been great - really nice, professional, and helpful.
But then I decided to buy Audiate. And boy, oh boy, did I have problems. I couldn't even log in! So, I sent them an email asking for help. No response. I tried calling them, but no one picked up. I was getting frustrated. After a few months, I gave it another shot, and finally, someone helped me log in. I thought, "Alright, now I can get started and explore." But guess what? The next day, I couldn't log in again. Ugh!
I had to reach out to customer service once more, and they helped me log in again. But when I asked for a credit, they said I would only get one month's worth. Can you believe it? It took me four months to get help, and they could see that I couldn't log in even once. And on top of that, they were so mean and rude. It was just awful. We even started complaining about them online because their customer service was useless. Eventually, they offered me two more months of credit, but they refused to refund the $30 for the last month. Seriously, what the heck?!
And to make matters worse, they had the audacity to ask me to upgrade Camtasia. Can you believe that?
Let me tell you the truth - there's absolutely nothing you can't get from Final Cut Pro that you can get from Camtasia. So, don't waste your time with their lousy customer service.
Overall, my advice is to skip all the nonsense and go for something better with real support. I will never, ever use TechSmith again. They clearly don't care about their customers.
Camtasia: The Best Software for Busy CEOs - A Game-Changer for Market Domination! #HappyCustomer
The review system on this site, man, it needs more stars for Value for Money! I ain't got much time to "figure it out," you know? But this software, right outta the box, it's made for folks like me with a jam-packed schedule. And let me tell ya, it figures it all out for ya. Is it perfect? Nah, nothing ever is. But I gotta give it a solid 99% outta 100%. It's hands down the best software out there, and the price? It's a steal, man. You get what you pay for, but sometimes you stumble upon something that's worth way more than what you paid. And this right here is one of those gems!
I've been usin' this product for years, man. It's the easiest, most user-friendly software I've ever come across. I mean, seriously, I don't think there's any competition out there that can match what you guys offer in terms of ease of use. It's like a self-started software, you know? It just gets the job done without any fuss.
As a big shot CEO, I oversee a bunch of stuff, man. Some days I'm just a board member, other days I'm the top dog. But no matter what, I'm always movin' forward, never sweatin' the competition 'cause we're too busy takin' over the market. Being a C-Level executive means I get tons of emails every day, so you might shoot me a message once or twice, but hey, I might miss the point 'cause I'm juggling so much. My main gig as a CEO is makin' a couple of good decisions each day. And let me tell ya, when we make those good calls, our companies keep movin' forward and crushin' it in the markets we operate in. And you know what helps us get there? Camtasia, baby! It's a game-changer, man. It helps us get on the first page of Google for our industries without even tryin'. It's like magic!
So, I just wanna say thanks to all you TechSmithDevs and the whole team. You guys are killin' it! Keep doin' what you do, 'cause you got one happy customer right here. #HappyCustomer!

Techsmith: Overpriced, Unresponsive, and Mediocre Software
These guys don't care about the little guy. I mean, seriously, they only seem to be interested in big corporations and fancy businesses. It's like they don't even see us regular folks who just want some good software without breaking the bank.
I stumbled upon Techsmith's website while searching for a screen recording tool. I thought, "Hey, this could be it!" But boy, was I wrong. Their prices are through the roof! I mean, who in their right mind would pay that much for a simple screen recording software?
And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like pulling teeth trying to get a response from them. I sent them an email asking about their pricing options, and it took them forever to get back to me. And when they finally did, their response was so vague and unhelpful. It's like they didn't even want my business.
But the worst part is, their software isn't even that great. I mean, sure, it does the job, but it's nothing special. There are so many other options out there that are just as good, if not better, and at a fraction of the price. Why would anyone choose Techsmith over those?
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Techsmith. They may be popular among big corporations, but they definitely don't care about the little guy. Their prices are outrageous, their customer service is lacking, and their software is nothing to write home about. Save your money and look elsewhere for your screen recording needs. Trust me, you won't be missing out on anything by skipping Techsmith.
Techsmith Review: Locked Projects, Terrible Customer Service, and a Never-Ending Nightmare
I gotta say, I've been having some major issues with Techsmith. First off, I can't even open any of my projects! It's like they're locked up tight and I can't get in. And let me tell you, their customer service is just plain awful. It's like they don't even care about helping their customers.
I mean, seriously, why bother with Techsmith when you can just use the good ol' Youtube editor? At least with Youtube, you know what you're getting into. But with Techsmith, it's like a never-ending nightmare.
I've tried reaching out to their customer service team, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They don't respond to my emails, and when I finally do get a response, it's some generic, copy-paste answer that doesn't even address my issue. It's like they're not even listening to me!
I've wasted so much time and energy trying to make Techsmith work, but it's just not worth it. I'm better off sticking with Youtube and avoiding all the headaches that come with Techsmith.
So, if you're thinking about using Techsmith, I'd say think again. Save yourself the frustration and go with a platform that actually cares about its users. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Disappointing App Transformation: From Jing to TechSmith Capture - A Downward Spiral
This app used to be my go-to lifesaver when it was called Jing. But now, this new thing called "TechSmith Capture" has left me feeling sad and mostly angry. I'm not really a tech person or a reviewer, but I just have to say that this app has gone from being good to straight-up garbage.
