- I bought a TV on October 8, 2023
- policy states that I have report within 24 hours after you have received the product
- took TV out of the box and when I plugged it in it was broken and half the TV screen did not work
- I told the representative that I did not break the TV, we did not drop it and had two people at all times to handle the TV
- I called and left a voice message for the purpose of record keeping because they were closed
- no one called me back and I called on the next available business day which was Oct 10, 2023
- on the same day I sent pictures and a claim was open
- I waited no one called me back to inform anything after waiting for one week
- when I called the second time, they requested additional pictures which I provided the same day
- I waited another week and nothing
- I called today and still waiting on a response and not sure if it is from warehouse and I this point I do not care
- I have been waiting 3 weeks to resolve this issue and this is my last internal approach to resolve this isssue
- my next steps is to contact BBB and then the Consumer Ombudsman
