We hired terminix to take care of a bed bug problem a tech came a few times and then I was no longer able to get a hold of this tech so I called terminix and a scheduled a visit with a new tech because supposedly that tech was no longer active so I spoke with this tech and he was supposed to be here on a Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. he never showed up I never received a call I tried to call him no answer several times I called him and there was no answer so I called back again to try to schedule another appointment and three four days later somebody calls me and schedules an appointment that I can't do so I have to call and schedule rescheduled that appointment it is just ridiculous they have not held up their end of the contract and I really would like to get out of the contract if I could I've tried to contact their corporate office I've tried to contact the manager All I get is the runaround every time I call this company is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my life I have actually emailed an attorney to see if he can help me if you guys can't help me
