Terminix review: Damaged ceiling above closet in hallway

During an "attic job" in Feb 2023, Terminex worker(s) stepped thru my ceiling in 2 places. After job was finished, crew told me of 1 spot where there was damage and said not to worry, it will be on the report and Terminex will fix it. I waited a week or two, then called Terminex, and the rep said there was no mention of the damage but they would send someone out. The damage to the ceiling in the hallway was fixed by a Terminex contractor in due time, then later I found the second area of damage in the ceiling above the hall closet. I the called Terminex back and they eventually they sent out a sales rep or supervisor, I showed him the damage in the closet ceiling and said the 2 workers had lied to me about the amount of damage and the inclusion of the damage on their report. The Terminex rep quickly left w/o saying anything to me. I called many times since but never got a call-back message on my phone, then on the last call I was informed they were avoiding my call because they claimed there was "verbal abuse". They said a rep would call me but 3 days later still no call. I will take this issue to small claims court or hire a lawyer and claim defamation of character if this is not resolved with the repair which is mostly cosmetic in nature.
