Terminix review: Services not completed

I called 3 weeks ago to set up to have a bee nest removed and sprayed for ants and critters the appointment was scheduled between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. and they show up at 11:00 a.m. I was not home my daughter was. The Nest was sprayed and not removed I did not like the service provided by Tristan. I called a second time requested that he did not come back and they told me a new technician was coming to spray and another technician was coming to remove the nest. The same technician was sent again and the other technician told me on a phone call that he could not remove the nest. A third technician came out when I was not home took a picture of my back porch and stated Services completed I have no idea what they did that day. Today September 23rd I was told Tristan and a manager was coming out between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to remove the nest I called at 12:30 p.m. because there was a no-show after I received the text at 10:30 stating they were on their way. At 1:30 p.m. I received a text stating my services for completed and I was not home. I was home all day waiting for them to show up I was on the phone with a representative for 30 minutes trying to find out where they were between 12:30 and 1:00 p.m. I am a very unsatisfied customer they have already taken my $230 for services that have not been completed the nest is still here
