Ordered (1) unsweetened tea, (1) half and half tea, 6 oz. Sirloin cooked well done with house salad and baked potato, 6 oz. Sirloin cooked well done with house salad and baked potato.
First mistake was the server brought (2) sweet teas, and also never got either one of our refills right on the only 1 occasion she offered to give us refills. She said "bread will be ready in 6 min.) I was in view of the bread pick up area and seen other servers getting bread, so that experience really threw me off. My wife and I really felt like the server did not want us as a customer. After 30 min. she finally came and kinda tossed the basket of rolls to us. Few minutes later food came, and both steaks were pink, medium rare at best. I was fine with mine, but my wife is a well done or burnt kind of lady. When we stopped our server and asked if she could get someone to cook her steak a bit longer she mumbles something something, grabbed the plate and took it back to the cooks. I sat patiently waiting so we could finish our date night together. After 15 minutes, and I still do not understand why it took 15 minutes, the server finally brings the steak out. My food is cold now, but just ready to eat and get out of there at this point. Our server never asked us about our food, never asked if the second time was any better, never apologized. It just really sucks that the experience was that bad. Definitely blaming the server on this one.
