TGS ecommerce fraud
Dear Friends,
( PLEASE DON'T ONLY READ AND KEEP QUITE, BUT KEEP ON PASSING THIS MSG SO THAT EVERY BODY IS SAVED)
TGS E COMMERCE PVT LTD / TGS PROPERTY / this company has many more name that can be written. They are masters in selling a land in Half Rates, i hope you might have noticed some ads in daily news papers. They mention that they have 30+ projects that are going on in and around bangalore its all beautiful to listen to this story. And with there mouth watering half price discount sale we have already bought there story and started concreting a dream house on it for may be a retirement plan, As what else can help you apart of the real estate growth.
Please review this fact figures, before getting into this half price sale:
1. When you go to buy anything from TGS they say that the company is in real estate business from last 4 years, but this company is been registered TGS E COMMERCE - is registered on 02/05/2014 - according to Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
2. The Rest of the years of experience comes from, Square Foot Property / Dreamz GK / Dreamz Infra / and now they are known as TGS ECOM / TGS PROPERTY / and many more tgs names.
3. You will never get a chance to meet the MD of this company, they are always hidden, as you know when you do wrong things to accumulate money the fear factory will be there where you don't have the guts to keep an eye on and talk.
4. Don't fall a pray seeing there beautiful office at HSR Layout, More than the real estate staff they have IT ( SOFTWARE) Employees in place, Surprised WHY?
5. tgsorm.com is an search engine optimisation service, they guys make sure that non of there bad reviews are available on google which would harm there reputation, but if you are really good on the keyboard then definitely you will be able to find the traces of this company's black listing.
6. Also there is a team that keep's on blogging about all the good feedback to keep up there reputation, this testimonials are not from customers but only from there staff who do it.
7. They get into MOU's for property which dose not even belong to them, nor they have any documents under their custody, Jack is the owner, Tom is the Buyer who has documents and TGS collects money, which is no where legal under the indian court of law.
8. They promise you money back guarantee with bank intreats out any deduction, Non of the Reputed builders do this. Your time is money remember this.
9. Everybody in this world need money as they too, if they approach any financial institution before funding they try to value the company and based on which they fund, and also the borrowed funds also carry an interest, hope you know this. But this is not the case with TGS.
10. You will be interested in a property of TGS (FLAT / VILLA / PLOT) you will make token of 1lks and after verification of the documents you will pay min confirmation amount of 25% they will have an MOU with you and the REFUND is very much clearly written 100 time in very page like a fool. And people fall pray.
11. For instance, Lets assume: 1 Person pays 5 lks and there are 500 people who have booked the property i.e RS 25, 00, 00, 000/- Crs are been earned without any difficulty. And the 500 People that i have mentioned is very least, when there is a half price sale most of the middle class, and business people vouch in to get the best deal and make money.
12. And this money is total Interest Free, and once you smell this company is a fraud, and when you apply for cancellation, either the refund is not honoured on time or the cheques get's bounced, the practical reason is as they need to again collect the money from this same method by cheating other people and then they need to refund you.
13. This company has more Cancellation forms filled than Sale Agreement deed, Note i am not talking about MOU.
14. On the site visit they try to show you any sites, if its of 5 acres they will have taken about 1500 booking - Please guess how can you accommodate these may people in a this piece of land.
15. At the last moment they would raise up there hands and say, Sorry your booking have to be cancelled as there is no availability in the booked property as we have allocated the sites to people on first come, first basis and who have paid us 100% of the amount and then you will revive an option of getting a plot in belendoor or some tippsandra or some sandras of bangalore (which again is a time buying scheme).
MORAL OF THE STORY:
1. SUCESS DOSE NOT HAVE SHORTCUTS.
2. SHORT ROADS ARE DANGEROUS.
3. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE COUNTS.
4. EARNING MONEY IS ALWAYS DIFFICULT IN ETHICAL WAY.
5. UNETHICAL PRACTICES ENDS YOU UP LANDING IN WRONG PLACES.
CONCLUSION:
SOME OUTSIDER HAS SETTLED DOWN IN OUR CITY AND CHEATING US, WE BEING LOCALITES - NEVER RESIST THIS.
I was one among them to give a cheque of 10, 00, 000 but i found out about this fraud on time. I would definitely like to rip this guys off and i will definitely do my best to uncover this. Need any help contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

Fraud alert
Don't use this website. They took my money and stopped to answer my emails. Google them and you will find I'm not only one victim. I will report them to BBB!
Credit card charged but product not shipped
I ordered product that according to the web site was in stock on or around Feb. 15th. I called to check on the order on 2/24 and was told it would ship within 7-10 days. At this time I doubled the order and was told all the product would ship in 7-10 days. My credit card was charge for the product on 2/28 so I thought I would get the order shortly. Yesterday 3/6 I called because I had seen nothing yet. I found that they were not taking phone calls the only way to reach them was by e-mail. I e-mail telling them my story and got a reply saying that the product would ship within 7-10. I responded telling them to cancel the order and credit my card. They answered saying that it would take 24 hour to which I told them I want it cancelled not and my card credited now or I was going to the BBB and that I wanted a confirmation within 30 minutes. The answered saying it had been done but the card credit would take up to 4 days depending on the bank that issued it.
Having the same problem. Ordered several products in March. Their phone #'s no longer work, you cannot even ask a question online? My credit card was charged also...no product, no reply? Looks to me like a company going out of business and stealing as much as they can before they fold? Done business in the past with no problems. WOW! If ya cannot make it in the gun business right now, your a loser! Going the credit card route and BBB!
TGSCOM Restocking fee
I ordered a police related product from them and received an email confirmation. After 10 days they still had not shipped the product. I needed it for work, so I ordered it from somewhere else. I called TGSCOM to cancel the order. The customer service rep told me it had only been seven days since I ordered. I corrected her and told her the date I ordered it and had received e-mail confirmation. She told me the order had now been canceled. Later that day she sent me an e-mail telling me that she forgot to tell me earlier that there would be a 15% restocking fee because they had ordered the product from someone else, although they hadn't received it yet. TGSCOM wants 15% to restock an item that they never had in their possession. Their web site says there is a restocking fee for returned products, but I didn't return a product.
I feel they should have informed me at the time of purchase that they did not have the item in stock. With modern inventory systems that is a simple task. I understand why they didn't though, because it would have cost them the sale. Further, I should have been informed when I called to cancel the order that there would have been a restocking fee instead of hours later in an e-mail that I wasn't in the office to receive. I replied to their e-mail and didn't get a response, but the restocking fee now shows up on my credit card statement. I have seen several complaints on the Internet where they get people with the restocking fee. It appears TGSCOM stocks little, if any, product and is simply orders items for you from someone else. They may get the 15% eventually, but I have disputed it with my credit card company and they are going to have to work for it. I will share my experience with TGSCOM with all of my fellow officers and gun enthusiasts.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Well I placed an order for a stock I believed was mil-spec (they didn't state whether it was commercial or mil-spec, I took a gamble- pretty sure it's commercial and not what I wanted). I ended up finding mil-spec stock I wanted somewhere else and it was also $20 cheaper. I've been sending an email to them for four days now asking to cancel my order and none of them have been answered. Oh and the best part is their phone service is suspended so that they only have to worry about their online customer care service. So I can't call and talk to a representative, it's all strictly online. But I know as soon as they answer me (if they answer me) I'll have to pay a $15 restocking fee - because they don't know how to run a company properly. For anyone reading this if you are willing to lose money, wait a long time for your product, and love not getting your questions answered... go with TGSCOM.
I bet their only revenue is people's "restocking fee".
I am completely with you i have many rifles so i know what the rules are for new york and before i ordered my rifle i asked them if it was new york approved and they said yes the only thing that needed to be changed was the magazine it cant be more than 10 rounds but of course when my FFL got the gun it had a 22 round magazine so before i knew anything they emailed me saying a refund was going to be placed so then i called tgscom they said they have no one that can answer the questions that i asked when i called to see if it was new york approved and now the best part is i have to pay for a 25% restocking fee for a gun that i never even had in my possession which comes to 87 dollars. so basically i went on there site and did a bunch of random stuff so i can just pay them 87 dollars. WHAT EVER ANY ONE DOES DONT BUY FROM TGSCOM INC THEY ARE ###S AND THIEFS.!
i had a bad exeprience with them as i found them to be liars and shady people do deal with, liars as i had emails stating how they would pay for return shipping given how they admittedly messed up my order shipping me something i wasnt supposed to get. steve (evidently the man in charge) had initially refused to keep his own word, then after whelling and dealing, i just gave up and lost 5 dollars on the entire mess. I figured it wasnt worth it and would add my experience to the massive list concerning this company (and the many internet sites they operate) so they could "get their 5 dollars worth" of scammed money from me. do your research, don't deal with any of their sites. they are to be avoided.
Theives!
I ordered a glock 26 on Sept. 12, 2009 because the website said they were "in stock" which was not true. Only after i purchased it did a email confirmation come in. It didn't say anything about it shipping or if it was on backorder status. So i had to call in the following Monday to see what the deal was. They ended up telling me that they didn't have it in stock (it turns out they don't stock ANYTHING). They told me to wait till friday and if I haven't recieved anything to call back. So come friday... nothing! My order status hadn't shown any signs of updates. so i decided to call back and the cust. service rep told me that it was on its way and i should have it sometime next week... so here i am. It's next week and they claim they are still waiting on my glock to arrive to them and to wait another week or so. So after reading all the reports of people getting pushed aside like this, I have had it! I am in the process of canceling my order as i type. I've been on hold for about 10 minutes now.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I "made" a purchase w/ thegunsource.com in mid March 2012. The item was back ordered and as I have done in the past w/ TGSCOM I secured the purchase with a credit card. The card was not to be applied until the "transaction" of goods was available for shipping. On 5-15-12 the item was charged to my card, they received full payment and I have received nothing. My card co. was notified, as I, on 5-30-12 of the fraudulent act. The Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin informed me that TGSCOM was no longer conducting business effective 5-31-12. I filed a complaint with that Bureau against TGSCOM. Therefore, no purchase of goods nor transaction transpired, merely I was robbed. At this time I am in the process of prosecution. This company operates many, many web-based gun sites under many names.
I ordered a Springfield XD on Dec 10th, that was listed as in stock, and was charged on my credit card on Dec 14th. I called customer service and the rep said call back on Friday, which would have made it 10 business days since my order, and if it had not shipped by then I could cancel my order. I called that Friday but they were actually closed. The item didn't ship by Dec 27th so I filed a complaint with the BBB and got an email from TGSCOM saying they don't respond to BBB complaints and that they cancelled my order. I didn't even ask them to cancel they just got upset that I complained. I ended up getting the gun for cheaper from my FFL guy.
TGSCOM is a fraud...I have to agree. I utilized their website to order a Marlin XT17VSFL, and checked the box asking if I would be paying by USPS money order. After receiving a tip from a fellow shooter...I started reviewing TGSCOM on the web, before sending my money. Glad I did. They are running a scam...not having items in stock, collecting the money, then attempting to keep a portion of the refund as a " restocking fee". The truly absurd part is...they do not have this rifle in stock, yet left me a voice mail on my telephone asking for payment. Poor, poor business practice.
Don't by from TGSCOM, they are worthless... I bought 500 rounds of .17 hmr from them and it took over three weeks to get it in. A month or so later after I received it I received a phone call stating that I owed them 118.00 for the ammo that I had already paid for... Unfortunately my banks privacy statement will not allow them to fax my statement and cost me another 118.00 for the Item. Then not knowing I was buying from them I ordered from another company and show they had the item in stock and they didn't, it took 2 months to recieve it... Spend the extra 5 dollars and buy from a real company!
Hmmmm. The information about TGSCOM not having any stock and being a more-or-less a drop shipper is disturbing. From the comunications I've had with them on line, I thought they have a warehouse full of the items they sell. Anyone have accurate information on this, not just an axe to grind?
I ordered a police related product from them and received an email confirmation. After 10 days they still had not shipped the product. I needed it for work, so I ordered it from somewhere else. TGSCOM doesn't own any products and as far as I know is not allowed to get Glock direct, so they use a "straw FFL dealer" to transfer them to TGSCOM...that dealer is Trident Consulting. It's clear this business is not helping "mom and pop gun shops", also they out source a good amount of labor to India, while claiming to be Pro-Gun / Pro-America. Another thing about this company that is well know for school shootings is, after the most recent case the owner went to a local bar and bought everybody a round for the BOOST to his business, as a firearms owner I would strongly encourage people to pay the extra $5 and make this business a thing of the past.
Typical fast food society mentality. This guy was on hold a whole "10 minutes". The world is going to end. And if you think they are the only dealer that is having problems with inventory then you are not very familiar with the industry. You should be complaining about Obama who has caused a rush on guns this year and manufacturers cannot keep up. The retailer would like nothing better than to move these products (if they can get them). The dealer rep might tell them one thing and then deliver something else. Just suck it up and have a little patience.

I have also booked an apartment in TGS Dallas at HSR, waiting for the MOU. But after reading this blog, I am really worried about my money.
Wehn I visited TGS office, they told the owner of the company is some lady name Mandeep Kaur. I checked in linkedin, looks to me like a college going girl.
Their is something fishy for sure. Any body else here has also booked for Dallas HSR project?
I have booked an apartment- we were very optimistic until I saw this website. We have had a positive experience so far. However, I will wait for the start of construction before getting one more for my parents. I sincerely hope some positive reviews are posted- after all with any new construction there will be delays etc. So far, they seem trust worthy. For those interested, I am blogging about a new TGS project apartment complex off of Bannergatta Road. I am hoping to see more positive reviews about this new builder trying to establish in Bangalore.
TGS is a fraud company. People over there are highly illiterate. They recruit people based on IT profile for the marketing & sales post. Better sell vegetables on the roadside & make money, rather than working at TGS. Thank u people for posting their truth. god bless the new comers at TGS.
