Architect Services
On a referral I contacted Architect Joseph Wilkinson in Tulsa Oklahoma.
He made several visits to me for remodel permits of an existing property.
He gave me the standard drawings but I was told along with the letter of deficiencies that if Joseph Wilkinson had done his job correctly I wouldn't have submitted drawing that were very incomplete for a commercial remodel.
Joseph has set my dream back weeks and 1000s of dollars.
Desired outcome: I need my LOD's completed to satisfy the Tulsa Permit Office
unethical behavior by rick balkins online on archinect
A user named Rick Balkins, based in Astoria, apart of the AIA, harassed me online under a basis of anonymity. Happened in August 2018. I created a thread questioning the users of a site called Archinect on their behavior which ultimately lead to people such as Rick making the responses you see below. I would request a resolution as deemed possible.
The author of the above complaint, Jackson Bujnosek, spent several weeks posting foul-mouthed and obscene statements on the forum he mentions in his complaint, and then stalked those who engaged with him there, leaving a trail of whiny complaints. Jackson Bujnosek's rationale for this extended temper tantrum was that he was upset with criticism of the appallingly poor portfolio design that he'd posted on that forum with a request for honest feedback. Unable to deal with honest feedback, he resorted to creating over 20 aliases and launching a sustained attack of profanities and wailing. One would hope that any prospective employer or educational institution considering taking on Jackson Bujnosek will first google him and reconsider.
This site has no affiliation with AIA. Also Mr. Balkins is neither an architect nor a current member of AIA.
