Sent my account to collections after only seven days of non payment when I told them I could make the payment that day
Sent my account to collections after only seven days of non payment when I told them I could make the payment that day. They ruined my credit score over nothing. The only reason my payment got declined is I lost my debit card and had it reissued. I tried getting a hold of an agent online but it said there was none available all times. Extremely unnecessary and unethical for a company who is training real estate agents on ethics.

I am taking my SAE education online through the CE Shop and it is hands down the worst online education experience I have ever had. The content is nothing but a text book turned into webpages. No interactive learning, just plain white text with no real guidance. Not to mention the system constantly locks you out, freezes up, and chat agents are never available. I am debating just calling it a $300 loss and signing up elsewhere. I will adamantly advise all other real estate professionals I talk with to avoid ever using this company.

Do NOT use this school for your SC Real Estate Salesperson licensing. I have been studying relentlessly for the exam and was passing the State portion with significant ease using the practice exams and study guides. I went in for my exam today and was nervous about the National portion just due to the notorious fail rate on the first attempt. However, I was not worried about the State portion at all because I had been very successful with the material presented by The CE Shop. Well guess what? I FAILED the State portion of the exam. I passed the National portion, but I am extremely disappointed that the educational content of the State portion did not prepare me for the exam. If I had been unprepared, I would not be complaining. However, there is no excuse for consistently scoring 80-100% (mostly 90 percentiles) and then failing the exam. I am not familiar with how the content of the licensing exam is selected, nor do I know how real estate schools obtain this information. What I do know is this is an issue that needs to be addressed. If the content has not been updated or has changed, then do your research and make sure you are providing quality material to the students that are paying for your services. I paid for a service and will now have to seek other resources in order to retake and pass my SC State exam. Your resources will not help me with this process as I have already mastered them and still failed. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
My realtor sent me a link with 30% off to do a real estate sales course online as time to attend a class was an issue
My realtor sent me a link with 30% off to do a real estate sales course online as time to attend a class was an issue. First I Iearned that MD do not accept the discount code, the most horrible part is that the reps are extremely abrupt and rude. I did the trial and up to now is indecisive about actually purchasing this product. It was quite disappointing that the coupon were not honored in Maryland, during this pandemic it is hard enough with the uncertainties to have t find money to do a course where most of their reviews are less than satisfactory.

It was enjoyable to be able to sit at my desk to take my needed continuing education classes. Didn't have to drive to a classroom, find a parking place, and then return home. I could pause the course to take breaks. So much easier.
CSR's argumentative. Their partner (PSI proctored tests) does not work.
This real estate school was such a disappointment!
This real estate school was such a disappointment! I was just two days into my lessons when my screen froze. I thought it would be such an easy fix; however, I was told it could take up to 48 hours! I patiently waited the 48 hours, and the problem was still unresolved. How can an on-line learning school have such a horrible IT department? With most on-line businesses, if your screen locks up, you call and they immediately fix it. This school is obviously not equipped to have on-line learning. Don't waste your time or money and go somewhere else. Luckily, I was beginning my third day of lessons when this occurred so I only wasted two days of my time. On the other hand, the person I spoke to begin the refund process could not have been more apologetic.

Don't fall for it!
Don't fall for it! I was told to go through this school and given a discount code. Instead I decided to try the FREE 5 day trial. Day 1, was going well, put about 4 hours into it, took a break and tried going back into it later using the same computer, but the Student Authentication would not work, after many times of retyping "The best real estate education for the best real estate agents." I waited until the next day and it said it was not close enough...um, it was exact! So I tried it again, then it froze, so I tried calling the support team, after being on hold for 10 minutes, I got my taste of a FREE TRIAL and decided I WOULD NOT go with this company, I'm glad I was only out my time instead of time and money...WHAT A JOKE OF A SCHOOL and I work education!

DON'T DO IT!
DON'T DO IT! They will take your money and run! After signing up via a local real estate school for the online purpose, I wasn't overly impressed with their platform, lack of guidance, and horrible customer service. They WILL NOT allow you the option to do in-person proctoring, no matter if you find an organization that has a certified proctor available when all the local libraries and colleges are not available to proctor due to COVID. The customer service staff and supervisors are rude, disrespectful, and DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! After attempting to take the proctored exam through the third part proctoring - PSI software, that crash two of my computers, the CE Shop did nothing to help me take the exam in person! DO NOT USE THEM! It was a horrible experience, and I question their overall competency.

Taking Real Estate, don't do it
Taking Real Estate, don't do it. 6 courses, 30 hrs a piece, but they ended up taking me about 45-50 hrs to complete the first couple of courses. They do not give you all of the material at once, like a textbook, I have to save it page by page. You can book mark the material, but all of this is incredibly time consuming. Now that I have not finished, they said I can extend each individual course for a 20% fee, until my end date in May. After this, they said they can extend all of the courses for a 50% fee for another year. I asked if I could just extend the courses now for the 50% fee, and they said No. This company is trying to extract as much money as they possibly can from me, and the structure puts you at a disadvantage. It is unfortunate, because I really want to finish, but don't want to give them another penny out of principal. All of the bonus material expires as well.
Please do not use the CE shop
Please do not use the CE shop. The content is all over the place and is very hard to understand if you are new to Real Estate. I completed my 90 Hours only to find out that with the CE shop you are only allowed to to take the school test up to 3 times and if you don't pass, you have to take the entire 90 hour course all over again. When I emailed them and asked about this they said it was an Arizona rule, and that they weren't allowed to give you more than 3 attempts even though plenty of other places allow unlimited attempts to pass. Not only that, but every time I have failed they give me absolutely no content on what to work on. I am now completely out of options and wont even attempt my 3rd try because I am so unhappy about the CE shop. I am now taking different classes and putting in another 90 hours with another school because the CE shop completely let me down. Don't waste your time.

At first glance, this course seems great
At first glance, this course seems great. Very user-friendly and navigable. However, the content that is provided in this course in no way covers all of the concepts, definitions, or similar wording/examples that appear on the state exam. I purchased the course as well as the exam prep edge and neither of them included several pieces of information I encountered when taking the state exam. I have now failed the exam twice and feel as though this course has not sufficiently prepared me at all. In fact, the only reason I almost passed the second time is because I used another school's book to study. The "areas of improvement" shown after failing an exam were nowhere close to the success scores I received in the course. For example, on the state exam, I received a score of 57% passing in the Property Management section, but passed the CE Shop practice tests 3+ times with a score of 100% each time. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and annoyed that I cannot get my money back for the *** I paid for. They do not allow you to retake the state exam again without paying them back your refund. Even though I am using another school to study, I am not retaking the 90-hour class officially so I would be obligated to repay my refund. Trash. Do not use this school.

It's not what they tell you when you purchase their curriculum; it's what they Fail to tell you!
It's not what they tell you when you purchase their curriculum; it's what they Fail to tell you! I have had the Real Estate program for Arizona. My year expires today. What I only learned just over the weekend was if one does NOT pass their practice test they are unable to move on to the FINAL. So, somehow I should have known this. They never make you aware. I have called into their help line 10 times over the year. Never do they take an interest in you. Never do they ask how your progress is. Never do they caution you or suggest to finish the work and maybe leave a month for review, taking the practice test. Never do they tell you that the practice test MUST be completed with a 75% or better. That in reality one is taking TWO tests! One is the practice and one is the final. They are both, I assume equally stressful. And wait there is MORE! You then have to take the course at the state level in order to get your license. They are a disinterested party in your education and training and I believe so so that when or if you run out of time, you will have to purchase more time to complete the work. For myself, I was thinking I would take the practice test 2-3 times and get a flavor of what to expect for their final. I discovered this when I had booked a reservation with their contracted test giver PSI. Firstly, I had to make multiple calls to PSI because their call center in the Philippines kept disconnecting me. The first call success came after 3.5 hours of phone time burned up in order to successfully download their platform to take the test. I then called back the day of the test 30 minutes before the exam and finally with much stress, being an hour late for the exam because their software needed to be reinstalled, I was ready to take the test. But it wouldn't load! I then was advised to call The CE Shop help line and then they informed me that I could not pass GO until I passed the practice exam. So I spoke to a nice woman, Debbie, who wrote a work ticket #[protected] out for her supervisor to contact me. I have called them every day this week and was on hold and they gave me an option to call me back. I'm still waiting! They have left me hanging, frustrated and demoralized. I have concluded that my choice of The CE Shop for my real estate training was THE WRONG Decision! I am still at the same crossroads now as I was in the beginning of last year. Now I am out of time! I won't pay them again so I can have the privilege of having to pass their two tests and then the state's exam. If I had the opportunity to give ZERO stars I would! I've lost my time, money and quite possibly the will to pursue real estate. Thanks CE SHOP! You are NOT part of the solution; rather part of the problem! Ed K

I signed up for the CE shop's *** pre-licensing course last June
I signed up for the CE shop's *** pre-licensing course last June. I have completed the course work but need to pass the course test. It's been a lot of work to get this far at this point. Not only was the course test completely different from any of the practice tests and content in prep edge and I failed it, but the customer service is not at all helpful or knowledgeable at the CE shop. I asked to be contacted by the curriculum *** or a manager twice starting on the 2nd and they have not followed up with me.I'm at the point where am thinking of taking the entire course at a much better school, however, it would be wonderful if I could pass this test given all of the awesome work I have completed including passing scores on several practice tests. I'd like someone to reach out to me and actually listen and be knowledgeable about the course test. I feel that it's not ethical to promise great customer service and not deliver it. Thank you,***, M.

I purchased a real estate course in June and apparently the course 'expired' and then The CEShop tried to tell me that the *** require the course to be completed within a year yet the representative couldn't provide proof when I called to get my course reinstated. I wish I would have read the Complaintsboard.com reviews before giving this company my money. They give you the option to repurchase the course with a 50% discount. It is not the State of Arizonas policy, it is the CE Shops policy yet they try to pass it off on the state. I paid for a course and yet have 0 access to it unless I give them more money. Its a money grab, buyer beware!
I am writing in to complain about the quality of service and miss information provided by the CE shop. They state on their terms and conditions page that you can take you have two attempts to take your final exam now they are trying to say I have to pay for each exam. The proctoring partner that they use PSI is scamming people out of their money and making them have to pay to retake their exams which isnt right.
I recently completed a 75 hour ** real estate prelicensing course with the CE Shop
I recently completed a 75 hour *** real estate prelicensing course with the CE Shop. The expiration date for the class was August 15, 2022. Last week, I completed all coursework and passed the practice State/National exam. I then signed up for the first possible date to take the Final Exam through the CE Shop's third party, PSI. The earliest date that was offered was today, Wednesday, August 17, 2022, and I signed up and secured a spot for 1 p.m. today. When I went to the CE Shop to log in for the final exam, it said that the class had expired and after calling the help line, I was told that I could not gain access to the final exam and I would lose the 75 hours in class as well.If August 15 was the last day to take the exam, there should have been the capability to take the exam and there was not. I have seen others say that there is an automatic 30 day extension for their courses. My request is that I be able to take the exam and receive credit for completing the class.

I am a nurse at a care facility I have been overwhelmed with work and havent even had time to look at this course. I just started it and am only 14% done with it. Their refund policy states to refund you must have less then 50% done or before 30 days. It is past *** I assumed this would have videos etc. When the course only includes multiple choice questions. Some of which dont even seem relevant. I would like a refund as I will not be able to complete due to working to keep covid patients safe and I have had covid 4 times. Additionally the curriculum is not as expected.
Purchased the course on 5/10. My courses "expired" and I lost all access to utilize them. This triggered restricting my access to courses as well as a 3x price hike on for my existing online access.
CE Shop keeps changing its rules during the course of study to make students pay for extensions
CE Shop keeps changing its rules during the course of study to make students pay for extensions. The stated requirement to pass Final is 70%. I scored a 73%, I took a screenshot for proof. A Certificate or Diploma is not being granted. Then post Final, the results stated that" I did NOT pass", then issued a NEW, higher score to beat as "75%". The course has many grammar, punctuation and spelling errors and has made several changes throughout, which seems is designed to money grab and cause all sorts of confusion. Had someone proofread the tests, I would have scored higher. This website constantly solicits, asks for "Donations" and "Refer a Friend" at every log in. For the record, I would not refer a friend or recommend this program. It was a disappointment. There are two more attempts to take their Final, but according to their post, I passed the first time. I would like my certificate and to move on to the Official State licensing exam..which ALSO ONLY requires 70% to be licensed.

Hello! I wasnt able to take part of the course I paid for. I paid in full with The CE Shop due to my illness and had a very long hospital stay and recovery. I wanted the CE shop to give me a courtesy since I paid for the course but couldnt take advantage of it. I never used it at all. Im asking them help me out by allowing me to get the course back active or pay an extension fee. I need help in getting the services I paid for.

I enrolled in The CE Shop's60-hour online VA real estate sales person licensing course in November , and I have completed about 2/3 of the course content, which will expire on June 1. In the last 2+ weeks, my access to the course has been blocked with a pop-up prompting me to upload personal information, including a photo and drivers license or SS#, which I gather The CE Shop will be forwarding to the official exam provider (PSI) when I pass the course. I understand that I will need to provide this information in order to take the licensing exam; however, I haven't yet completed the course and am not ready to take the exam. I take my data privacy very seriously, and think it is a questionable business practice on The CE Shop's part to block my access to the course (which I paid for) until I provide my personal information, which they only appear to want for their own convenience. I have tried engaging multiple times by e-mail and telephone and have received unsatisfactory results.

Stay away from this company. Their customer service is horrible, they do not care at all for their customers. I bought a course for around $400.00 and was unable to use it, and unfortunately for me, I was outside of their ridiculous 30-day refund period. This company took $400.00 from me for a course I never used, and even though a major life change happened and I was no longer able to utilize the course, they refused to refund even a portion of the money. Their customer service team is condescending, rude, self-centered, and ***. Avoid these people at all costs! I had to file a credit card dispute against them, and will be leaving poor reviews anywhere I can to be sure no one else is a victim of their fraud. Shame on you CE Shop!

I purchased a 75 Hour *** Broker Pre-Licensing package from The CE Shop on [protected]. I paid $609.89 for the package. I chose The CE Shop because of the flexibility that it offered for online classes. All of the reviews for The CE Shop stated that you could extend the course length if I exceeded the 6-month window. Most reviewers stated that they had to complete the course within 1 year. I reached out to The CE Shop via the suggested email address for customer support on 8-6-2022 to ask for the extension. No one ever replied. I reached out to them again today via phone and the *** Rep said "*** does not allow for extensions. It's a state law!" I told her I was never informed of this during the purchasing process nor during the last 6 months...at anytime! The *** Rep said "*** is also not going to offer this course any longer in the *** so there's no way to extend it anyway. I recently signed up for the real estate exam prep course through the CE shop
I recently signed up for the real estate exam prep course through the CE shop. I took the CEshop initial assessment and the questions were so easy that I DO NOT feel they are an adequate comparison for the actual exam. I do not believe their exam prep course would have prepared me to take the exam. Many of the answers were so obviously wrong they pointed you in the direction of the correct answer. I finished the initial assessment because I wanted to see if the questions got any harder and to give the school a fair try. I received a 90% where as I had barely passed or failed my previous prep tests. I decided I wasn't happy with their level of questions and called to get a refund. I was told that after the initial assessment, no refunds are given. I didn't use any of the other tools or tests in their course and immediately signed up with another school where I am much more satisfied with the level of questions. When I called and spoke with a supervisor, he said, I hadn't even used their actual exam prep course. Therefore I believe i am owed a refund because they are charging me for a product I didn't use and will not be using.

HI there.I ordered an online class in November for a real estate license prep class. It was on sale. I got the email giving me instructions to log in to the account, see attachment. I had intended on waiting for a less busy time at my primary job to start the course. That would be now. I log in tonight and my class expires tomorrow! Most classes expire a year after purchase! I asked for a refund and they have not replied to that but suggested that i buy the extension. I asked them if they emailed a reminder to me. They said they can not confirm if they sent one. It could have gone to my spam account. The rep said they only send a 30 day reminder. (This is via messager.) This package has like 8 classes. They send a 30 day reminder? The *** said there was a time limit on the class when i purchased it. I went back to review the email from the purchase and it reads to log in to review the expiration date. I only logged in to set up my password and user name. My job is really busy and I travel for work. I guess i missed that on the email.I'd like my $400 back or another 6 months. I never touched a class. It's not 6 months from the start of the class but 6 months from the log in i guess? That's not fair to send no reminder and not make it clear what the expiration date is on the email. I'm really disappointed. Here is a copy of the emails I reference.

Several months ago I purchased a continuing education course from this company via a promo they were offering. I did forget about the purchase and received no reminders from the company about the course and its expiration date. I recently logged in to my account and noticed that the expiration date was just a few days away. At the time, I hadn't even started the course. I saw that there was an option to purchase an extension at a very high, inflated rate. I reached out to the company to see if they would be able to *** me a courtesy extension since I was a first time customer and was unaware of the approaching expiration. They told me that they had already ***ed me an extension, which I was never informed of or provided proof of. I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they would be willing to assist me but I received no assistance after multiple requests. Since I had not started the course at the time, I asked if a refund would be considered but that was also denied. Lastly, I even asked if they could provide a promo code so that I could purchase the extension at a discounted rate. That was also denied. Given the inflated extension rates and lack of communication and notifications, it would appear that this company intentionally tries to take advantage of its customers. I think this company's practices should be investigated and I should be offered a refund.

THE CE SHOP is offering classes that consumers have already taken and paid for and when the error is pointed out, they refuse to fix their system and demand for more time and money. I took Hot Topics in *** in 2022, not knowing that it was an OLD class that I already took in 2021. Why would HOT TOPICS be old material? When I pointed this out, customer service only offered for me to buy another class for 20% off. I already paid for my full CE hours for my 2 year real estate license requirements, yet now I'm 2 hrs short due to their recording error.Customer service claims they have a disclaimer that it's the customer's job to verify the classes, but why would I think there would be an old class offered in the current year? Hot Topics means CURRENT! I did not see any disclaimer on the site, receipt, or class list, or any email from them. If I did, I would have looked up the class before I took it! It didn't say it was a 2021 class! I never saw anything about contacting them about classes plus I thought all of the 2022 ones were current.I paid $29 for this class and it took 3 hrs... only to be told it was one I took last year. This is unacceptable. Why would their system allow repeated classes without authorization? This is an error on their part. I should not have to pay for another class and spend another 3 hrs due to their error. Where is the common sense? No where on my receipt does it say a course number or anything about it being a class from 2021! I logged into their system in 2022 to complete the rest of my classes for this year! This is unacceptable.

I had a very time-sensitive technical issue that needed to be resolved soon before my courses expired, so I contacted customer service. They were all so unhelpful, the last agent I spoke to was especially rude and condescending. She told me that there was no way I could possibly finish the rest of my course in time, which quite frankly is none of her business. Due to covid and college classes, I wasn't able to find the time to dedicate to studying real estate so as soon as I was done with my college courses I got on to study only to find out my courses would be ending in two weeks. This was not a problem for me so I got right to work only to be essentially locked out of my account. I tried resetting my password, an agent even rebooted my account and etc but nothing worked. I emailed the ce support email, submitted an inquiry, and called four times and no was got back to me until two days before my courses are about to end and they were not helpful. The last agent I spoke to said to me that there was no issue on her end "you don't know who is logging in, anyone can log in I am not logging in internally I am logging into your account through a browser and launching your course." While I know there is not much information that needs to be protected however there should still be some kind of cybersecurity measure in place. According to the representative, anyone can log into your account with the password ***. She told me I had the option to repurchase the courses at 50% which would've been about $200 for only the required courses, not even the extras. I don't think I should pay $200 for a technical issue that I didn't cause. I would like so kind of resolution, I was not satisfied with the service the ce shop has "provided" and they shouldn't offer or guaranteed service they can't meet.

I first bought this course on April for the first time
I first bought this course on April for the first time. I was about a month into it when i got diagnosed with covid and stopped. I called them a month ahead to ask if it was possible to pause or postpone and was told no. The lady said per DC law, they can only extend the course 30days after the 90 days are done and I'll have to buy it again and start over. Understood moved on, my fault and bought the course again. Second time I was told by their Rep Robyn that the count down starts when I open the course. When I finally had a chance to open the course, the time wasn't correct. When I called i was told that was wrong information and that the conversation was recorded and they'll have to check and call back. I fully agreed to that. I got a call back notifying me that I'll have to buy the course or they can extend it again for 30 days per DC law. I filed the first complaint with Complaintsboard.com on 11/2. The supervisor Lisa got back to me. I explained I already paid for it twice and that I followed exactly what the rep told me. She reset it for me and I removed my first complaint (emailed Complaintsboard.com to remove it and that we were settled). Unfortunately I couldn't finish it on time and called to get the 30 days extension (that they told me twice that I can do or to pay) . The customer service rep Carmen this time said that they actually couldn't do it. I asked why she said exactly "DC law is hard worded" I thought you can come up with a better excuse than that. While talking to her, I asked about a website the previous rep mentioned that shows the DC law for completing the course and she said she don't know. I looked it up on my history and the same law I looked up months prior is still there under DCOPLA. I even emailed them to confirm again and will update this when I receive a reply. Only asking for what you said every time I had a conversation with you, the 30 day extension per Washington DC law.

I took the math pretest on the first day i had the course and failed it
I took the math pretest on the first day i had the course and failed it. For some reason, failing the math test made me exempt from the entire math course. I called that day to have the issue resolved and they said they would look into it. I continued on in the course and decided i would wait to call again (as it was still showing exempt) until i got to the math section (which is at the end of the course). I completed the course, got to the math section and its still exempt. I called again, Was told it was being escalated and i would receive a call back. No one ever contacted me about it. I called again the next day, as i am on a schedule and would like to complete the course according to my own realistic timeline. Again, was told it needed to be escalated and someone would call me back. This happened four days in a row. On the fifth day it appears that they opened the exempt course up for me, but its counting as completed. So i cannot return to where i left off, nor does it take me to the proper section once completed. It still showed as completed AND exempt. The customer service agent disconnected the call and emailed me told me i do NOT need the math section to complete the course. That i do NOT need the required 99 hours to complete the course. I tried telling her that i PERSONALLY DO NEED the math course, and to complete the entire certification without it would be cheating, as i do not understand the math portion because i never learned it. She then escalated it again to a supervisor and told me i would receive a call back. Again, no one contacted *** am at a loss on what to do. I did not pass the math test there for i should have never been marked exempt from the course. It seems they are telling me to do 5 different work around instead of fixing their actual website. I cannot continue in the course in its current state, and it seems they do not care at all and refuse to fix the issue. I am not sure what to do from here.

The CE shop customer service is really bad and their tech support/IT department also really bad
The CE shop customer service is really bad and their tech support/IT department also really bad. I scheduled my final exam on 5/4/2022 and the proctoring process going smooth except the last step of releasing my exam, it directed me to schedule exam page again. I called PSI customer service and they told me my exam was canceled before 2 hours of my scheduled time with no reason by the CE shop. I re-scheduled my exam on the next day of midnight and this happened again! I called PSI tech support and I was told it's the CE shop's issue and they already aware of that but no updates from PSI system. I called the CE shop customer service/tech support in the next morning (Friday) and try to get the update about this issue, they told me my case was escalated and I need wait for *** business hours and I will get updates by email. Nothing! I re-scheduled my exam on Wednesday (5/11/2022) again and the CE shop website post a note that they are having issue on final proctoring exam and it will be resolved by 5/11, but when I tried in the noon no luck at all. I called the CE shop customer service again and request some technical guy to take care of my case right away, the representative replied she can't and the only thing they can do is escalating my case! It's like a joke and yes, I yelled to her. They are always saying they understand my frustrating, no, they don't. Or they can do something! I re-scheduled my exam on 5/12 again and chat online to confirm the issue was fixed before my exam, and they said yes, it was fixed yesterday. I was so excited to take my exam in the afternoon but after the proctoring admission process completed, the same thing happened again, it's my 4th try! I called customer service again and of course they always repeat the same thing: I'm sorry for this and I'm escalating your case. That's all the service they can provide. If you value customer please spend more money on the tech support instead of advertising! Improve your poor service!

I started the Real Estate class before I knew that my brother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer March
I started the Real Estate class before I knew that my brother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer March . I could not focus on the class anymore being that this was my only brother and that I and my sisters were in Hospice with with him daily until his passing in November . I just wanted to cancel the class, and start over after I had gotten through the grief of his passing. I did not want a refund just to start over at a later date. I called several times only to be told "sorry we can't do anything for you" "you should study while sitting in Hospice, "if we did this for you we would have to do it for everyone", :just stay focused on your class during this time it will help you". Needless to say these were cold responses. I also called and asked for ***'s (CEO and Founder of the Company) email address in May and the young lady told me that she couldn't give out the email. then I asked her if I could send her the email and she forward it to him and copy me and she still said no that is against the company policy. I just wanted to email him to see if he would be able to approve the cancellation and start back at a later date. All I wanted was to cancel and retake later. When my job sent us home in March due to COVID I lost all of my team but three of us. Extra work and longer hours to make up for the lay off of employees. I knew I could not start back in the early part of the year but the reps still did not want to listen. Now I just want a refund for the class because it has been some very unfortunate life changing issues that caused me not to be able to focus or to continue with the class. And another note is that the company/Reps wanted me to pay additional amount of money to extend the dates to be able to take it later but that would have cost me much more than I could afford to just give away. I would have paid for the class three to four times if I did that. A refund for $249 is all I want. This class was a gift from my daughters who was helping me to accomplish a dream. If I had known that my brother was going to be that sick and pass away I would never have paid for the class. I would have waited for a better time.
