Car cover didn't come close to fitting as specified
I tried fitting the cover on my '67 Ford Fairlane GT 427 which was within the dimensions specified online, but it wouldn't even cover the front and back of the car. The material was also a cheap burlap type of material, which is not what an indoor cover should be. I've owned classic cars and covers for over 40 years and this as the worst quality car cover that I've ever owned. Customer Service only told me that I bought it over 30 days ago, so I couldn't send it back. Fine. But they didn't even care that their specs for the cover were wrong. Now I see why their reviews are so low, especially on the BBB site.
Recommendation: DO NOT buy a car cover from this company! Poor quality and poor fit.

So I called in to talk to one of their reps and they were able to help me understand exactly what measurements I needed to move forward with ordering my covers. The site was pretty smooth (like my jazz playlist) but it was great to have a second opinion to make sure I was doing everything right.
The team there suggested that I choose a fabric that would perform nicely for the weather conditions in my area (not like I've got a degree in meteorology, like come on) and were able to guide me on measuring more accurately. Ultimately (which is like a fancy word we don't really need) I went with the Ultima fabric. After a few weeks of waiting, our order finally came (I couldn't wait, like you know that feeling when you're waiting for your favorite pizza) and everything fit just PERFECTLY! I know, I know, I am proud of myself too, it seems like my measurements were spot on!
We have been really happy with the quality of the covers and our neighbors have been admiring them so much that they want to order some as well (like come on Karen could you be a bit more original).
