theyre real nice and help u out a lot. i was late on my layaway payment but they let me catch up on it even tho they coulda took my stuff. great service.

I won a gun on Gunbroker and The Gun Crew, LLC called me to pay. I was about to pay, but my phone dropped the call because of a tech problem. They filed a non-paying bidder dispute without giving me a chance to call back and pay. I don't recommend them to anyone, to be honest.

They took my money, man. I forked over $556 for a 38 purple Walther, but when I went to pick it up on 9/1, they didn't give me no receipt or nothin'. After I did all the paperwork, they asked for $556 even though the gun was only $350. I waited 30 days and went back on 10/4 to get my gun, but they said they didn't get the letter from TBI and had to do the background check all over again (another 30 days!). I asked for my money back and they only gave me $405, no explanation for where the other $151 went. They didn't give me no receipt again, either. I think they saw a young dude like me and tried to take advantage. I deserved to know what I paid for, but they didn't give me nothin'.

I bought a real expensive gun ($4.5k) from The Gun Crew on *** and it was messed up. The plastic piece was busted and rattling around in the box with the wrench, magazine, lock, and manual. The box wasn't messed up though. I hit them up and asked what I could do. They said the maker would send me the part and I'd have to put it in myself. I wasn't feeling that and said I wanted to send it back. They said I'd have to pay $100 for shipping and 20% for restocking. That's a pretty good hustle selling broke stuff and getting it back for less. They were rude in the emails too, which ain't cool for a business. I think they sent me a messed up gun on purpose 'cause the box was fine. It was a bummer for me and I wanna tell others so they can make their own choices.

I got a gun from Gun Crew on December 1st, through gunbroker.com. I bought it on a "buy now" purchase and paid the full price they wanted for the pistol. On December 2nd, I sent a personal check for the full amount due. They said they hold checks for 10 days, which is fine, because I didn't want to pay the credit card fees. Within 10 days, they got the check and cleared my bank account. On or about December 31st, I emailed them to ask if they sent my gun to my ***. They said I should have received *** tracking info, which I hadn't, and the gun was delivered on December 20th, to my ***. I picked up the pistol at my ***, and it was as described, NIB. I gave them "feedback" on gunbroker.com saying that I received no tracking info from *** or through gunbroker.com shipping info on their listing. I rate their performance "A" vs "A+". But Gun Crew retaliates and gives me a "B" rating and forbids me from buying from them in the future. They also "trash talk" about me on gunbroker.com saying that with a dollar sign in my gunbroker.com account I should have known to pay more timely. It's not cool to say "bogus" info about a customer and then retaliate on gunbroker.com when the entire problem was their fault.

I bought stuff from The Gun Crew, LLC and I've been spending a lot of cash there for a while now. I got lymphoma and had to go to the hospital, but they said I lost my deal and $200-$300 even though the thing I wanted is still up for grabs on their website.

The Gun Crew, LLC ain't no good. They tricked me and lied to me. I had something on layaway and I missed one payment. They say if you miss two payments, you lose it. But they took it away after just one missed payment. They wouldn't let me pay anymore either. Then, months later, they said I could have it back but I had to start all over again. They even charged me interest, even though it ain't no loan. That's just wrong. They charged me way too much interest too. It's like they're trying to rob me. Don't buy from them.

Gun Crew sold me a real expensive pistol and said it was "Brand New" and "Perfecto." We got the gun today and saw that it was messed up, so we told the dealer and sent him pics. We looked at the seller's pics and saw that the gun was messed up in those too. The same messed up parts were in his pics and ours. But the seller won't take the gun back or give us our money back. When I called him, he wouldn't even give me his name and hung up on me. He says our pics show more messed up parts than his pics, but we showed him his own pics that had the same messed up parts as ours. This guy is a bad business owner and I might have to sue him to get my $6000 back.
