They are a bunch of ripoff artist. Website shows item is in stock you order.get a shipping date charge your credit card, then tell you it's not in stock and don't know when it will be.
If I could comment on my satisfaction in dealing with Vizard's by leaving less than one star, I would. But the larger overall question is, how can they actually have a ComplaintsBoard.com, A+ rating?
I had previously ordered ammunition from them and had mixed results as their inventory control system is less than stellar.
On this most recent and final occasion, I ordered ammo from Vizard's back in May and when Vizard's finally shipped my ammo instead of using one FEDEX tracking number they chose to use three separate tracking numbers, one for each caliber of ammunition purchased. Two of the FEDEX tracking numbers were actually delivered in a timely manner to my FFL dealer, but one of the FEDEX tracking numbers was lost at the FEDEX hub in Memphis Tennessee.
I filed a grievance through my credit card company but was not informed by VISA to reply in a timely manner by my credit card company so my claim was abruptly closed before I could respond. After accessing and reading reading through the claim rebuttal statement by Steve Vizard, he actually lied on the statement to my VISA company as he only included one of the FEDEX tracking numbers which actually did arrive but Steve neglected to address the other two FEDEX tracking numbers, especially the one which was lost in shipping; but Steve Vizard told my VISA company that all merchandise arrived.
After speaking with FEDEX customer service, I was informed that my shipment was eventually discovered as damaged and the merchant was reimbursed.
Regarding Vizard's customer service telephone number, try calling it yourself and see if anyone answers; regarding their email address, try writing them to see if they respond; and even try chatting with them on the website by using the chat option; Vizard's states on the webpage, "Excellent customer service 24/7"; well I am still waiting for them to answer their phone as I have over 50 calls with no one answering, I am still waiting for a response to my 10-emails, and no one is available to chat either.
I was actually able to speak to a woman, Ms. S, on 10/22 and she informed me that she would both call me and email me the result of "management's decision to refund my lost order" which my FFL dealer never did receive and which I never did receive either but which I am still out $280.
So if anyone is thinking about doing business with Vizard's Guns and Ammo, I would say look around for a better and more reputable vendor. And, if it happened to me, then it might happen to you also.

Terrible customer service, I ordered the wrong ammunition from them, tried calling them as soon as they were opened at 10:04 am because the order was made the day before after hours, I called but no one picked up , I left a voice message stating that I wanted the order canceled, I then sent them a message on their website and also sent them one via chat with an agent named (Vanessa) whom stopped responding as soon as I asked for the order to be canceled, I tried calling back twice but still no answer, I then got a message after 2pm saying they'll try to cancel it, I then called back at 2:56 pm only to hear that the order has already shipped even though I received no email regarding shipping and their website states that shipping would be done 2 days after order. Save your money and go somewhere else where your business is appreciated and you won't be lied to.

Terrible customer service. 1. The picture in the listing does not match the description of the listing. 2. The flat out lied and said they had spoken to my FFL dealer which who I know personally. I justed wanted a refund and nothing else. I was happy to ship the gun back. As I can tell for their current customer rating this isn't a company to do business with.

Ordered a gun from them, in the description. It never said that it had a threaded barrel. Gun arrived to my local dealer to find I couldn't even own it. Spent weeks trying to send it back. I ended up losing over $80.00 as they charged me shipping and restocking fee, and I had to on top of that pay my local gun shop to send it back. DONT EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY SHOULDNT EVEN BE SENDING GUNS TO AREAS THAT THEY ARE ILLEGAL. IM GONNA LEAVE REVEIWS EVERYWHERE. EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW HOW CROOKED THEY ARE.

I normally do a lot of due diligence on a new online vendor but for lack of time, this time I didn't. We saw that the website was legit, I saw the ComplaintsBoard.com logo and went ahead and made a purchase. Later that day I came back and started digging around on the site and ended up reading some of these reviews. I immediately panicked. I was afraid that I had made a really bad decision. So I emailed support to make sure that they had received my ffl providers info and ended up calling Vizards the next day. I spoke to someone who said my gun was allocated to me and that although there might be a delay it would be shipped out within 10 days. The next day I got a response to my email saying that it would ship this week and later in the day I got an update saying it would ship the next day. I then received tracking info for the shipment and the gun arrived today. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. This is only my experience but it was a good one.

On 4/22, I placed an online order for a $1,550 pistol. Two minutes later, I sent the FFL. Since their website states that "some" orders are taking "up to 10 business days" to fill, I waited the full two weeks (10 business days). Nothing. This morning I received an email from *** It contained a copy of the FFL PDF I had sent, plus an encrypted Word file. The complete text of the email said, "The important information for you," which is already suspicious. To open the Word document, you have to disable virus software and "enable" editing. Once I did that, Word asked if I wanted to translate the contents of the file from Russian language. Uh, no. I replied to *** explaining this and saying, "I think you've been hacked." I immediately received a reply saying to disregard. Then I went to the live chat and explained most of this and asked them to refund the payment if they can't ship the pistol. They refunded the payment. Now I have to try to find out if my PC has been compromised by Russia intelligence. What a nightmare. I hope all of you who do business with them have a better experience.
