I had a car with them that messed at least two times for a known issue that Ford is having with that vehicle causing the vehicle to become not operable. I returned the vehicle they put it as a paid charge off. Now they are trying to sue me and garnish my check.

My car was picked up yesterday on [protected] in Lindale at Colonial at 2pm. I had made a car payment of 245.00 on 5.13.2021 on Thursday morning. I have all my receipts from when I made payments on the car. They claimed that my account was 38 days past due so they came and picked up the car anyway. I would like to get a refund from when I made my payment last week because if they are going to keep the car then I might as well get a refund for the car payment.

I purchased my vehicle November 13. Since then my car has had the same issue going on. The service department had me take it to my local Pepboys on 3 different occasions. After the 3rd time the problem was still happening. I was told to take it to my local Subaru dealership that time. All seems to be fine until July. I had to take it back to the Subaru dealership where it stayed just shy of 2 months. I have had to pay for a rental, Lyfts and Ubers, and repairs. Luckily The Key did pay for some of the work the final time, if not I wouldn't have a car. I filed a complaint on August 12th with The Key. The submission said it would be answered August 27th. I have yet to hear anything back.

I got a car from the key on 5/1 as soon as I drove off in the car the airbag light came on about 2 weeks pass and it leaves me on the side of the road so I take it to pep boys to get fixed it took about a month to get it back I got it back and a week later it over heated and left my family on the side of the road and the key has a warranty that says 10 year *** mile motor and power train warranty the issues with my car are in the motor and they refuse to fix th issues and want me to pay the *** dollars to fix the car that would put me at about 19 grand for the car and the car is only worth *** and I got it for *** they are the absolute worst car dealership I have ever been to and I advise anyone to not go there

When I test drove the vehicle I noticed there was something wrong with the heating and cooling system, The Key said they would have it taken care of but failed to tell me it had to be within the first 30 days of getting the vehicle and from that point on even after having one issue fixed there has been several more issues with the vehicle that I was informed I have to pay of pocket when the day I got it I was also informed there was a warranty but now theyre telling me theres not one, and they also apparently switched auto loan holders from *** auto finance to I believe the lady had told me *** Auto Credit, or something to that affect, Ive tried making my payments but I have no idea who to contact to make them, and I dont feel I should be paying for a vehicle that isnt working right that is my only transportation to work, Im currently having to look for another vehicle because of the issues
