These folks are GREAT
These folks are GREAT. A friend recommended them, and I'm so thankful she did. I have been inundated with mailings about Medicare, and none of it made that much sense to be quite honest. My Medicare coach (Adam) has been fabulous and so patient. He made sure my questions were answered, explained everything, and told me what I needed to do and when. I have told all my friends about the Medicare coach and recommended to my friends that when the time comes to contact the Medicare coach!
Medicare has a scary connotation, and it should!
Medicare has a scary connotation, and it should! Lots of information, too many companies vying for your dollars and really not much time to prepare to sign up. It's a government thing. Enter "The Medicare Coach"-their informative video gave me perspective and allowed me to freely think about options without the "hard sell". I signed up and was assigned a great coach (Calvin) who gave me a short online interview & subsequent phone chat. I'm now signed up for all my "Parts" and feeling relieved...Money well spent!

This was money well spent. The video presentation was good, but working with my coach (Shari ***) was a great experience. She has been extremely good at helping me evaluate various options and deciding what works best for me.
I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the information available for Medicare
I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the information available for Medicare. I received no less than 3 mail pieces per day from sales folks or agencies wanting me to "call me for a quote". With working full time and running a small business - I just couldn't wrap my head around all the information! I feel very blessed that I came across an advertisement for The Medicare Coach! Very professional and informative - without selling! I highly recommend them if you are wanting someone you can trust to give you straight info without selling you any product.
I contacted them prior to turning 65 as I had heard through people that I had to join Medicare when turning 65 which I learned is not true as long as your employer has a qualified health plan. Once I decide to retire they worked with me to get my accounts setup and choices made. They explained the steps and made the process enjoyable (if that's really possible). They looked for the best pharmacy plan for my drugs and I am now happily setup.
I had an excellent experience with The Medicare Coach. My coach, Greg, was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He really listened and asked questions to better understand my needs. He helped me sort through the myriad options and I'm far more confident about my decisions. The support offered was above and beyond- even connecting me with an agent (at my request) who assisted me with signing up for my Plan G supplement. I highly recommend The Medicare Coach. It was money well spent!
Great service! Had my appointment this morning with Garrett *** & he answered my questions & made navigating my medicare choices very easy. He was knowledgeable, friendly & came up with a plan that fit my needs & income. I recommend this company- listen to their video to learn more about their services & their values!
Outstanding. Money well spent. Responsive and personable. They've done this before so their PowerPoint presentation contains every option tailored for you. I'm a retired physician and never understood Medicare until now and they break it down very logically.
Adam Smith is terrific!
Adam Smith is terrific! Don't know how we could have made it through the confusion of the governmental system without him.
He sent my husband and myself personalized plans. When we spoke, he clearly explained them and why they were best for each of us. He was pleasant, patient, detail oriented, and took the time to answer our flurry of questions.
He continually keeps us up to date as our information becomes official. Whenever I send an email, he responds within minutes - amazing.
We feel so much better knowing we have an unbiased mentor by our side. He managed to assuage our anxiety - no easy feat!
My brother told us Adam Smith was the best and he was right!
Thank you so much... Noreen
My introduction to the Medicare Coach through their free, 2-hour seminar was as helpful and informative as the paid services they provided, for which I am grateful. I was steered clear of making some costly mistakes had I acted on my own research.
I had been feeling intimidated and overwhelmed by information I was reading about Medicare. Then I watched a free introductory video that came across my facebook feed and I was so impressed that I decided to join. The additional videos were also very helpful. I worked over the phone with Greg *** who helped make the process manageable and straightforward. He then connected me with Joey ***, an insurance agent from the Medigap plan I had chosen. I was very pleased with both of them. They were professional, knowledgeable and personable. I almost certainly would have made some poor decisions had I not gotten the guidance from everyone involved with this agency. Would definitely recommend!
They are good a pushing the traditional medicare plans and even the plan G supplement in my case but I've had problems getting medicare to pay for ANY of my medical bills since being eligible starting in April . I've tried reaching out to Medicare Coach to see if they could assist me with understanding why all the denials as they eluded to doing for others during the presentation. I've had no response from them. For the money I paid them which was $699 (stupid me) I could have paid my doctors and labs tests. Plus I'm now paying over $406 for denied labs tests. I may as well taken the cheaper advantage plan and saved money since I would be denied anyway. I'm paying $280 a month for absolutely useless insurance out of my measly social security check and have all these extra bills to pay for doctors and labs. Dont pay for their advice. You don't need it to be denied payment anyway. And there is NO SERVICE from them once you pay your $699 for their advice.
Very helpful in wading through the quagmire of Medicare information. Emily's step by step webinar helped clarify much of the confusion regarding the different parts of Medicare. Greg my personal coach answered my questions and helped me choose the right plan to fit my needs. He made the process streamlined and efficient and I feel confident in the choices I made with his help. I would highly recommend their services.

I was very pleased and happy with the insight and assistance provided by the Medicare Coach team
I was very pleased and happy with the insight and assistance provided by the Medicare Coach team. They provided great perspective to wade through the complexities of getting started on Medicare and the related programs for Supplemental & Plan D prescription coverage in addition to the Plan A & B coverages. I was amazed how much was involved with getting set up correctly from the git go, thought it would be very straightforward and learned it was not. Very comfortable interactions with my personal coach as well as through the online web telecasts highlighting potential pitfalls or short-comings of not getting properly set up. For me, it was a good investment in my future healthcare choices and feeling that I was getting established with the correct building blocks as I venture into retirement healthcare.

About a year ago, I was warned that I would soon be flooded with Medicare advice, advertisements, and solicitations
About a year ago, I was warned that I would soon be flooded with Medicare advice, advertisements, and solicitations. Was that ever the truth. I now have a stack of mail about 6" deep. They all wanted my business and they all made themselves sound wonderful. I couldn't help noticing, however, that usually, right after a statement that seemed perfect, there would be an asterisk. And when I tried to find the information attached to that asterisk, first off, it was hard to find, and second, it was vague. I would have had to call each and every one of these companies to ask for details, and listen to their hard sells. Instead, I decided to invest in The Medicare Coach. I have now completed my sign up for Medicare, and I am so glad I chose that route. My rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me options and explained each one in detail. He knew the answers to my questions. He encouraged me to call him back whenever I had a question or a problem. He got me signed up in a matter of 15 minutes, and I'm set. After it was done, I couldn't believe it was that easy. I had dreaded the sign up process, and worried about it for months. I didn't need to. I highly recommend The Medicare Coach. Rebecca
