The North Face I ordered jacket north face through northface saudi arabia website which didnt arrive

Dears,

I ordered a jacket from NorthFace SaudiArabia website , however they sent wrong item - Gucci non authentic Scarf & i asked for resending the correct item i ordered.

However they said it is out of stock and refused to provide 100% & said max is 50% and i keep the scarf which i didnt order & dont want it.

This is complete robbery & i want to get my refund or they to send the jacket i ordered

Claimed loss: 350 Saudi Reyal

The North Face The North Face Base Camp Duffels

Hello,

I have purchased 3 Base Camp duffels in the last 5 years, in the hopes that they would last me at least 10 as online reviews have claimed.

However, all of my duffels (used mostly to store climbing equipment) display significant damages such as:

1. Orange Base Camp Duffel XS (Bought in 2019)

- cuts and inner material exposed where the material folds

- clear rubber for the card slot is disintegrating

2. Black Base Camp Duffel M (Bought in 2019)

- clear rubber for the card slot disintegrated

3. Black Base Camp Duffel XS (Bought in 2021)

- the material initially was not entirely black but with sort of stars against a black sky motif; now it's just black with lots of grey patches where the outer plastic starts to peel off.

- clear rubber for the card slot disintegrated

I'm concerned about how long these will last. Particularly upset about the latest one I bought which I think suffered the most extensive damage.

Desired outcome: I would like to request for some form of compensation from The North Face as these purchases weren't cheap in the first place.

The North Face The North Face refuse to refund me after return parcel went missing

About two months ago I bought 2 jackets from the North Face it worth £500 in total, according to their return policy I can return for a full refund within the next 2 months from the date I received my purchase. So I decided to return them using their delivery service “Yodel” tracking number is 886Y41921075A064, so now the parcel went missing and I contacted the north face they said after investigation they have decided not to refund me without stating any reason whatsoever, since I paid with PayPal, I also contacted PayPal, my bank and Yodel, none of them take responsibility, since PayPal took money directly from my bank account, therefore I am not eligible for buyer protection nor a charge back from my bank. PayPal said I am not eligible for their buyer protection either because apparently the buyer has to contact them before returning the item within the first 2 weeks and have to prove them the item is not as described. I then contacted the financial ombudsman to review their terms and conditions, still waiting for their reply. I have also reported to the police fraud team.

Therefore I am here to report a huge scam the North Face “return department” is running in the UK (probably worldwide).

I have read countless complaints about the same thing happened to so many people with slightly different details. Yet no one has done anything about this for years, if anyone who has the same experience please contact me on WhatsApp (preferably) or call, my number is +[protected], I am going to start a campaign for people who have had the same experience with the North Face return department as well as reporting it to the BBC and CNN, if they are actively scamming people for a large amount of money I believe there are much more behind what we see on the surface.

Imagine more and more big cooperations take a few steps further to can scam money from ordinary people and there’s nothing we can do to put things right, this is terrifying and I am sick of it! So please come forward we should try our best, make some noise, get our money back and put things right! If anyone has any idea that could help my situation, please contact me, I would really appreciate it. Thankyou.

The North Face Coat

I paid £320 for a coat.. So not cheap at all.. The belts buckle is plastic and has come apart and barely lasted a year.. I wear the coat with the belt done up but it clearly ain’t of quality.. When I contacted Northface they asked me to send the belt in which I did and then they returned it to me in the poorest wrapping yet they expected me to send it bubble wrapped which I did.. No explanation to why it was returned or the outcome.. I chased it again to go through explaining the scenario again to be told it’s not covered under there warranty.. £320 on a coat with worst customer service.. No alternative options provided..

The North Face Product is excellent. Customer service is horrible.

I went into store I want to order a jacket they did not have my size I was asked to order me one online gentleman will likely refuse and says at this moment they have a difficulties with the delivery call the customer service I called the customer service I was told I will get a phone call back just to clarify, the store had a sale. I never got a callback. Neither honestly they care to sell their products. It’s a shame the north face does not have a right people working for them. Terrible customer service.

The North Face Failure to refund order number [protected]

Placed order on the 22nd October 2022 - didn't fit so sent for refund.

Order number: [protected]

You e-mailed me to say that this had been refunded to my Barclaycard which it had not and still has not.

I phoned and raised a complaint - case number [protected] - on the 11th November 2022.

You have now had my funds for 6 weeks and I returned the goods on the 29th October 2022.

This is a disgrace. Please refund order number [protected] - Value £240.00 immediately to my Barclaycard.

And stop sending me e-mails asking me to rate my customer satisfaction - for the record it's zero.

Please refund immediately.

The North Face Jacket

Sent an order for a jacket. They said would receive in 3-5 days. That was 10 days ago. Nothing, and they refuse to tell me anything. They lie, and are the rudest people I have talked to. Avoid this company like the plague. I not only wont buy from them I actually despise them and what they allege to be about. Just lies misrepresentation and rudeness.

Desired outcome: Cancel my order, but they refuse.

The North Face Charging for vip membership

I never agreed to paying $14+ per month - I noticed it on my credit card statement, and that apparently I had been paying this fee for months. I NEVER order from Northface. This is such a scam and I am cancelling this ridiculous membership account, together with the Northface catalog I receive from time to time. Northface should have the professionalism and dignity to refund my membership - which I didn't even know I had - with an apology for their greed.

You have blatantly lied about shoes I bought, my order now is 316 I bought north face shoes, you have sent no brand fake shoes that are worth maybe $5 I demand a refund I'm sick of this hurry up, how dare you send such atrocious fake shoes your lack of integrity is very poor, the shoes you have sent are absolutely terrible attached are screenshot of order and of bank transfer and a photo of the shoes you sent, clearly they are not north face I am absolutely livid

The North Face Insulated Snow Boots

These insulated snow boots were given to me as a Christmas gift. This would have been about 5 years ago.

I am currently 75 years old and we live in Louisiana. The boots were used only when I snow ski with my children and grandchildren and for no more than 30-45 days since I got them. Please note the lack of wear on the soles (see photos attached)

I sent the boots to The North Face with a letter of explanation and they were returned to me with a note that they warrant footwear for one year from purchase.

It appears that this was a major failure in material or workmanswhip and I would hope that The North Face would replace the boots

The North Face Track suit pants

I purchased tracksuit pants for my son they have been worn a handfull of times. They have fallen apart and im very upset as these were a Christmas present for him. They have come apart at the seams and are only now fit for the bin. This is unacceptable as they are not cheap. He has not worked out in the only worn for causal wear. Can you please investigate. I am very unhappy.

The North Face boots

the bottom rubber sole fell off on one of the boots which is very dangerous when doing outdoor activities. I do have numerous north face products including the jackets which are very worm and never had a issue with any product until now. if at all possible would like a new pair of boots as i am sure it was just a defect with the adhesive process. also i sent pictures to show the boots were not abused in any way and still look new and that the sole came off in one piece and not in pieces. thank you for dealin with my complaint and i hope we can come to a happy solution.have a great day and good new year!

The North Face i'm complaining about the sale services of tnf 명동직영점

Dear Customer Service Team,

I have been a loyal customer of your brand for the past 10 years, I have time and again received great service at your stores worldwide which is one of the main reasons I shop at your store. But to my surprise, on the date of 30th June 2019 at around 3:00pm, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at one of your stores

On the said date, I was with 5 of my friends who travelled all the way from Hong Kong and were going to make a purchase in said store. We had already targeted some items and so we just went straight off to the staff trying to check for available sizes in stock. However, our enquiries were being completely ignored on 1st floor and we were treated disrespectfully with rude manner when we tried to ask for more details of the products.

Despite the poor service received, we decided to pick some items directly by ourselves and quickly headed towards the cash counter to pay for them and leave the store. My friends and I had grabbed quite a lot of products on hand and so we tried to explain to the staff at the cash counter on how we wanted the bills to be separated and checked out for each of us. The staff on the ground floor seemed annoyed and told us rudely that he knew how to do it. After getting the total amount of my order, I presented my credit card to the staff and to my absolute surprise, the staff then refused to accept it and reiterated that they would not check out for us and implied that we could take our business elsewhere.

I was extremely appalled at such behaviour, and therefore we left the store and have a good mind to take our business elsewhere as suggested.

I hope you would understand how serious this matter could become, if this kind of incidents left unattended, especially with an international prestigious brand like yours. I have reasons to believe that we were treated with such attitude because of our nationality and this is a very serious racism. I can see a lot of growing comments in social media platforms about the poor sales service received in your stores in Seoul, Korea. I regret to say that I will also share my terrible experience this time via various channels and platforms if this problem left unexplained or unresolved.

Therefore I would like you to really look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. I always believe that your brand has been known to provide good qualities along with good services, and such events tarnish the brand name, so please address this issue soon.

In conclusion, I wish that this matter will be settled as everything that transpired has caused a great deal of stress and hassle on our part. I urge you to respond with a clear explanation of this incident and why we were treated with such behavior in your store, plus the solution or approach you would implement to prevent the same incident from happening again in future.

The North Face shoes

I ordered and paid for a pair of hiking shoes Crispi Rauma GTX. Black leather with green laces.

What I recieved was a pair of pink suede shoes "the north face" -cheap TNF copies I assume.

The North Face defective product and bad service

Hello,

A few weeks ago I purchased an item from the north face in doha festival city. After a while I realized that the item is defective. I then contacted the store explaining to the manager that I would simply like to exchange and even pay the difference if I have to, as I purchased the item for an upcoming trip.

He told me that he cannot do anything and I have to contact another email address of their customer service that is based in uae. I was shocked as I purchased the item from them and now they're asking me to take up the issue with someone else in another country.in other words, it seems if they sell defective items they do not really care what the customer has to say and they just tell you there's nothing they can do.

Anyway, i've been very patient and polite as these things happen. However, I did try to contact them and i've been getting no responses at all from them.

It might not be much money to them but it is to me. I don't know what else to do now.

The North Face Broken Merchandise Delivered

Do not buy from this website. I bought my daughter an alleged North Face Denali Hoodie. When she broken open the "sealed" package this morning the tags were not as a Denali would we have seen in stores and the tie and tip to the hoodie were broken and frayed. I have pictures which I am trying to post so no one else gets taken. My daughter is crushed as this is her birthday present and she went off for this today crying to school as her friends were anticipating seeing her new North Face.

The rain fly on my tent shredded through normal use. Calls to The North Face found them informing me it is normally replaced for free under warranty, but they don't have rain flys and won't ship any to me. The results: their warranty is nothing more than a slogan.

I went online and ordered jackets from this website and it doesn't appear legitimate at all. I thought this site was a real outlet selling North Face products. They don’t tell you that they operate out of China and you never get confirmation of your order.

The North Face Jacket ruined after 1 hand wash

I bought a jacket from "The North Face"- "Womens Aconcagua Jacket White", and hand washed it once (as the instruction on the jacket said that it needs to be hand washed). But to my despair the grey colour on the inside of the jacket came on the white outer surface! I totally regret buying "North Face" jackets and swear never to buy it again.I was a huge fan of North Face but now I am very upset. I bought the jacket for a $100, which is no joke .Please do the needful.

The North Face fraud knock off and defective

Never buy from this site, total SCAM. Bought what I was to believe was a North Face Jacket, from JCS efashion, not only was it a knock off but it was defective and then since it was a Xmas gift and unable to return until after Xmas they are refusing to give me my money back. This to let everyone know that you should never buy from them. I will continue to dispute this charge, they should be shut down and I will find other areas that I can put out a complaint so I can inform as many people out there. What a rip off, and no disclosure that they sell not only knock off items but also with defects. I can't believe how they can continue to operate this way and rip off all buyers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You guys should just shut down!
