policy explaination differs from employee to employee
DICKS Sporting goods opened in Ft smith 3 months ago. I got a loyalty card there from day one and spent thousands of dollars - just before Christmas I was mailed a 70.00 gift card to be used as cash for my loyalty . I didnt request this it came in independant of a request. On 12/19/2011 I bought my wife a 250.00 North Face Coat for Christmas and was worried it wouldnt fit. I was told at the register that they would take care of it if i brought in receipt within 30 days with tagged merchandise. Well, I went in to return it today (12/30/11) and the cashier said I will credit 195.56 back to your credit card. I said, " what about my loyalty card/gift card for 70.00? she replied that it was a coupon and you dont get cash back for coupons... I understood when i purchased the coat for 250.00 and used a GIFT CARD that if it didnt fit I could return for store credit, money back, gift card for 250.00 back... I feel like I was robbed. Back to Cabela's and Academy for me!
Selling Fake merchandise
Company sold me a fake North Face Jacket. Will not return my phone calls or emails. When I reach them by phone, they are hateful and hang up on me. I have tried to go through the process of refund/return, but they purposely wait until after the 14 day return period and then will not give you an RMA# that you have to have in order to return the item. They have had several complaints with the Better Business Bureau (one of them being mine) and they have never responded to them. Isn't there something we can do to put this company out of business?
No, my intention was not to make anyone mad, but to just state my case to those that are looking into buying from this company. There is no sense in going into all that you said. That is not what this website is about. And when someone makes a reference regarding my education or knowledge, I do get defensive, just like you did. I'm glad you have had your degree for over 20 yrs, but what is the point of this website if the only thing a reader is worried about is someone else's grammer. Again, my intention was to state my case and try to keep someone from making the same mistake I did. End of discussion.
I was talking to "squibs". And yes I have heard of people being satisfied with fakes. But the bottom line is this company sold me merchandise as authentic and it wasn't. I'm sure North Face would understand regarding your slander comment. You are very quick to anger even though you were not the only one who commented on my complaint and did not know who I was talking to. But all the same, I appreciate you trying to educate me on life. My Bachelor's degree must have been fake too.
Denim Basement-but from what I am finding out is that they have different names. Another name is Crawford Sales, who actually is one of the entities they have that ship out.
I did not realize that people actually made fakes to take people's money. I'm from TN where we do not treat people this way and we sure aren't rude to people--like you! Are you the owner of denim basement?

I want to buy a denali northface jacket on here but noticed that there is no direct way to contact anyone. No phone, no address, the blog site does not work and the live chat does not work. I looked the name up through a web search and found this site. Sounds like it is a fake company. So why is it still appearing on the internet? Aren't fake companies supposed to be removed?

The company presents labels i.e. north face, moncler each label with it´s own website; urls change continuously, merchandise is never shipped, money disappears. Customer login is blocked after the first question concerning the confirmed and paid order.

This is the second email I have sent to you about my wanting to return a North Face Denali I had ordered from you. I was sure to follow you return instructions and emailed you promptly after I receive the jacket and expected to hear back from you with the same promptness I had with you. Please email me back as soon as possible so I know the best way to proceed with this refund.
On October 31st 2010, I ordered a Mens North Face Denali jacket from northfaceoutlet.net, which was said to be 100% authentic under their FAQ page. I just received it, and it was clear that it was not authentic. I took it to a reputable North Face store and asked the manager to tell us what he thought. He immediately said that it was a knock off and then compared it to a real North Face Denali Jacket from his store and showed us the many difference. Since the North Face Denali I received was clearly not authentic like their website said it was and because "at northfaceoutlet your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long term business, " I would like a full, 100% refund. Please provide me with the next step in order to return my product and receive my refund.
