All money in advance for Singaore Family trip
Services cancelled two days before on the pretext that tickets are not available. However, we could easily buy tickets at the counters.
Worst still is that one year has passed and my refund has not been given. Everytime I contact thrillophillia, a new executive calls and provides no resolution. Everytime I have been asking for the matter to be escalated but no response is received. On 27 Sep 24, Mr Arpit Aggarwal and called up from their call centre promising resolution. When he couldn't provide a resolution, he started misbehaving. He also said that his senior, Ms Priyanka, will call on the next working day ie on 30 Sep 24 but that call is still awaited.
Absolutely inconsiderate!
Junior staff at Thrillophilia are not bothered even after keeping customer's money for an year now. I have spoken with eight people in Thrillophilia in past one year.
Can I expect any responsible senior from Thrillophilia to call back and resolve the issue?
