TicketsatWork [ (care-6439152) [protected] hotel cancellation refund

In the month of June, I made a reservation to a Hotel and I had to cancel the reservation because of personal reasons. I went ahead and cancelled the reservation well within the cacellation window by calling the customer support of ticketsatwork. All this is tracked in their system.

Their policy does say that if I cancel it before time, I am eligible to get 100% refund, which I did not get.

Today I received an email stating that their hotel partner has denied my request for a refund.

TicketsatWork (care-6368262) refund/ celine dion 2020 cancelled concert

I had purchased tickets for the April 2020 Celine Dion concert through tickets at work. As the concert has been officially cancelled I am due a refund for the full amount of the tickets. I have had numerous calls and hundreds of emails back and forth with the "customer service staff" at tickets at work. They are passive, they cannot complete any request asked of them. It is now well over a year since the official announcement that the concert was cancelled and I am still fighting to get my full refund back. I finally received in writing and over the phone a confirmation a cheque was being mailed and was told wait 3 to 6 weeks for arrival. It has now been 10 weeks 4 days and I am never given a straight answer when I inquire.

Desired outcome: I want my full refund. They refuse to refund my credit card and insist on send a cheque, yet I believe they have absolutely no intention of actually mailing my refund.

We apologize if the show is officially canceled then the guest would have seen their refund by now. Sometimes the brokers do need to wait to be refunded but we usually take care of the guests once we know for sure the venue's show is canceled especially when they are buying tickets through the "Preferred Access" section of our website.

TicketsatWork Unauthorized ticket purchase

This company not only charge my account once but twice for an unauthorized charge. Instead of this company honoring the request due to no fault on my end they refuse in told me there was nothing they can do and hung up on me it is not my fault that you're a website has technical difficulties but I'm supposed to pay for it I'm assuming I have already found a dispute fraud complaint against this company if I have to get a lawyer involved I will they are in no way helpful!

Desired outcome: A full refund is required to rectify the situation

TicketsatWork Refund for hotel

I purchased a hotel stay to Las Vegas and was informed a day later after booking that hotel was canceled and they could not accommodate. And that I will receive refund within 3-5 days, and if there was and issue contact my bank. It’s been 6 days and I’m getting the run around and have not received my refund. I don’t know what kind of games this company is playing. And each time I call to speak with manager they make up excuses. I will not be using them again

If you have not gotten a refund by now, please reach out to us. Normally refunds can take a little longer depending on the banking institution but they are normally 3 to 5 business days. But if the order is more than a year old or the card the guest has is not valid anymore, we might have to mail out a check.

TicketsatWork Concert Tickets were never delivered after being in contact multiple times! Expecting a refund for no service rendered!

Original Order Number [protected] - $883

I have retained all email communication in my situation to prove that no wrong was done on my part.

Purchased tickets prior to Covid. I remained in contact with TicketsAtWork throughout the postponement of the concert.

I finally received an email response stating that my tickets were delivered electronically, though no email received.

When I contacted TicketsAtWork stating that I had not received any form of email, they would look into the matter. Then I received an email I would have tickets in hand 2 days prior to the concert. I assumed via mail. I waited one day and contacted TicketsAtWork again stating I had yet to receive the tickets. No response was given. Concert came and went.

I contacted TicketsAtWork again letting them know that I had done everything in my power to retrieve the tickets that were purchased. Since no service was ever delivered, nor tickets received, I expected a full refund. I called. Spoke to a representative who promised they would escalate to an "escalation department" and I would receive a an email response. The representative stated that they also had the email of the tickets on their end and if I wanted them to send it. (No good in that.). If they had the email the entire time, why didn't they just forward it to me when I first said I didn't receive it?

I see very similar situations raised in complaints by others. If this is a tactic that people use their program without having services rendered, then this is fraudulent activity.

Desired outcome: Please refund my full purchase price or if that is not in your power, come to a reasonable arrangement besides walking away with my money for a service that was never rendered.

TicketsatWork refunds

I booked several hotels then canceled all of them.. Due to COVID-19 our original trip was canceled which was to take place on 1/6/2021. The new date for our trip was 1/5-15/2022. I was refunded most of my money excepts for $544.13. I've spent weeks on spreadsheets and on the phone with my credit card company and withTicketsAtWork.com and I got no where...

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded for my $544.13. I also would like to know the break down of all my purchases and credits for the last 3 years...

TicketsatWork TIckets needing refund

Tickets at work assured me they would work hard ot get me a refund. Instead they wait 24 hours and send me a random form email saying sorry we can't help you with that refund. I am very dissapointed. we had made plans to go to washington DC but after the NYC subway attack we do not feel safe going. So we need to cancel. I am just saddened by their lack of help

I asked for a refund one day after the ticket was purchased since my trip was cancelled, they didn't provide a refund and said tickets were final sale.

We apologize but as a 3rd party, these tickets come directly from the partner. Once they are bought, they are considered a final sale. If the guest is unable to attend for 1 day, they can always check with the park to see if a raincheck can be honored but they will be at the park's discretion.

TicketsatWork A refund for a bed bug infested hotel

I was issued a full refund by the hotel but they said that since I booked through a 3rd party the money was refunded to Expedia so I guess ticket at works uses Expedia. So I have been in contact with ticket at works for 3 weeks and still no refund. I had a really bad experience at the hotel and if they refunded I feel I should have got my money back already. Every time I talk to them they say they are waiting on hotel partners which I know is Expedia because the hotel says that who they refunded it to. So I don’t see the use in booking with ticketsatwork if they book with Expedia and then charge a lot of fees. You can just book with Expedia without the middle man. I just want my money back and I feel like 3 weeks is long enough to wait for it.

Desired outcome: I would like a money that was refunded by the hotel to be refunded to me.

I’m writing this complaint because it took them 3 weeks to decide to refund me. I had a bad stay at the comfort inn in San Antonio because the room had bed bugs. We were suppose to stay 2 days but after getting bite by bed bugs we checked right out. After speaking with the hotel management and providing video proof of the bed bugs he issued a full refund but since we booked through ticketsatwork the refund was issued to Expedia. Which I guess that’s who ticketsatwork uses. So I have been waiting on them to refund for 3 weeks I keep getting that they were waiting for their hotel partners to respond. So I get an email today stating that I was issued a refund for the second night that we didn’t stay only. If the hotel issued a full refund why are they keeping my money. This practice does not seem right at all. I could see if hotel only refunded for the last night but they refunded for the night that we stayed too. That to me would be them stealing my money. I need some understanding of this.

We apologize the guest had a bad time at the hotel. As a 3rd party, we have to investigate this matter with the hotel supplier. It is up to the hotel and the supplier to provide the compensation they would like to provide to the guest. As a 3rd party, we do have to wait on this answer for the guest. We do show a guest of the same name got her issue taken care of since last year. If this guest is still having problems, she can always reach back out to us. Thank you.

TicketsatWork Promised hotel amenities were included, false promises.

The only reason we decided to book through this company was because we called ahead to confirm whether the price shown included the hotel amenities fees. The representative told us that the purchase price did include the hotel amenities fees. However, once we got to the hotel and checked in this was not true. I highly recommend not booking with this company, book with literally ANYONE else. Falsely stating the price for a non refundable booking is honestly despicable.

TicketsatWork Disneyland Tickets

My wife bought us two 2 day passes in December 2019. We planned to go in the summer of 2020 but of course Covid. We bought them through my sister-in-law's work from TicketsAtWork.com. We were told they would be valid for 1 year after the park opened up to the public after the lock down. We are out of state so it wasn't open to out of state until June 2021 which means they should have been valid through June 2022. TicketsAtWork customer service said they expired in December 2021. Several of us have called and we have not gotten anyone who cares. We want to go in June 2022. Can you help us? My phone is [protected]. The Supplier Order # is [protected]. Disneyland extended the tickets for a certain period of time. We apologize but they considered the tickets for a final sale. They did allow guests at one time to apply their credit for a new ticket but that would be up to the park's discretion.

TicketsatWork All products

I booked a family trip on Ticketsatwork and decided that I wanted to change it to make it cheaper. Then I find out from the customer service representative that I would not be refunded by the card that I paid with but a $742.00 voucher! The whole point was to free up money for our vacation. The whole time I am trying to discuss this with the rep she is trying to sell me something else and that she cannot do anything about it. I tried to explain to her that I could book the rooms cheaper directly through the hotel cheaper than what I booked them with. There is a 219.24 difference which is big difference for a single mom with 3 kids. The website is a joke and the description of the rooms is not even accurate for most of the hotels. A voucher? That is a rip off. They are a rip off. You cannot even cancel your trip without filling out a form for them to process again all you get is a voucher. It was 1233.16 (includes all taxes and fees) for 2 rooms directly through Holiday Inn and 1471.44 through ticketsatwork. I will never deal with coimpany again.

Desired outcome: I want the difference in price for the rooms and upgrade with a view for my trip 4/8/22-4/10/22 to Universal Studios

TicketsatWork Movie tickets scam.

I both tickets to go to a cineapolis traditional theater. Not a luxury theater like the ticket mentions.

The pico rivera cineapolis thearther is a traditional theater but they still dont accept the tickets i both from ticketsatwork.

There response from ticketsatwork, is that they should accept them, so they cant give me a refund. Also they tell me that pico rivera is a luxury theater. But there not..the pictures below i provided shows that the pico rivera cineapolis is not a luxury theater.

I feel that ticketsatwork sold me something i cant use, its a scam. And they have bad costumer service.

TicketsatWork My money was stolen

I purchased tickets and received an order email but no ticket email. I called and spoke with two different customer service reps both of which were very rude. They said that the ticket email was sent .

I NEVER GOT MY TICKETS!

They proceeded to tell me they are non refundable so not only did I NOT get my tickets I also did NOT get my money back.

You literally stole $109 from me.

TicketsatWork Ticket exchange

I purchased tickets for Disney and due to the Park being closed I didn't get to use my tickets. When I asked for an exchange they said I was two weeks late from being able to exchange my tickets. I tried to contact them by email 11 months ago and never got a response. When I got a reschedule date for my trip I called to get an exchange on my tickets and they refused.

Depending on Disney Park, some parks allowed the credit to be applied to new tickets depending on the date going. Depending on when the guest bought the tickets, they can always reach out to the partner to see if the credits they paid can be applied to a new ticket. This will be done at the park's discretion. Once Disney tickets are bought, they are considered a final sale. We do try our best to see if a refund can be given but that will depend on the terms and the time the voucher was bought.

TicketsatWork Disappointed in tickets at work customer service

Tickets at Work Knotts Berry Farm Tickets purchase was a complete disappointment!
On Dec 23, 2021 we made our way down to Knotts Berry Farm with excitement and tickets in hand. The weather was gloomy and rainy but had our rain jackets, boots and umbrellas ready to go. Both of our Army and Navy serving children were home for the holidays and they were happy to be home in CA. When we arrived at the gate it was raining and we were told they would be closing the park for the day due to the weather. We would have never expected the park to close due to weather! And would have never driven over 2.5 hours knowing they close the parks due to weather. We are hard core Disneyland goers and love to go to the park in the rain and have done it frequently.
All the cast members at Knott's were extremely nice and recommended we go to the customer service counter just outside the park. We were greeted by Diego, he listened and was extremely sympathetic. He asked us to fill out a form with the ticket info and then he would get back to us for our refund request. The supervisor, Jalyssa, took over and let us know that due to it being a third-party purchase that they could not give us a refund or offer us tickets to come back another time. But that if we had purchased the tickets directly even though it clearly states NO REFUNDS, they would accommodate our request (for a refund or tickets to come back anytime in 2022), just as they did for several other families that day. She explained that even though it is their policy, NO REFUNDS, that good customer service is what brings their customers back and they want their customers to be happy. She said making families happy is the most important. She explained that since we did not use the tickets at all we could most likely get a refund. She explained that even though it is a third party that we purchased the tickets from they are still get the tickets from Knotts Berry Farm and they have the final decision. She explained it would be reasonable to ask for our money back as the CLOSED the park. We really appreciated her time and kindness.
The circumstance of the park closing was not even something we considered. Weather is one thing but they closed the park! Nothing on the tickets says anything that they could close the park due to weather. We were extremely disappointed and since our adult military children were only on leave for the week before the holiday, sadly we had no other time to use the tickets.
I reached out to Tickets at Work four times and explained to the representatives the situation and that it was not a under normal circumstances that we were asking for a refund. When you call the representative is not who makes the decisions. They only type what you say and it goes to another representative that makes the decision. All the representatives were very nice and listened but I feel there is a disconnect. I feel the 2nd person who makes the decision just read the rules of the tickets and they immediately say no, no matter what. There responses were almost immediate with a big NO REFUNDS. I am highly disappointed in the effort they make to understand life's ups and downs and that NO doesn't always have to be NO. The Closing of the park was not our doing and we would have been happy to go in the rain.
I am an administrator and work for a large company and I always have recommended Tickets at Work to our employees but now I will not☹
Again, I am saddened and disappointed with Tickets at Work lack of compassion with unforeseen circumstances. And that our military family was unable make the best of our Christmas time together with this purchase.

TicketsatWork Disney tickets

Do not purchase any tickets from this company EVER! This has been a nightmare! We purchased tickets in March and 2 days before we were to use them my father passed away. They would not issue a refund OR CHANGE THE DATE! I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue and no resolve. THIS COMPANY should be out of business, this is not how you treat customers who give you 800.00 of their hard earned money and have a tragedy and cannot be issued a credit, refund or change of date...

SHAME ON YOU TICKETS AT WORK!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...

TicketsatWork Flight

Due to scheduling reasons, I needed to change my flight. Employee Alexa Verdi assured me that I was given a flight credit ticket to be used at a later date. The only reason I continued with the cancellation was due to the incorrect information and promise that I was given. (Attached email) Even though the total credit amount I was told I have was significantly less than the initial ticket price, I was not able to use the credit to schedule a flight for Thanksgiving. I was ignored and pushed to the side for weeks until told I wouldn't be able to use the credit because the airline did not give me the promised flight credits. Due to the lack of professionalism and accountability, I was not able to attend the holidays with my family. After being lied to and told to contact the airlines showed the company does not upload their word of honor and will make guarantees and not fulfill them. It's upsetting to know that they can say "It's not our fault" or "Not our problem." after they were the initial reason why I am in this situation. This is an unprofessional company and/or poorly trained.
