Refund request
I was booking a room through tickets at work and while booking my phone had a glitch so I assumed the process did not go through. So I ended up booking again and to find out I accidentally booked twice. This company refused to give me my $400 refund. When it was clearly an accidental double book. I am not happy and will NEVER use this company again. Do not recommend this company.
Desired outcome: Negative outcome

Baseball tickets
Bought Tickets thru Tickets @ Work for Red Sox vs. Orioles game on 9/17/21. I did receive the tickets and initially I was good. I was referred to download the tickets via "Ballpark" app. Then on 09/13/21 I received an email from Boston Red Sox tickets had been recalled. Gave no reason or who recalled them. I checked the app and yes those tickets were no longer visible or in my possession. Come game day I had no tickets. Tried to plead my case and was denied as all sales are final. I need help as to why they were recalled or by whom. As of now I've been ripped off $380. I just have no idea if I've bought something how can they be taken back with no reason or refund? Thank you
Desired outcome: Refund
Tickets
for shows through this site. I purchased tickets in March for a December show. I have yet to receive the tickets and they will only mail out 3 days before the show. I can no longer go, they won't refund or send me the tickets now. If I purchased the tickets, I should receive the product. Like I said, I wouldn't purchase tickets for shows through this company. They say they are looking into the matter; however, they blame it on the 3rd party and never any resolution.
Concert tickets/refund policy/covid
I have requested a refund for concert tickets that were purchased several months ago. At a time when things were looking up as far as Covid. I was unable to use the concert tickets due to artist changing requirements when numbers began to rise again. At last minute the artist, Glass Animals, set new requirements, the required a negative Covid test or proof of vaccine for entry to the event. This was NOT a requirement when purchased. My daughter, whom we were attending the event for, tested positive. My daughter is only 11, she can not have the vaccine yet so therefore we were DENIED ENTRY. The venue, St. Augustine Amphitheatre, has a no refund policy that they waived for this circumstance, However, my tickets were not purchased through them so they were unable to help me. TicketMaster, the actual company providing the tickets to Tickets at Work, is also offering refunds for this event due to these circumstances. I would not have purchased tickets if I knew the artist would change requirements. I have provided proof of the positive test, I have provided proof of entry denial and I have provided proof that the venue and ticket master are offering refunds for this event on this date due to these specific circumstances. I have been denied a refund 3 times now. I understand we are living through a pandemic and these issues are unforeseen, I also understand the refund policy does not include the instance of a pandemic, change in venue/artist requirements OR denied entry. Tickets at Work has not provided me or my family with "world class experience from start to finish therefore I am finding it hard to believe that Tickets at Work is committed to this. I am a very unsatisfied customer! I have used tickets at work in the past and will no longer. I will not be able to recommend Tickets at Work to anyone, including employers, until my issue is resolved.
Desired outcome: refund
Won't give refund when had to change trip because they couldn't book hotels
They refuse to give a refund on the rooms I had to cancel when I had to change my trip and was unable to use all the vouchers they provided.
I would like a refund for the un-used vouchers, when I tried to get resolution with TicketsatWork, they kept saying the vouchers have already been used when that is not true. The full balance still shows on my three remaining vouchers but they refuse to refund them even though I can't use them for the forseeable future.
Desired outcome: Refund of the three remaining vouchers
Hotel reservation
I made a reservation for a hotel in Fort Walton Beach on March 20 2021 for today 08/02. (Reservation ID [protected]) Hotel The Isle by RL
Yesterday morning I called the hotel to request a microwave in our room and was told my reservation was canceled. Called Ticketsat work Rep and they said it was not, gave me a confirmation number ([protected]) to call back. After several calls back and for I was told to wait from 1 to 3 hours for a resolution from the escalation team ( at 6:32pm) also an email from German Orilla, CRS. Telling me to "rest assure" and wait for that time frame response. At app. 9:45pm I called Ticketsatwork and a Rep told me that the reservation was confirmed CANCELED by the hotel on the month I made it. No reason or explanation why or who did it. Refund is on the way he sort of said…… I paid ticketsat work, not the hotel. This is a lack of respect to the people they say they serve. They just screwed my planned vacation and my 36 wedding anniversary, prepaid excursion etc.
Tickets
Stay away if you don't want to loose ur money. I purchased tickets, and they refused to cancel, or adjust when they turned around and lowered the prices by $90 per ticket. I waisted over $450 purchasing through them b/c they wouldn't refund or match their own price. If I had went through the actual parks website to purchase tickets, they would have refunded me. The catch with dealing with a third party company such as this, is that you give up customer service all together. They won't help whatsoever. I don't know how they are even legally allowed to operate as a business. After speaking with a manager, was told there was nothing she could do, then I was hung up on. I will never purchase through them again, and I will encourage my employer to remove this as a benefit. Tickets at work is a scam!
Desired outcome: Refund
a refund on a hotel stay that was booked in error by one of your representatives. conformation number is [protected]
I traveled to Orlando Florida on 05/08/2021 to 05/11/2021. I stayed at the Country Inn suites by Radison Airport. The day before I was leaving I reached out to Tickets at work to see if the could check my reservation to make sure I was near the airport. They guy went in to check and deleted my booked reservation and stated that he was sorry. I told him that I was displeased and he need to find me another location near the airport. He looked at the Sheraton Airport and stated that they were booked so he needed to book me somewhere else and this is how I got booked at Country Inn suites by Radison. That hotel stay was horrible and the put a full refund in for my stay with them and now this is really ridiculous. I will be contacting the better business Bureau today in regards to this matter. I never had a reservation confirmed to me by the booking agent he stated that the Sheraton was booked. I have reached out to both hotels and they state that this is not being held on their end. Ticket works is holding my money. In the beginning of this all I got several different stories. This has been way to long to refund the amount of $377.21. I can be reached at [protected]. My email address is [protected]@outlook.com. Thank you.
Desired outcome: full refund back to my credit card in the amount of $377.21
Ticket Refunds due to COVID
I would not recommend tickets at work the discounts are marginal and if you have any issues there customer service is awful. We purchased tickets for Disney for a once in a life time family trip. When COVID hit our trip had to be cancelled due to the Disney shutdown related to COVID. We have no idea when and if we will be able to rebook and coordinate another family trip to Disney. In speaking to tickets at work customer service they stated that they would issue us a refund as a credit voucher that can be used on anything on their site including gift cards. Seemed good until we tried to use the credit voucher and found out we could not use it for gift cards but only for the same type of tickets we purchased for Disney. Now we have $2, 300 locked up until some day we can make it to Disney. We talked to Disney and they said if we purchased the ticket directly with them they would have issued a refund. Looking back this purchase was not worth the little over $100 we saved booking through tickets at work.
Scam. Stay away from this shady business
Website advertised "Fully refundable" due to COVID. I cancelled by booking on the same day, 3 weeks before the check-in date. Ticketsatwork did not give me a refund, back and forth with even managers for 2 months. Their bogus claim was the supplier (aka the Hotel) denied by refund, without any explainable. They cling on to that claim "someone else's problem" and keep denying my fully-right refund request.
I'll inform my corporate to not do promotion or business with this establishment.
Customer service and obligation to refund
On feb 15 2020, i had a hotel reservation that was confirmed and paid for. Hotel had no record of the reservation and ironically all hotels in the surrounding areas were sold out. My entire family had to sleep in the car after flying from michigan to san diego. I continue to get told that tickets at work (best of orlando) has been reaching out to confirm the cancellation of reservation and have not received my refund. This makes no sense as it took one phone call to tell me they had no record of my reservation that had been confirmed through tickets at work. My refund request number is care-[protected]/shelly
Tickets at work social fraudulent and they seem to steel. they never sent me my tickets and they refuse to refund the money. Don't ever buy from them

To whom it may concern,
My wife and I went on a road trip at the beginning of the year. We used Tickets at work to book the hotel/motels we stayed in. On the 6th of January, we needed a motel to stay in Fayetteville, North Carolina. On the website of Tickets at Work was offered a room in Econo Lodge Wade - Fayetteville North on 3945 Goldsboro Rd, Wade, NC 28395. There were pictures of the room and a full description of the motel. The price was good for us, and we have stayed many times in Econo Lodge so we were ok with the offer. We booked our room and drove to the motel. Upon arrival, we noticed that there are no signs or the logo of Econo Lodge on the address that we were provided when we booked our motel room. When we checked on google we realized that Econo Lodge was permanently closed. The building that probably Econo Lodge once existed was not renamed and owned by OYO hotel or DaysIn, I can't say with certainty since there were two different signs on the building. We reserved Econo Lodge because we trust the company, we have stayed before and we are satisfied with what they offer. We did not fill safe to go to the building that was unclear about what hotel or motel is exactly. I called Tickets at Work and explained my situation. The customer service kept putting me on hold for a couple of minutes and in one part of the conversation laughing at me while I was trying to explain what has happened to us. I was told that that is the motel I have agreed to book and they as a third party cannot do anything about it, cannot cancel it nor refund me. I tried to explain many times that the motel I booked and the motel that is on the address is not the same but it was without any success. Finally, I decided to go to the motel and try my luck there. They had my reservation but I explained to the receptionist that I have booked Econo Lodge and want to cancel. After almost one hour of trying to cancel the receptionist said that the room will be canceled and we will be refunded. The next day my bank account was charged for the room at a motel that I do not even know the name of, never stayed there and was told it was canceled. I called the number I was given by the motel on the address I provided above, and even though they had my information the night before, now they did not have any information about me. I called Tickets at work and filed complain but was not able to get my full refund of 51$ but only a 20$ refund from Tickets at Work. The problem was not the amount but the fact that we have led to book a room in a motel that does not exist anymore did not receive any support from the website that provided inaccurate information (tickets at work) and were not treated with respect from their customer service.
I am writing this with the wish that nobody else experience what we experienced on our trip. The Tickets at Work should check what they are posting and make sure that what they are posting is accurate. We wished we got the rest that we needed that night or at least to have been heard from the customer service and cancel and refund our room reservation since they were the ones to lead us in reserving something that does not exist.
I want to thank you in advance for your time and help.
Best regards,
David Thibault
hotel reservation
I paid for a reservation at Best Western Inn and Suites in Dothan. I drove 6 hours to get here. The address on my GPS led me to Red Roof Inn. I called Best Western inquiring about my reservation. I wasn't in their system. The lady at Red Roof informed me that I was booked there. This hotel was not clean or safe looking. I got in town almost 9:30pm central time. I called ticketsatwork. After an hour wait time, I finally got someone who claimed she was calling the hotels. She came back and said she placed an urgent request to the hotel coordinator who should be calling the hotels and getting back to me shortly. But couldn't give me a callback time. I'll either get a refund or be booked to the correct hotel. I called back after 15 minutes. I was placed on a 30 minute hold with the rep. The coordinator never called. I spoke with the manager Chris, who then said because it was after 12 eastern time their system switched over and they can't book me another room for the night. But they can book me into another hotel the next day not Best Western. I was given 2 other hotel options for the next day which were lower quality. I asked if I was just supposed to figure it out for the night?" Chris responded, "unfortunately yes." End results, 2 1/2 hours later, I had to pay an additional $226 for another hotel and will be unable to receive a refund until 3 to 5 business days.
customer service
I had purchased almost $1000 worth of tickets through Tickets at Work and twice I have had the misfortune of dealing with a customer rep named "Sophie" from florida (its what she told me). This woman is very rude and when you dare ask her a question related to the tickets you want to purchase she gets very angry, raises her voice and last time when i told her very politely to check for better seats her angry response was "this are very good seats, if you don't purchase the tickets somebody else will buy them". The first time I dealt with this woman, she even hung up on me because I told her that I had a question only and needed to call back to purchase the tickets, which i purchased online for a new york visit on 7/19. One of this New York tickets did not work in the MET museum and my son ended up paying cash to get in. When i called Tickets at work, I was told that in one of the attractions one of the tickets was scanned twice and I still had another ticket that I could still use. Don't know how that happened, but I returned home and there is no chance i am going to use that one ticket that is supposedly good to be used. I don't know if this rude, ignorant woman did anything to one of the tickets. She is very hostile and should not be dealing with customers if she gets annoyed when a customer has questions. Maybe her manager should remain her that answering questions is part of her job description, or she needs to be retrained in how to be a good customer service representative. In the end my issue was not resolved, and i probably will not buy from Tickets at Work anymore.
false advertising
I recently visited the Miami area - Purchased a "Sightseeing Day Pass." On the Tickets at Work website, it clearly lists all the attractions covered by the Sightseeing Pass. One of those attractions listed is "The Thriller Speedboat" ride. First, I called "Thriller" to make reservations. I was told that I had to pay for entry since the Sightseeing Pass was not good. I called Customer Service and it was confirmed that YES, "Thriller" is indeed covered by the pass and that I should not have to pay to enter the facility. I personally went to the "Thriller" attraction and once again I was told, "No, you have to pay, your pass is not good." Once again, I called customer service and again I was told YES, "Thriller" is included, they should have honored your Pass. I went back to the "Thriller" attraction only to be denied entry again. Since the "Pass" became useless, I called TAW for a refund and was told NO, because the attraction you selected is NOT one of the listed attractions. I mentioned to the lady I talked to that the TAW website clearly lists "Thriller" as an included attraction. I also mentioned that when I called TAW twice, I was told YES, "Thriller is a listed attraction covered by your Pass.". Contradictive statements by TAW plus fraudulent advertising. I'm entitled to a refund.
I had the same experience with a Six Flags ticket purchase. False advertising stating that Fright Feat was included with a day pass.
unacceptable
I booked a room through them and got a confirmation letter from them. With these papers, I tried to check in at the hotel where I was said that there was no reservation on my name. I thought it was a mistake. With help of the receptionist, I found out that my reservation was confused and they booked me a room, but at a different hotel. What a shame!
