I purchased Tieks from eBay. seller used a stolen credit card and sold them to me. Tieks contacted me and threatened me. I purchased Tieks from eBay. seller used a stolen credit card and sold them to me. Tieks contacted me and threatened me that if I didn't refuse shipment that they would block me from ever purchasing from their website again. I was the victim. Tieks blackmailed me. I explained to them I wanted to do the right thing and would contact eBay but that I didn't want to lose the money. Tieks harasses customers and treats them like villains if they don't buy directly from them. I contacted them directly and senior leadership hung up on me.

I could not get what I ordered in 6 weeks even I called customer support 10 times and emailed 6 times but I was charged I have ordered a shoe from Tieks online on June 2, they charged it to my credit card right a way and I was given Order # XXXXXXXXXX via email, when I track my order via FedEx, my order is in the state of "Scheduled delivery:Pending" in ***, *** since June 9th. Today is July 7th. In last 30 days, I have called Tieks customer support at least 10 times and emailed them at least 6 times. They have never helped me and hung up the phone to my face. I am extremely unsatisfied customer. If they give value to customer satisfaction, they should email me back and explain the situation. They can find me from my order number. I tried to ask to talk to a manager at Customer Support but they hang up the phone at my face. They are refusing to give me credit for $175 they charged. They don't even find out why the order is waiting at FedEx since June 9th.
Order inadvertently sent to previous address; current residents returned package immediately to Tieks My husband ordered me a new pair of Tieks...before he submitted, I told him to ensure he had our current address. He went in and changed but on their site it's a two step process. Once you change the address, you have to go back in and select the right radio button. My husband neglected to do so and the shoes were shipped to our previous address. After several weeks, he checked the status and noticed that they were delivered to old address. He called/chatted with sales rep at Tieks (***) and she suggested that my husband go to the old address and ask the new owners if they had the shoes. Well against his better judgment, he did. The new owners said anytime they get a package, which they do remember a small box coming, they immediately put back in mailbox and return to sender. My husband relayed that message back to *** and she said that we needed to give it some time to return to Tieks. Well it's been about 2 months and I've since been engaging with *** and other sales rep. I've asked to have a manager call me twice to try to resolve the issue. At this point, I just want to know if we are out of our money or will Tieks live us to excellent customer service. I own six pair of Tieks; this is the first time I've experienced an issue with their customer service. I'm hoping this will not be the end of our relationship. I have worn my shoes about 5 times. I was walking and a piece of the sole at the front fell off. They refused to fix it or address the known issue. I reached out to customer service after a chunk of the sole fell off walking. They told me that they couldn't do any customer service over the phone and I would need or text or email. I sent in pictures and the order number and they replied saying that I had enjoyed the shoes for long enough and I could glue he piece back on. I had already told them I didn't have the piece and I don't feel like after wearing them 5 times the shoes should do this. In a look at the internet many people have had the sole fall off on the exact place which they have acknowledged to other customers it's a known issue. I offered to send in more pictures showing my shoes are in pretty much brand new condition. I also called in and was told despite the phone number leading to customer service they can't provide customer service nor could they transfer me to a supervisor. For such expensive shoes I'm deeply disappointed and will not be buying further shoes from them. Walking should not cause a chunk of the sole to fall off. Their poor customer service is shocking and very disappointing.

I bought a pair of Lemon Patent Tieks in April. I wore the shoes one time and stored them correctly, the dye from one shoe transferred to the other. Order # XXXXXXXXXX Purchase date: April 12 I purchased the Lemon Patent Tieks in April. Since we have been quarantined for Covid-19, I wore the shoes one time for a funeral in June (only had the shoes on for about an hour). Came home, took the shoes off, let them sit by my front door a few days before correctly folding the shoes and putting them back into the storage box. I am a teacher so we have went back to school, I pulled the tieks out to wear them to school and the side of one of the shoes has blue coloring from the bottom of the other shoe that has transferred to it. I own ten pairs of tieks and have never had this happen with any other pair. I am sick and disappointed in how I am unable to wear the shoes. I immediately took a picture and sent it to customer service and was told that over years that there can be discoloration to tieks. I have owned the shoes around 4 months and worn them one time, for *** they should not have done this. I asked how I could clean the shoes to get the blue off of them because they are unwearable as they are and was told to take them to a cobbler or to dye them. This is a ridiculous answer. For what the shoes cost, the company should have a solution as to how to clean them or be able to replace them since they are like brand new and show absolutely no wear to the insides. I am so upset with this company and will never do business with them if this issue is not resolved.
