Right now, I have a bit of an issue with Sand Cloud due to shipping. I really like their products and I received one as a Christmas gift, but when I ordered a beach towel, there was a problem. It was supposed to be shipped on the 11th, but the tracking hasn't been updated yet. I called DHL e-commerce, the company they now use for shipping, and they don't have any record of scanning the package. They only mentioned that the label was created. The first two emails I sent were answered quickly, but the one I sent today didn't receive a prompt response. I just want my towel and I wish I could find out where it is.

I bought four towels from Sand Cloud through GMA. They said the towels would ship in 2-3 days. It's been a month since I placed the order and they keep saying they will ship soon, but nothing has arrived. I cancelled the order this week because I needed the towels for summer and specifically told them not to charge me. But guess what? They charged me anyway, and I still haven't received any towels. Dealing with them has been a complete mess. I hope I can get a refund at some point. In the meantime, I ordered towels from another website and they were delivered within two days of my order. I ordered from Sand Cloud during a sale and I was super excited to receive the products. They promised free shipping in 4-7 days, which was great because I spent over $200. I made the purchase on December 1st and 2nd, and the product said that all items would be shipped on December 4th. Everything seemed fine until I saw that the notes said it left the facility on December 5th at 1:13 PM, even though it was posted on the 4th. It's like the product never made it to the USPS. I've been trying to track it for days, but all USPS acknowledges is that a label was created. Sand Cloud hasn't responded to me either, and now the items I ordered are out of stock. This whole shipping situation has gone from me being nice and understanding to me being frustrated. It's taking up so much of my time and I feel like they're playing games with the shipping. I've never had an experience like this before. I can't even give them one star because they have my money and I don't have the product. I don't even know if it shipped, even though Sand Cloud says it did. I'm guessing they'll offer me a refund since I got the product on sale, instead of just honoring the promise and sending me the product. That is, if I can even get a response.

I ordered a bedding from Sand Cloud to be delivered to my PO Box. I always check if a company ships to PO Boxes before ordering. I didn't see anything saying they don't ship to them, so I placed my order. Well, they shipped it through UPS, who says they don't have a service for PO Boxes. Anyway, I contacted Sand Cloud to see if they can ship it back when they get it and I give them a different address. After arguing and them blaming me, they said they'll ship it back to the new address. I got a notification on April 15th that it was returned. I contacted Sand Cloud on April 24th to let them know it's back at their warehouse, as they asked. They say it's not there "yet". I contacted them again tonight, April 28th, for an update and they still say it isn't there. I also ordered their "amazing" towel and realized I didn't change the shipping address after placing the order. Their email says I can reply with any further requests, so I did. I asked if they can update the shipping address to my alternate address because of the issue mentioned above. They said they'll "honor the request if available". Not sure why it wouldn't be available... it's just changing the location of the product I ordered. This company has terrible customer service and can't handle any negative experience or accommodate simple requests. They treat customers with negative experiences as if they're demanding everything for free, which they're not. If you order from them, make sure your order is correct the first time and that you can receive it at your location, or they won't help you at all.

I ordered from Sand Cloud on July 19. The tracking said it would arrive on July 26. But I never got it. DHL last scanned it on July 22. It's been a week and still no updates. DHL and Sand Cloud both said it's probably lost. They keep telling me to wait and see if it shows up in a week or two. They admitted to sending my order to the wrong address and even said my order number was under a different name when I sent them all the necessary information. I know that means the label was printed but the package wasn't sent out. Since I knew it wouldn't come in time for Christmas, I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They replied on 12/17 and asked for my shipping address. I gave it to them even though I thought they already had it because I gave them my order number. After that, my tracking info was updated and it said, "Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 12:45 am on December 19 in ***. This does not indicate receipt by the *** or the actual mailing date." It's now 12/29 and it's been almost 30 days since I ordered, but I still haven't gotten my order. I've ordered from other places online and even with delays because of COVID and staffing issues, I've gotten my orders within *** business days.
