Tim Hortons review: Appalling customer service and employee did not know how to make iced capp it was disgusting

Date of service was 09/09/2020 I ordered a iced capp (mocha) I asked if they make them thick like a frappe I was assured yes very thick when I was handed the drink it was like water I told the girl it was not right and it needed to be thicker she scoweled at me and took the drink to the back I heard another employee telling her just put extra ice in it when she came back she slammed the drink on the counter and said there is your " milk shake" the drink was disgusting her attitude was appalling I had to throw the drink in the garbage.

I paid £3.99 which I would like returned to me as the drink was not made correctly and not drinkable.
I bought it in the Glasgow shop I lived in Toronto for over seven years and never have I experienced such bad customer service in either country she represents your company and that is very sad.
