Tim Hortons Oxford, Michigan
I tried to order a sandwich with chicken, but was told they were out of chicken. So I changed my order to a turkey bacon club, sandwich only.
When I received my sandwich, I drove away. I began to eat it, and realized there was only one thin slice of turkey on it. Very thin. Is this the recipe? It seems like a lot of money to pay ($7.30USD) for a BLT with a thin slice of lunch meat thrown on it. Also wondering about the lettuce. Is it supposed to be shredded? It was.
So my complaint would be:
1. The restaurant can't keep up with demand. I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait for chicken. Considering the fact that over half of the sandwich menu is chicken based, isn't this an issue?
2. If Tim Horton's wants to sell a turkey bacon club sandwich, you need to actually be able to tell that there is turkey on the sandwich while eating it.
Not happy & I haven't sent a complaint to any company in the last 35 years.
Thank you,

Desired outcome: I would like a refund or a gift card or something. If the sandwich wasn't made properly, then corporate contacting the store & trying to fix their processes would be helpful.
