Went to tim horton's on martindale road in sudbury 2 weeks ago. To get 2 bagel belt... (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato on a bagel) and 2 coffee. Half way to our destination we stopped to have breakfast... There was no lettuce or tomato... On thursday we again had to make the same trip so we stopped again at tim hortons for 2 bagel belt s and 2 coffee, again as we left I went to add ketchup to mine only to find no egg on it and it was ice cold. Checked my husband's and the same for his... Can you not teach your staff that a bagel belt is bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato on a bagel. I understand you are trying to save money, but we paid over $14.00 for these orders and I am pretty sure I could have made them at home plus the coffees for less than 14.00. So I am not impressed. Once is staff error, twice is owner's error. Three strikes and you are out. Gonga's grill is just down the road, and i'll bet they could get the order right.
Desired outcome: Give us what we paid in cash for.
