Tinder gold subscription nightmare

Dear Sir / Madam,

Created a SINGLE Tinder profile then subscribed to Tinder Gold 7/9/2018 and paid AUD $164.99 for the 6 month plan expiring 7/3/2019.

This worked well until early November 2018 when the Gold subscription disappeared from my SINGLE Tinder profile.

Try to "restore purchases" in the Tinder app via settings to receive "Restore Error, your subscription is currently tied to another account".

This cannot be possible as I only created a SINGLE profile as listed above.

Requested assistance from Tinder who advise "multiple profiles" for my subscription are present and to delete old profile.

This has failed numerous times and further customer assistance requests lodged with Tinder about this situation have not resolved Tinder's own problem with my profile and subscription. This has also included authority to review my SINGLE email reference used for my profile for a duplication check by Tinder.

What can Tinder now do to resolve my issue or refund the unused subscription amount?

Tinder impersonation

It has been brought to my attention by a friend that a fake account under my name has been created on Tinder. I have never had a Tinder account.
The name is S., 21 years old female from India, the last user location was [redacted], a place I do not visit. My bio is wrong, my place of work is wrong. I am submitting screenshots of the chat with my friend and of the fake account.
The pictures have been taken from my Facebook profile. I am requesting that this account be removed immediately as it is not me. Please confirm once the account has been shut down.

Tinder cyber extortion

HI,
One of the people I met through your website has Cyber Extorted me. I have contacted the FBI and local authorities. I am deleting the App, but I want you to know that the profile of Nazeer Burak is a fake. He has threatened and followed through with posting awful things on my company website. I do believe he is probably using othe profiles as well.

Tinder account under review

Good day! I'm currently using Tinder Gold for a few days now. I'm preparing for my upcoming trip, and tried on some other locations. Just earlier, I fell asleep, and when I woke up, it says that my account is under review. I know that I did not violate any rules. I'm a responsible user who just befriends people. I hope that my account will be restored before Nov 13 (the day of my trip). Thank you.

Hello! I was just swiping in Tinder when suddenly I got logged out again for an account review. Apparently, it says that some people blocked my account. This happened to me twice this week. I think this is associated with me using Tinder Passport. I'm not breaking any rules nor sending inappropriate messages. Pls let me retrieve my account. Thank you so much.

Tinder tinder payable services (subscription)/blocked account

I have contacted Tinder on 29th of Sep regarding failure to log in to Tinder. I thought it was temporary. After 3 weeks (mid Sep) I contacted customer service and found out that some violation occurred. I want to report that my account has been compromised as leak of Facebook information and want to ask to 1. name the violation which occurred so I could take appropriate security action in the future. 2. Also recover my account. 3. reimburse 32, 49 gbp for non received services for some time.

Additionally I want to mention that I am paying for the services and taking seriously all issues regarding terms and conditions using both : facebook and tinder. Thank you.

Tinder my tinder gold account

Without any warning email or anything of the sort my account has been banned without saying why this has happened and I have not gotten a response to my email that I sent to tinder help days ago. I feel as though there has been a bug and nobody wants to sort through everyone who has been affected to right the problem. At this point I would like to have a new account because I doubt that I will get my old account based off of the help team not even responding to me. I believe that I deserve at least a little respect for being a paying user of the application!

Tinder fraud

I got in touch with a person call Oscar Eric, but it was not his real name. He said that is living in Memphis, Tennessee, USA, but born in Malmo, Sweden. He has stolen to another man identity which posted his pictures.
We started texting and he demanded to send money to him. His demand was to send 5000 euro and he will come to meet me face to face to give me back a money even he never had the intention to come.
He sent me pictures from his USA passport which is fake and also some pictures from his tickets flight traveling from Memphis to Beijing, which do not exists. The phone number which he used is: +[protected].

Please delete his account and banned him for the futures new fake accounts.

Tinder everything

Subscribed to Tinder about 4 weeks ago, first time on any dating site. Had no clue as to what I was doing with different offers popping up constantly. Found to my horror I had subscribed to Tinder Gold costing me an extortionate £72.95 for something I hadn't even realised I'd subscribed to? Guidance to this very unclear and now no refund applicable, a good idea to allow a 24hr window at least to change your mind. I did think this was a reputable site to meet someone new yet I am blown away to find many fakes on here with constant offers of sex, suggest you change what you're offering on this site as it's certainly not dates, very disappointed to say the least especially at such a high cost only to get nothing out of it whatsoever apart from contact with freaks and a high subscription cost.

Tinder scammer

Scam people on tinder...how do we find them and do something about it?

I have now come across a number of scammers on Tinder..they are really nice to you and make you feel as though there is a connection and then make up these amazing stories and then ask for money. They are so good at what they do and make you feel so guilty when you don't help them and then you feel threatened by them.

I am letting you know that I am taking my case to the Police so the fraud teams can follow it up and get in touch with the company that is involved as well as the Commonwealth bank who is involved in these scam accounts.

Tinder banned for no reason or explanation

Error 40303. Was informed that i did not respect their terms and was permanently banned. Surprised, asked which term did i violate. The answer was vague not stating which term did i infringed.
Find this unacceptable was not properly informed about the reasons of being banned and not being also able to register again withe the same fb or cell phone which is quite discriminatory as well - in a nutshell: banned for life without justification or understanding. Tinder is an Aldous Huxley world.

Tinder inability to log in despite having bipolar and dying in hospital/ was hacked/ was reported by an ex

I contacted tinder on two occasions regarding my account.

I have moved country and have two email addresses and two numbers.
The short answer was I violated the terms and conditions. There was no clarification, and I was dying in hospital from lithium toxicity at the time. I provided screenshots to customer service but heard nothing since!

I have bipolar hence the toxicity as that's the medication I have been taking to stabilise myself. I was told I was in the wrong, when clearly I was unwell, I wasn't even logging into tinder and I was hacked on both Instagram and Facebook by a vengeful ex. This was explained clearly- with evidence and since my account has not been recitified or deleted and been allowed to start again. In Kuwait it is very hard to meet men normally as it is a different culture to the UK- where I am from.

I am here to work and also make friends and date. Tinder is my only option as other dating sites do not have the restrictions and everyone can message. I am a private person due to the nature of my profession.

I have read terms and conditions multiple times and cannot see what I have violated NOR have they made this clear. I asked to speak the manager or CEO of the company who could explain but have been ignored for two weeks. This is aggravating my condition and impairing my health which in fact is discrimination on their part.

Tinder knows the situation and has not rectified it. I want the account and numbers erased so I can start again and stop seeing an "error" message.

Tinder login

Tinder has been work in fine for years never had a problem with it atall then one day went into the app and it said error code whatever it was and wouldn't let me log in with my mobile or Facebook, I've been banned for absolutely nothing. Would love to be able to use the app again as it was a good a laugh and good for seeing who's about when you don't get out much.

Tinder about a fraud

He called himself marine and he lives in Jacksonville, NC
We started texting and he demanded to send money to him. His demand was to send him money so he can come home. I did not know anything obviously I sent him total $ 10, 000
so far. Now he is not giving back.
Please advise I am scared and really do not know what to do

Tinder account barred

Hi, my account has been barred for no reason given, I have already contacted tinder and spoke to someone regarding my account and just told me, that it was barred for breaching of terms and conditions, however I have not breached the terms and conditions and tinder have not yet proved to me I have, all they could say was "sorry you can not appeal against this" after the amount of compints Iv seen regarding users being barred for no reason or explanation, I think they're is somthing wrong with there servers, and this must be rectified, as such a big company you'd think there wouldn't be any issues like this.

Tinder account deleted

Hello there! So i have been using this all for a while now. Once in a while, a guy would harass me, asking me why I don't reply back, and honestly, when I tell them i'm not here for hook ups, they change their attitudes and start using profanity and whatnot. Thye tell me i'm catfishing. They say i'm fake. After a month of daily usage, I opened the app to find an error message. My account was removed/deleted and I couldn't even log back into my account. There was NOTHING sent to me about why it was being removed. No emails. No nothing. If I had completed my purchase of the 6-month membership, guarantee I would NOT get it back. No one has replied to me back with any information. Not even a "please wait while we process this complaint" email. This app is a scam. They do NOT do their investigations properly, and they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please if you can, do something about this! So many people are being screwed over by this company.

Tinder my tinder account got banned

My account was banned for no reason and I just spent like 50 bucks on a 6 month gold account so I'm very unpleased with tinder and will certainly make sure people know about how this app is a waste of time and has a bunch of scammers and how tinder just wants your money so I would like my money back or for you to fix my account and my tinder gold. Contact my by my phone number when it's resolved!

Tinder my account being terminated.

There was a man I matched with on tinder that had been harassing me on other applications such as Grindr and Jack'd. He had been bothering me for weeks and he mentioned he knew who my friends were but wouldn't tell me who he was. Mind you he was sending me inappropriate pictures but none with his face so I was so scared. So after we matched on tinder he finally told me that he was the one that had been creeping me out for weeks so I chose some unkind words so he would not bother me anymore. The next thing I know, my account has been terminated for violating the terms of tinder. This is completely ridiculous and the person that should have been terminated was him not me. This is very unfair and I still have done nothing wrong. This is the third time is have contacted tinder and my account still has not been reinstated. I hope a real person reads this because all I've gotten back are automatic responses from your system.

Tinder tinder

My account t has beed deleted with no warning or explanation as to why.
I wish for the action to be reviewed or reversed if possible. If that is not possible i would like a detailed explination as to why i was banned
I have emailed tinder regarding the issue to no success. I am left with no reasoning behind the action, and no resolution of the deleted account.

Tinder lack of communication

I have been trying to request a refund since the beginning of September. The site is rubbish and I have clearly just wasted £66.99 on a subscription.
I have requested a refund several times and just keep recieving the same emails saying my transaction number is not recognised.
It is the right number and I have sent a copy of the receipt to them this morning.
This issue is really beginning to stress me out.. It seems to be an automate response.
I feel as if the matter is not being looked at.

The refunds can only be issued within 14 days of purchasing the subscriotion. I definately requested it within my 14 days.

Please can you help.

Tinder purchase restore token

I subscribed to Tinder Gold for 6 months. After 2 weeks I had to delete and recreate my Tinder account due to technical problems with the app. I lost my purchase token and requested Tinder to provide me a restore token. Samantha responded to me once requesting information which I supplied. Since I had no response despite lots of follow-up emails. Tinder now sit with my money and I can't use their service.

I also have the same problem. Since then, I have seen Tinder has one of the worst customer service providers in dating. This should be a sign to stay away from the company. I have a +Plus account, upgraded to Gold (Which I did not get a refund) and now I upgraded to Gold 12 month. I simply needed to restart my account and I have no Restore Token. There is no way of getting the Restore Token, as I have lost my receipt and I do not remember ever being told to keep that receipt. The only solution I have is to boycott the company.

I am very much the same.

I must have sent them 8 emails, but they ignore me. They won't reply.

I purchased 12 months Tinder Plus and only used it for a week.

All I got is the credit card receipt.

I'm thinking about taking it up with VISA and reporting Tinder for a fraud - because that's what it is.
