I bought a thl 5000 smartphone, tinydeal sent my phone by PostNL but I have not received it, the local post office told me that the tracking number not found in our database, after two months i have contacted the tinydeal support and he let me wait one more month to tell me that your package is delivered

The seller's name is Grace Lung from China, SELLING MOBILE PHONES ON TINY DEAL! this is the worst experience I have ever had! I ordered the phone 3 months ago, paid 179.99 USD + 30 USD for DHL delivery and I DID NOT GET THE PHONE OR MY MONEY BACK! Tiny deal does not want to refund me and the seller disappeared! I ordered a Pipo M9 Pro tablet that was full of scratches on both sides and chinese apps already installed!
I send it back and they started mocking me! That the scratches were caused during transport! There is no certain representative to deal with, who understands and speaks English! They eat up your time, so that you lose the paypal protection period!
In 25/09/13 I ordered the tablet of 206 Euros, I paid 60 euros to send it twice back and after 55 emails in March 10th, 2014 I managed to get a refund of 157 euros. I was lucky, others have lost all of their money.

I purchased some clothing in september 2013 and i have never received it. I payed that same day through paypal. I made thousands of complaints to the company and the only answer has been that "i have to wait a little more". They refuse to send a new item or refund my money or else. I believe 10 months is more that enough to wait for a product that was suppossed to arrive in 4 weeks.

not replacing or refunding broken product
They sent me a Lenovo mobile phone half way around the world wrapped only in bubble-wrap without even a box to protect it in the post. They hadn't even marked the package as FRAGILE. When I received the phone the screen was broken and wouldn't turn on (Dead On Arrival). I asked either for a replacement of the broken phone with a new one or a refund of my money but they refused. They only offered to take the phone back (with me paying for it's shipping back to China) and repair it ON MY OWN EXPENSE. I cannot accept that as it was their fault I received the phone broken in the first place.

I ordered 5 items from TinyDeal.com on 23/03/2013. After a couple of months I was wary and began questioning the company as to where my delivery was, and was advised that it was still on its way and I would receieve the items within the next couple of weeks. Again I waited, and after another month I questioned them again to be told the items were on their way and to wait a while longer. I think 4 months must of passed, so I questioned them again where I was told the post office were investigating the whereabouts of my order. 6 months had passed and I was once again told that the post office were investigating where my order was, when I requested them to cancel my delivery and refund me the money I paid for the products. The company told me they weren't able to refund me, or give me any information about my products and I would just have to "wait".. Once again!
It has now been just under a year, and I have just spoken to the company- to be told yet again that the post office are investigating my order and I have to wait. The service is disgusting and unacceptable! I don't understand how a company can possibly get away with this poor treatment, and their lack of customer service! Any help would be really appreciated as I literally do not know where to begin on trying to get a refund.

THIS IS LONG, BUT VERY INSTRUCTIVE. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE BUYING!
Everything started on 2013. September 13th. I had another 2 orders (both of them smartphones, total value appx. $320) from them. These orders were something different as it turned out after a couple of days. When I got the tracking numbers, they did not look like, they did before. I figured out, that the parcels were not given up at the Deutsche Post as always before (this was the free shipping option, and it worked very well for me), they were given up at China Post instead. The management, or administration forgot to inform their customers, that the free Deutsche Post shipping has changed to China Post, and Deutsche Post service became a taxed service (about $2-4 for one parcel).
The former 8-14 working days shipping time changed to 30 working days, and one of the parcels arrived. Time has gone by, and the other one didn't look like to arrive. I contacted them, by the time about 10 times, every time the same "solution": wait a few more days pls" or "wait another 2 weeks pls" blah-blah. I waited 3 months, just as a guy wrote it under my comment.
You must know (to fully understand my story with them), that I spent $1750 at Tinydeal, which is quite a lot of money as a single customer, I think. Additional information for this is, that their customer support (I mean both in e-mail and the live chat) is terribly unusable. If they can not answer (besides their English is equal to a newborn childs) to a question, then they keep telling the same irrelevant ### until the end of the chat, or the end of the customers patience. I AM a patient man, and I stand up for my rights, and my money.
So end of november came, and I started to think, that my money is lost in the ether. One evening, the usual evening's chinese-chat was different. The package has been sent back to them because of incorrect shipping address. They offered me to:
1.) resend the product with a new shipping method for free
2.) fully refund the items price in affiliate points, which I could use for purchasing on the site
3.) refund 90% of the money to my Paypal account
As every sane person, I wanted a full refund to my Paypal account, after 3 months of scamming. They said it's not possible because they had a shipping fee, and handling fee, which is 10% of the items price.
I made myself so angry, that I could barely control my words written to them. How could a big company be this MEAN, that after a never-arriving parcel, (which was their mistake) they only offer me 90% of my original money sum? Why am I the one, who should pay the shipping fee, and some trumped handling fee? As every normal webshop, it should be their responsibility, to deal with their own mistakes, but no, they devolved that to the customer. My only choice was the affiliate points thing. I decided to make one last order, with which I could use up all my points, and leave TD forever. There gave no customers for me, whom I could buy anything, so the points were still on my account on December 20th.
I didn't really know, what to do. I tried speaking with the support again. After several tries a guy named "Sam" told me, that he'll talk to his manager to redirect my affiliate points to my Paypal account. This was my big possibility, to finally have my points in real money. Of course there were no money, because I received no e-mail, as promised.
I pulled myself together for one last attack. This was my so-called victory. I swore them to God, I will write this review, and post it everywhere I can, if they don't give me back my points in real money in 3 days. I had spoken with 4, repeat FOUR, support representatives in ONE chat session, because they couldn't do anything with me. One sent me to another from time to time. I wrote down my problem and my intimidation 4 times until it worked. Finally I was in charge. They also tried to bargain me (, , how about refund you 95%?"...), but I told them, they have 3 days, including 2 holidays. Even I didn't think it is possible, but this was the "only way". I didn't believe my eyes, when on the third day (Monday) SOME money was there, on my account. Thing is, even this way they only refunded about 95%. Now comes some instructive information again:
- A refund is available only for 60 days. After that it is considered as a simple money transfer between Paypal accounts. At these transfers the sender has the possibility to decide who has to pay the transaction taxes, which are 3.4% of the price + 90 HUF (equal to appx. $0.40). They decided, I should pay it, as all of this was my fault. This costed me $8.06. This is, where we stand now. After this I tried getting back that few dollars, but I couldn't. Not for that $8.06, I wouldn't die for it. Just to take everything back, and "be victorius over TinyDeal".
INSTRUCTIONS IF BUYING FROM TINYDEAL:
- Do not buy from them.
- Do not be afraid to use hard words. Feel free to do it, they are just a bunch of ###, I tell you.
- Do not make the same mistake, I did. INVOLVE PAYPAL until your 45 days are gone. If the order isn't older than 45 days, then Paypal will cover your back. Starting date is the payment transactions exact date.
SHORTLY - WHY DONT BUY FROM THEM:
- Customer support is truly unusable both via e-mail, and via online chat (and I mean this)
- They are far the most mean chinese company I've ever met. They only bring down the reputation of other chinese sites.
- Be prepared not to get back your money 1.) for months 2.) ever
Every word of my review is true. I swear, this is the worst bunch chinese guys, I've ever met. If you want good for yourself, you WILL NOT BUY from them. Buy from whereever you want, but save your money, and sanity, and DO NOT BUY FROM TINYDEAL.

i PURCHASED AN mp4 AND A CHARGER ON JANUARY, 14TH AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT. I PAYED THAT SAME DAY THROUGH PAYPAL. Never got my product

I just wanted to share with you all how pissed off I am with this company. Scammers, swindlers, unreliable and unrespectful.
I bought a $80 tablet in January and after 8 months and about 70 emails I still haven't got the product, neither the money. They just have a bunch of bots kindly asking you some more days while they contact the post office. Over, and over, and over again.
I was naïve enough to believe them at first, wait some time, get upset, and when I finally tried to to contact paypal, I could happily get to know that they don't give a f*c* about my problem either.
Just want to share my experience with this unreliable company and save some problems to other people.

To everybody!!!This company "tinydeal" is a big scam. They are only out to get money for nothing, they will keep you waiting and waiting. And if they can hold out until 45 days you loose your money. Because after 45 days you can, t transfer your money back. Scam and fraud company.

Noticed a nice tablet on sale on tiny deal.
opened up their live support chat window and confirmed stock availability and price.
went out at 1:30 am to purchase a pre-paid card.
when i came back to place my order the price had more than tripled.
I once again went into chat and spoke with a rather rude advisor who not answer any questions and would only say the price changed. after an hour he transferred me to the first agent i had spoke with. he advised that yes he had infact confirmed the price for me, but after chatting with me he felt the price was too low so he spoke with his "colleagues" and had the price changed.
I explained this is a violation of the Consumer protection act and that they would need to fulfil the order. they of course refused. I saved the chat transcript showing that the advisor had agreed that the original price was changed at his request AFTER agreeing on a price with me. at 4:am in the morning i had had enough. I requested the contact info for their legal dept(my Father is an attorney) and i would pursue this through other channels. they advised they do not have a legal team. their own site has a faq with the terms and conditions including legal documents.
When i advised them that they would have to have a legal dept to operate a website internationally they once again said Nope, we have no legal dept and there is no one who you can speak with.. instead he game me an email address to which i have not received a reply.
This is unethical and in my country illegal.
This was supposed to be a xmas gift for my wife.

What reputable company gives a price, then changes their mind and implies it is the consumers fault for not realizing the price would be changed behind closed doors.
No tracking number, no emails saying what happened
I ordered two items through them, two days later they sent me an email saying that it's delayed due to stocks not avail. I then chatted with them, and all they can say was it's been sent. Its been a week now, no tracking number, no emails saying what happened and when I check on statues through my order manager, it says processing. To think I was going to use them for dropshipping. NEVER. So, I got my google translator and started talking chinese to them and guess what? they dont speak chinese. Where are they located I wonder. Probably, in India or Singapore.
This is what i am facing with them as well. Its more than a month. I placed the order, it was confirmed but still shipping is not done. They dont have tracking status nor response to my email. Meanwhile I placed other few orders from Chinabuye and got them shipped on time as well. I am not going to accept the item from tinydeal. But I wanted my money to refund, i have raised the complaint still no response.
This is a usual problem with Tinydeal. I was searching for my order for a month, they don't maintain tracking number or status. They don't respond via email and no prompt customer service. I ordered USB accessories, but its more than a month i received just its under processing. I lost hope and now ordered it from ChinaBuye and received in 2 days without shipment delay. I am not gonna accept the product if Tinydeal going to send me again and I want my money back.

The prices are low- the products are real cheaply made and if your lucky will work a short time. If you, like my last order, get something that does not work at all (cameras were PAL not NTSC) they will offer to take it back but the cost to ship something from the US back to China was more than the cost of the item. I sent the cameras back and after about 4 months received broken replacements (smashed and still PAL) then after 6 months they will tell you its out of warranty. BEWARE. They do not speak English and will always reply with canned responses. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

I have order my items back in April 2012 which I never received it. They told me to wait so they can investigate... I was a big fool and came in to their words and since then they didn't done the investigation. Whenever I asked them about it they told me it will takes 2 months to done the investigation, common 2 months? I must admit that there are great deals on TinyDeal.com, they have fair products at fair prices. Even some stuffs hard to find. But It takes about a month for the delivery, i once bought some decoration accessories for Halloween, receive the package a few days after the festival has gone lol Besides, it is said free shipping on the website, but sometimes you still need to pay for the tracking number. That is not very good. if the delivery can be faster and tracking number are offered for free, then i would have nothing to complain about.

What a horrible horrible experience with TD, never ever again! I bought some items from them end of September 2013! it's now beginning of July 2014 and it never arrived. One from my 3 orders wasn't delivered. First 3 emails did the support ignore. After one year, two month "investigation" and about 20 emails did they offer me 50% refund in "TD points"...
I'm lucky it was only 7$ order, but I won't shop there ever again.
If the reviewer writes a positive comment in broken english be suspicious of the company. They probably work for them.
