Om Namo Venkatesaya,
I recently visited Tirumala on May 16th, 2022, and had the privilege of partaking in the prasadam at "Vengammaba Anna Prasadam Tirumala." I have always cherished the spiritual significance of this experience and appreciate the efforts put into catering to the needs of countless devotees.
However, I feel compelled to express my disappointment regarding the prasadam's quality on this occasion. The rice served as part of the prasadam was noticeably undercooked, which is contrary to the consistently high standard I have experienced in previous years. I have never encountered such an issue in the past, and it concerns me as it may lead to health concerns, particularly for the children who partake in the prasadam.
While I did raise this matter with the staff present, the response was not as satisfactory as I had hoped. Given the significant number of visitors to Tirumala each day, I believe it is crucial to address this concern promptly. The prasadam holds immense spiritual importance, and ensuring its quality is of utmost significance. I kindly request your attention to this matter and the necessary steps to rectify it, thereby preserving the sanctity of this cherished tradition.
Thank you
A Devotee of Lord Venkateswara Swami
Desired outcome: Requesting authorities to extend rice cooking time & introduce kitchen quality checks before serving prasadam. Preserve its sanctity.
