Tmart.com delete account and ask for my order

Ι bought an alarm clock from Tmart. I know that the item was cheap but it's still money. They haven't sent me a verification email with order number so I can't even ask about my order. They have already taken the money, though!
Furthermore, I'm trying to find them through their website and help, but I CAN'T because I don't have an order number. I want to cancel my account from their site but there isn't such thing in the website..
I am really frustrated with this guys! No one gives any help or cares about what I, the costumer, want.

Tmart.com Fake Site

I had a very bad experience with tmart first they charged my account 526.71$ and shipped my item so fast as you can see in the attached images to wrong random address not the address that i request for change. Secondly they said your item shipped and now i again see my account they already refunded me but i didn't got the amount in my account and i talk with the support center they said they mark my order as shipped by mistaken which means they give me the fake tracking# too. Please be Aware from the scam site.

Tmart.com order still not received

took advantage of black Friday online shopping. I found this site that offered the product I wanted and offered free shipping with any purchase over $25 dollars. I placed my order on 11-27-13. After completing the order process I was given a conformation number#131127P69F9D.Payment was given and received and has long since cleared my bank account but when I go on line to check the tracking information it continues to say waiting. When I placed the order it was stated that the product would be sent out within 3-5 business days.This is suppose to be a Christmas gift and the wait is now three weeks.

satisfied that I finally received my order, not happy with the turn around time to receive it. the was no correspondence indicating there would be a delay.

submitted complaint on 12/18/13, order was received next day. instead of a three day turn around it became a three week night mare. Glad to receive the package however this is my first and last order with this company.

i order a 7 inch tablet feom tmart in china i never reveive it from them to get my tablet they said i need a photo of credit card to get my tablet so i reported them to domistic people for fraud so im getting new credit card from the credit card domistic people i gope tmart in china go to jail for fraud

I cannot find a valid phone number on the website! I changed my address with them numerous times but yet they still are sending my purchased items to another address. I've had no problems in the past but now I can't get any response PLEASE HELP!

Ordered some Items from them on Sept.01, 2014. Order # and Track # received, confirmation of FULL Payment via Pay Pal.
Lt track # shipment was made on Sept. 02, 2014 from HK Warehouse. Now comes the surprise. Track # says it was send to SWEDEN.
Next Tracking Point left Malmoe/Sweden on September 19 for final Destination. Forwarded to Denmark on Sept.23, 2014 as final Destination.
It looks that the just defrauding People.

I ordered a case for my Tablet and i didnt recieve an order number. I know the order went through because the amount was deducted from my account. They make it impossible to get in contact with them. I feel it is bad business to not have a customer service number. I sent them two email and didnt get a response.

Tmart.com Scamming users out of t-points

They are located in China. There is no way to contact them via phone.
You can tell by the chat conversation below they care nothing about their customers and they are willing to lose a LOT of business over $1.30. The biggest issue is they are trying to SCAM users out of their "t-points". I had 130 t-points left and went to go check out with my cart of two items...

Memory Card 16GB $11.85
Memory Card 32GB $21.96
Total $33.81

Discount using 130 t-points $1.30
Discount using 15% off coupon was $5.07

Total ended up being $32.51 (Should have been $27.44)

I asked customer-no-support if they could fix the issue for me and they said that I could have the order canceled but my t-points would not be refunded. So I could get the 15% off but I would lose $1.30 of my money. It's just $1.30 but is about the principle of the matter! Steal $1.30 from me today, $10 next week?

STAY AWAY from http://www.tmart.com ! They have policies put into place to scam you!

Tmart.com Screen does load properly and keeps telling me I'm typing in the wrong username and password

The original start up screen is not displaying. It goes straight to the screen where I have to enter my information for my gmail account. It states that too many attempts been made to unlock the screen but then asked for my gmail usernane and password.. it states in the middle of the screen that if I forgot the username and password to go to google co.uk/accounts/recovery. I have not forgot my password because I am able to login on other devices using the same info with no problem. I have tried contacting the company's customer service but they have a number that I can't even call which is +[protected]. I've also tried their express customer service and its way to complicated to figure out all the criteri they are asking for. I used the chat to talk to
someome but they told me to dowload the manual from the website that they gave but it was not helpful at all. I just wanted to get my item replaced and if not a refund.

Tmart.com Wrong product delivered

I purchased a replacement power supply from TMART (order number: [protected] > was delivered on
Jan 6th, 2013 | “mini power adapter for apple magsafe macbook pro a1184”)
After receiving the order I noticed it was the European power plug version,
so was absolutely of no use to me. So next I used their websites customer service portal
and notified them. Now after a month plus, and 3 more attempts
I have not even received so much as an email confirmation, nor any reply what-so-ever. Bear in mind that
this company has one of the most tedious & ridiculous methods of customer
service - you have to send a video and or pictures of the problem, plus verbal description. (Which
I did in the spirit of cooperation.)

Going the extra mile, and doing their customer service job for them - I also even suggested a reasonable solution to save TMART time & money. By finding a replacement, and asking them to just send me this $1.25 part (“EU To Us Power Plug Converter Adapter Sku: [protected]”) and I'll make do with the wrong product. To be honest I just don't want to wait another month for them to get off their ### and ship it on the slow boat from china...again, so I am willing to lower my standards of customer service satisfaction. I also believe that this is their intended result, ignore you to the point that when they finally grace you with an actual response, that you’ll be so grateful for their attention – that you will take whatever crappy is on the table.

To be completely fair, I also ordered a 4000 lumen flashlight, but that product shipped from USA warehouse and I am happy with the product. That was only half of my order, and 50% fulfillment is not acceptable.

All you people considering TMART as a choice for cheaper goods – do your homework. Then take notice all the complaints about them, and on very many consumer websites. The bottom line = Their Customer Service Is Severely Lacking To Completely Nonexistent. My theory is they ignore all customers with problems until they complain on forums like these, counting on the fact that only a small percentage of people willing to actually follow through. I consider it my duty, and I am proud to be one that stands up for victims of theft and unscrupulous companies! Plus I will post on as many websites and forums as it takes until TMART makes this right and I get what I paid for, plain & simple. It's a matter of principal.
Frankly I think the attorney general of my state should take notice of this. I'll forward this and other complaints to him.
Also of note, look around TMART - do you ever see a negative rating for ANYTHING they sell on their own website? I should have noted that bit of B.S. sooner. I even wrote one 2 weeks ago, and “gasp” it has never been posted with the rest of the “customer” (robo writer) reviews. In other words, only TMART employees “customer” reviews for their products.

Tmart.com Haven't Received My Refund

I ordered an Xbox 360 slim hard drive order# [protected] and quickly figured out that the one advertised is a knock off and the one I needed was an official Microsoft Hard drive to play old Xbox games. I requested to cancel the order and was told it was cancelled. I looked in my account and saw that it wasn't. I emailed and chatted via live chat and asked if the order was cancelled and was told that indeed it was and the system is having problems. It still doesn't say it's cancelled. My Paypal payment had cleared and I asked for a refund via live chat and through emails. I was told to wait 1-2 days. It's day 4 and I was starting to get worried. I tried contacting their joke of a customer service phone number which consists of an answering machine. I left a message with no response. I did live chat again and was told that the manager wasn't in to issue a refund and they are on Hong Kong time. This was supposed to be a US site according to their website and I believe they're hiding behind that so people don't know they're shipping from Hong Kong and their products are cheap knock offs. On live chat I was told that only the manager has a code to get into Paypal to issue a refund and to wait 24 hours. I'm not waiting the 24 hours. I've opened a dispute with Paypal after reading the complaints of fraud, non refunds etc. I'm not wasting any more time. Tmart can now contact me through Paypal and at any point I can escalate my claim and Tmart will have to pay Paypal back and have a strike on their record. I don't believe they have any intention of paying my money back and they have every intention of keeping it in their bank account hoping I'll give up like the rest. It's not happening.

Tmart.com I Have Not Received A Refund

I ordered an Xbox Hard drive from Tmart only to find out the hard drive I ordered wasn't an official Microsoft hard drive and that is what I needed to play old Xbox games on the 360 slim version. I immediately cancelled the order by email and through live chat. The order did not show up as cancelled so I requested again for it to be cancelled. I was told there's a problem with the system and it was in fact cancelled. I requested a refund and was told to wait 1-2 days. It is day 3 and there is no refund process started in my Paypal. I tried calling their joke of a customer service phone number which consists of an answering machine. That screamed fraud to me that they have nobody to actually talk to on the phone. Nobody called me back. I did live chat again and the excuses started again about the system having problems, that they are on Hong Kong time and the manager has to issue a refund and he will in 24 hours and that they don't have the password to issue refunds. I was under the impression this was a US site. I think they're advertising that because they know that nobody will buy cheap knock off items from Hong Kong so they like to appear as if they're from the US. After reading the thousands of complaints about fraud, refunds not being issued etc. I decided to take matters in my own hands and open a dispute through Paypal. Tmart.com can now deal with them and if that doesn't work I'll escalate my claim which will give them a strike against their Paypal account and they will instead owe Paypal instead of me. I do NOT take kindly to being ripped off. Please don't buy from this company. It's a scam. Their customer service is a joke and they have no intention of giving your money back. They keep the money in hopes that you'll give up.

Tmart.com Avoid this one at all costs

Well, I wanted to buy my family tablets for christmas and was so excited with black friday and to get a good deal on a few of them. so i waited with walmarts website on my screen and then all of a sudden this other site came up tmart and i got excited and ordered 1 and a case with a keyboard on it. well i didn't see the shipping methods until afterwards and it was going to take like 45 days to get so i contacted online chat as they have no phone service. and told them no way i want it like now so they told me another $30 for express service 1 to 3 days. and i said i want it . and then all of a sudden my tablet is out of stock and i had to either wait or order something else so i looked and i did get another but more money so when i sent them another payment for the shipping i added the difference as well. oh my god, this has been a nightmare. well, yes i need get a package from their states side location but you know what it was ../? it was a free $2.00 audio thing that i didn't order or want and they used my $30.00 shipping fee to ship this item and only god knows where my table and case are at. now, this is the 9th day i have been waiting for my order and they have no support or customer service of any type.
each and every time i did their online chat, i was told a different lie. first the item out of stock and then when they got the extra money oh look it isn't out of stock we shipped it. and then they only shipped 2 cases no tablet and then they said i had to find it myself to track it down . as once it leaves them they don't track it. oh no, now what. my perfect christmas presents is now nothing for christmas for my family.
i have been fighting with them everyday and night telling them i wished i had checked a little more in depth about them they have tons of bad reviews on [redacted]s.com and here and on their twitter and facebook as well.
and then after texting them tonight they are trying to tell me i have received and maybe my children are using it without me know it. lol i said you have got to be kidding me ... so i narrowed the facts down for them. kids aren't here in this state ii live alone my mailbox is the locked kind and my package was express so i would need to sign for it.
now they are saying they shpped and keep sending me the link with the information the same information i have had since the 29th but they keep saying no i found your order and we shipped it.
now they use to get me excited but i have learned that they are nothing but liars, con artist thieves and prey on the innocent to take their hard earned money and then they punk with all the lies.
they kept wanting me to wait as it is shipping ems has it. or my side postal has it and the site will update when united states receive. told them it will never update then because it isn't coming ...so i am going after them as far as going to the officials in hong kong, china and the united states to see if there is anyway tmart can be closed down or website off the internet.
there has to be some way that they can't do this to us
i am so thankful that i use a prepaid credit card so that i didn't give someone from another country my banking info
that is the only smart thing i did on this whole transaction as if i had stuck to my plan i would have my tablets from walmart already and excited to give to my brother and sister. but now all i have is a most horrible nightmare experience that is why beyond my belief. if this hadn't happened to me and someone was telling me my story i would have been laughing saying no way ... but yes way, .
please lets stick together and as a whole group do something about this site tmart
that thinks they can take our hard earned money and not give it back and cause grief and stress and anxiety and probably over there laughing about it all.
now, my nightmare hasn't ended i'm still going thru it. they are telling me there is policy and i have to wait 45 days. and i told them no i don't ... i had paid premium shipping and that means those 45 days is for normal regular free default shipping and i am going to go directly to the card issuer and with all these complaints that are just like mine and with all my conversations that i saved with tmart. i know i will get my $126 back real soon.
so if anyone has any ideas or are in the process of already doing something to try to shut them down please contact me.

I ordered items from this website and never again, the products are poor quality and a complete rip off I am trying to return items for refund still awaiting an email from them to give me a refund number no reply again worst service ever

I agree 100% with all the negative reviews. One of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I was fooled in to thinking this was an American company and only later through the appalling email and live chat conversation did I learn it was not. The product I received was faulty and after 6 weeks and numerous emails I finally got a return number but I'm not even going to bother returning the item as I know it will be one long hellish experience. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be adding my review to as many sites as I can and just wish I could get the message out to more people.

Same is happening to me, I ordered a tablet I didn't like it a waited days for a RMA number I returned it through UPS I have a tracking number and proof that it was delivered and signed for first they tell me they couldn't find my order then they finally said they gave me my refund on 3/7/13 it is now 3/15/13 and ain't crap in my Paypal account, I swear I'ma sea these money hungry ###

THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING, I ORDERED A CELLPHONE FROM THEM ON 1/14/2013 AND THE COST WAS 168 + 12 DOLLARS AND CHANGE FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY, YET MY ACCOUNT SAYS SHIPPED AND NO PACKAGE IN HAND YET. Tmart.com Refusal of Contact Information

After speaking via chat with live service operator "Lavender", I placed an order for some time sensitive items on December 3rd. "Lavender" assured me that they would be there by the13th, as I was leaving to go out of the country to visit family on the 14th. I ordered items from the US warehouse only just to be safe. On December 6th, I noticed that my tracking info wasn't progressing very fast, so I got on their online live chat to ask what was going on. I was answered by "Janney". Below is the exact transcript of our entire conversation, which wasted an entire hour of my life, and reads like some asinine "Who's at Bat?" skit. If the package doesn't come, well, ok, it sucks, but I'll figure out something else.

What is TOTALLY unacceptable is that I asked no less than 4 times for a supervisor name and number, and was deliberately evaded, left to sit without answers for several minutes, and patronized by Janney for over an hour. If Tmart is advertising itself as an American company, they'd better be ready to comport themselves like an American company, complete with english-fluent agents that don't type in non-sequiters, a contact phone number list somewhere on their website (which I believe is actually a legal requirement), and at least a minimal responsibility to address the requests of their customers, particularly the ones they've given bad information to. :

I need to be able to contact someone who can give me concrete answers immediately.

Tmart.com This is one of the worst experiences I have had for online shopping

Liars, What happened to the 2 days delivery ! This is one of the worst experiences I have had for online shopping. Most of these reviews have been done through friends of the Chinese company Tmart. I ordered two Wi Controllers and it was supposed to be two day free shipping through DHL. I was given a DHL tracking number which had a direct link from the email I received from the company. When I complained they said to be patient and that product was out of stock. So I waited. They said it was delivered and when I filled a complaint they said I needed to check with the “post office”. The first signal that something might be wrong. I decided to go directly to DHL website and input my tracking number. NO surprise there…the tracking number was not legitimate. I contacted their live online support team which of course was no help at all. When I requested a refund they said that I needed to process a complaint through the “post office”. I asked them why they kept saying the “post office” when they use DHL and of course no response. Spend your money somewhere else. They will take it and string you along pretending to be a real company and tell you that it was shipped when there is nothing being shipped.

You palced the order on 2013-01-01. We have shipped your items in two packages. The first one was shipped from US warehouse. We check the tracking number 9102999999340041171164. It showed that Your item was delivered at 1:29 pm on January 08, 2013 in ALBANY, GA 31701. Your tablet and remote were shipped from Hong Kong warehouse. The tracing number is RQ132199078SG for checking. Because the international free shipping, it will take 4-5 weeks but up to 7 weeks to expect its arrival from shipping date 2013-01-03. Please wait paitently.

i have yet to receive my item although i receive some if it. my sister order after me and received her item and they over charged her. my lawyer instructed me to try and contact them again so i did. if they do not respond i will take action because i had no problem paying them so they shouldn't have had a problem sending me my items. i will never shop here again and to anyone else do not waste your time in this site its all a big scam!"

Tmart.com I will NEVER attempt to order anything from TMart again

I attempted to order some merchandise that needed to be delivered in 2 days, so I paid a considerable amount extra?. I used a pre-paid VISA as a precautionary measure in case my personal identifiable information was compromised!. I'd rather them take me for a $100 card than clean out my checking account or run up my credit card for thousands;. The site rejected my card while I was closing out, so I contacted my credit card company to see what the problem was!. They said there's no problem, there's an authorization for $77".89 from TMart?.
I waited 2 days and went online to track my order:. There was no order, but I am still out $77.89. I went online on their "chat line", and no one could find my order. They asked me for an order #, and I told them that I didn't receive an order # because the system kept refusing my credit card, but yet they still encumbered $77.89 on my credit card. They asked me to check my email for a confirmation, and there was no email. I spent my whole lunch hour going back and forth on this BS.
I decided to get back online after I got off work to speak to another "keyboard" since they don't have a customer service # to call, which kind of threw up a red flag to me. After waiting for an hour, YOYO finally came online with me. Maybe YOYO was busy talking to all the other unsatisfied customers. YOYO were as unhelpful as the last "keyboard".
Finally, I said just un-authorize the charge on my card, and I will take my business elsewhere because I've already missed my deadline. No one ever responded. I guess my next step is to contact my card company and dispute it, so I can get back the credit on my card.
I will NEVER attempt to order anything from TMart again. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I got mixed up with this company. I have seen very few positive experiences in the reviews that I've checked. TMart stays in business by preying on chumps like us! ...forget it TMart. I'm going to Brickhouse Security. Ive checked their reviews!

I have bought an excellent product from Tmart.com.Last month I buy the Makeup Camouflage Concealer Palette. The 3 or 4-day, and customer service attitude is very good, also send a small gift to me.I think this is Great store, or will continue to focus on.

In our site, we usually charges the payment through our Paypal. We also can not find any order by your emails. We have not charged your money. This Tmart is a company of liars, fraud & scammers. I will NEVER order from this company again - absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order on 10/15/12 for a droid phone to be shipped to my son in college. He was then coming back so before the item was shipped(although it still hasn't even left their site and it is now 10/31 I followed the website instructions and changed the shipping address. They also don't have a phone number to contact, this company if you want to call them that is HORRIBLE! I have not heard from them at all I now want to cancel my entire order, get my money back and NEVER work with them again, but that seems to be difficult as well. THey sure do take your money right away and then dont produce the product or customer service...I have asked numerous times to ship the phone to AZ rather than OK. I DEFINITLEY would not refer this company AT ALL!

DO NOT buy from this company it is a scam Tmart.com are liars and cheaters. they use a Bate-and-switch selling tactics
I spent hundreds of dollars and they never shipped my merchandise. I am now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They have no phone support so in trying to tack down my items i had to online chat with someone and got nowhere. I called 3 weeks ago and they tell me it would be here in 10 days. Now they are telling me 10 more days .What happened to the 2-3 days delivery from USA that was posted for the items ? Tmart.com (aka) Yallstore.com, Yall inc, etech.com & Gadgetown.com still using the same techniques by posing as customers here and on other websites to fraudly boost their rating.

Tmart is a fraud based on dishonesty. I placed an order but i did not receive it. I wasted my time by writing them emails that they didn't answer it They charged my credit card and they refuse to give me a credit back. Then finally they said wait until you receive your items then send it back and when we receive it we credit you, I waited 40 days and i did not receive my order, then i contacted my credit card who refunded my money, it was a headache. I will not use tmart any more and I do not recommend it.

Tmart.com TMART IS A RIPOFF, STOLE MY MONEY AND MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATIONS

I should've read the reviews here before I used Tmart.com. it was a big mistake.
After i placed an order that I never received, I emailed customerservice @tmart.com several times, I did not receive an answer back about my order, and there are no other way to contact Tmart. But the only thing I received is a big credit card bill. They must have used my credit card information .
Now we learned Tmart.com website is not secure.
