I hear all your feedback and its pretty negative but I have to say I have been a dropshipper through tmart for about 4 months now and I have been very satisfied with the services and shipping, I sell the Jewelry and Childrens items so maybe that is the difference but I can tell you they do have a warehouse located in New Jersey and if the items are in stock there and ordered the shipping only takes about a week, if the item is out of stock at the US location then they will ship from China which takes about 3 weeks. I have had a few issues with damaged items and such and everytime I request a RMA Tmart sends the customer a new item with no issues and they have been great at refunding me when I do have a issue, its all about communication with them and knowing what you or ordering and making sure its located in the US warehouse. Also if an item is not located in the US warehouse but is in stock over seas you can ask them to stock it at the US warehouse - they usually dont have a issue with this if you plan to buy it.

I ordered this battery from Tmart to replace the worn out battery in my old Dell Latitude D600 Notebook Computer. I use this Computer daily and this new battery has done exceptionally well with extended battery use and recharging while using it at home on the AC Adapter. There are several batteries and chargers that are sold for the Dell Latitude D600 but this one matched the "Rating for Volts and mAh" of the existing battery so I played safe and stayed with that. For me, if something works right out of the box it generally works for years or at least the advertised life of the product and this battery works as advertised. I currently get between 2 1/2 to 3 hours of run time when this battery when it is fully charged. I like this battery so well that I just purchased a second battery to carry in my bag to extend the run time when away from home without AC access. I currently recommend this battery and, if it fails sooner than it should, I will either add to this review or write another to inform the buyer. However for now, it is working as it should and I am pleased.

I received JXD388 Quadcopter for Christmas and it's been flying great. But in less than 30 days the rear left propeller stopped turning and the copter will no longer get off the ground. So I spent almost an hour on live-chat with Qiu Stacy on Saturday, Jan. 10th, and after sending a copy of my invoice and a video of the blade not spinning, I was told that the technician wasn't online and that they would email me Monday the 12th to address the problem. Well, Tuesday came around with no contact from Tmart. So I sent them an email asking for a response. Nothing. I've sent emails Wednesday and Thursday. Still nothing. Now it's Friday and we're going into the weekend again without any response. I can only conclude that their customer service stinks and that they have no intention of resolving my problem in any way---even though they offer supposed "warranties". I've very disappointed.

Zheng told me that I was sent an email the 14th, and after we talked a bit, I realized that the email address that their response was sent to was that of my wife's---who had bought me to quadcopter for Christmas---and that email is now dead because of a problem related to my ISP (they're still trying to fix it). So Tmart DID send me the response as promised. And after talking with Zheng, I was able to resolve my issue. So I must retract my initial review, and change the one star to five. I am very please with Tmart's service at this point. Hopefully, all will go as planned, and I'll get a fixed copter.
Organized in a very professional look
My review is probably going to be one of the most different ones on the site. I actually stumbled across Tmart by accident. Back in the year 2010 I had created a Gmail account and I was cleaning files up and organizing and I decided to go through my spam folder and find out what kind of spam was actually going in there cuz it's not a folder I'd normally go through. Well when I saw an interesting email it said my first and last name and I was curious as to what it was what kind of an email that was. Sure enough I opened it up it started telling me about the website tmart.com and I just decided to click on it and I explored the site for like 6 Straight months and in the process of that I was also learning the sanitary processes to take when handling Tattoo equipment. So overall after getting my research from Tmart and learning the products that they have in stock I decided six months later I purchased list of tattoo supplies that I needed to start practicing. I was very impressed with the prices on everything that I had ordered and a week later when all the equipment showed up I was still pretty impressed with the quality of the products and since then I have kept my Tmart account active or on standby I still use it to this day in the year 2017. I'm always telling my friends and family about this site and that they need to check it out a lot of them just forget about it but the ones that actually end up listening and going to it well I told them that they need to be prepared because they were about to be sucked into the pool of I literally laying in bed sometimes just searching all different kinds of products looking at reviews the site has so many endless opportunities and so many ways to do be creative it basically freeze my mind up and let me start thinking of my future and how Tmart could possibly be that Gateway to success. I also think about possibly working with tmart.com or for tmart.com. Either way one way or another I am currently with the company even as a customer I will always associate with tmart.com and the way they set the site up with all the different topics and everything the way it's laid out it's very easy going to just browsing around.

JJRC H8C Quadcopter broke down after 3 flights, terrible live chat experience
I ordered a JJRC H8C Quadcopter for my little brother's Christmas back in November. The package came through just fine, everything was included and my little brother was very happy with the gift I bought him.
Because winters are cold and rainy, we couldn't fly the quadcopter until February. When we first took it out for a spin, everything went fine, it flew as it should and we enjoyed it very much. After a flight or six, one of the motors died without any reasonable explanation - we flew it on 50% the whole time, no longer than 2 minutes at a time, to let the motors cool down and savour it.
I thought I had received a bad model, so I contacted Tmart. After spending more than an hour chatting with them (it takes ages to come to an understanding), I agreed on sending the broken down quadcopter back and receiving a new one by mail. Shipping costs back to China were 22.75, of which Tmart only paid me back 14.08, although it was stated in the chat that return shipping fees would be paid back to me.
While waiting on my new quad, I did some research online to find out that the motors used in the JJRC H8C are of bad built quality and will almost surely die within 15-20 flights, mostly due to overheating or a component malfunction.
After a little less than a month, the new H8C quadcopter arrived by mail. It was handed to me by the mailman, who charged me another 24 in customs fees due to the value on the package being too high. As I had been eagerly waiting to fly our quad again, I decided to pay the money and get it over with. The 50$ quadcopter had now cost me up and about 90$, I could've looked online and almost could've ordered me a second one for that money.
Because I wanted to avoid future motor problems, I read some reviews and learned the best way to go about it is to let the motors spin for 30 seconds on 25% while on the ground, and to repeat this every 3 minutes until 2 full battery charges are spent.
I was now ready to go outside flying. On the first day, I flew the quadcopter a total of 2 battery charges, no longer than 2 minutes at a time, again with a cooldown period of 5 minutes in between flights. It was awesome and the images from the included camera were nice too.
On the second day, I was flying the fully charged quadcopter for about a minute and suddenly, I saw it come down steadily. I went closer only to find out that one of the clockwise motors on this quad died as well.
I contacted Tmart on the 11th June about this problem and the person I spoke to (Luo Belly) agreed to send me a new set of both clockwise and counter-clockwise motors. I urged to fix my quadcopter myself to avoid paying any additional costs and replace all of the poor built quality motors with better upgraded ones, since I had already put in way too much of my own money on this cheap, poorly built toy. Because in the end, that's all this quadcopter is.
I would receive a confirmation mail with a tracking code, so I waited. A month passed and I contacted them again today. This time, my live chat operator was named Xie Scorch, and I must say I have never been treated this poorly by anyone.
First of all, the new motors that were promised to me weren't send out yet "because he has trouble with pc". Secondly, he refused to send me the counter clockwise motors as well. I made clear that his colleague agreed to it in an earlier conversation, and that I was taking the quad apart myself and that the process will already take 2 hours of my time, unscrewing all 47 screws to reach the inner compartments, and that I'd rather replace all motors at once instead of having to repeat the process after a few flights - because the standard motors will break down without a doubt.
Also, having to wait for a month while expecting a package to find out that it hasn't even been send out yet is rather frustrating as well. Xie Scorch showed no empathy at all and as the conversation progressed, refused to further talk to me to resolve this issue. I was performing a monologue to a brick wall, no answers were given and no help was offered. I asked if I could speak to his manager or supervisor, still no answer. I typed a question mark every 5 minutes, still no answer. Mr. Scorch - in my humble opinion - doesn't deserve to work with people if this is the way he treats them.
Therefore, if this is the way Tmart treats its loyal customers (I've spent over 300 in total on this site), I'm not interested in dealing with them anymore and will take my time and money to companies that are actually helping their customers, like banggood.com or aliexpress.com instead.
TLDR: Ordered a quadcopter JJRC H8C, broke down after a few flights, traded it in for a new one, paid additional return shipping fees + customs fees almost matching the price of a new one to receive the new quad, new one also had a motor break down after 3 flights, been treated like $#*! by Xie Scorch the Live Chat operator when contacting to complain, refused to help or answer me.
I've been a loyal customer on Tmart for many years, but this is ridiculous. I've dealt with poor packaging (one of my two Xiaomi ***mah powerbanks I ordered last month came in broken last week, had a cracked up usb-port) and long shipping times, but if the people responsible for your customer satisfaction treat you like this, there's really no reason why you should ever choose Tmart again.
EDIT TO ANSWER TMART: I agreed to 1000 points after receiving the second quadcopter, I practically had to beg for some sort of compensation after I had to pay a total of 32 in additional shipping and customs costs. This has nothing to do with your inferior product or the poorly built components, which I was planning to replace a month ago. You tried giving me 100 points at first, you should be ashamed of yourself. 1 point equals 1 cent, so for my 32 I could've bought 3200 points. Also, these "points" can't be used to purchase items, it only gives you a 10% discount at best. So here I am, stuck with 1000 useless points and a broken down quadcopter.
An employee of your company promised me on the 11th of June to send out 2 upgraded clockwise and 2 upgraded counter clockwise motors. Assuming it was coming in by mail any day now, I contacted again to get the tracking number, which I would receive by email somewhere mid June but didn't get. If your company was located in Europe and you treated people like this, you'd be long out of business. I'm planning to make sure no one I know or speak to ever buys from you guys again, your answers lacks respect and admittance in all forms or shapes.
Appalling product and customer service
Ordered a Tablet for my grandson for his birthday and fair enough it came in no time which was great. The minute I opened it it didnt look good. The white cover for the tablet was all creased and when I took the tablet out of the white cover sleeve it was full of dirty fingerprints and was scratched at the bottom. The charger and usb adaptor that came with it wasnt even in their plastic bags but just tied together and when switching it on it had lots of differenet hubs/routers it had been trying to connect to. Instruction Manual was all creased too. Immediately I went on their website and you can only web chat. First so called advisor asked me to switch on the tablet which i did and when went back to the live chat 2 minutes later she had ended the chat. Second advisor i was on chat for 1 hour 37 min. She told me i had to send it back and they would refund me 30% of the postage. In fact here is part of the chat we had:: Welcome to Tmart

My daughter aged 30 was sat with me during this, we were both dumfounded and couldnt believe this had happened. Clearly this company are not interested in after service but just getting your money
An absolute nightmare
An absolute nightmare. Garbage product. Incompetant staff. Refusal to provide information about the company location, telephone numbers, supervisors etc.
It took me in excess of 40 emails to get a simple refund on a product that they had misrepresented as being quality.
I have attached my full email correspondence below, in the hope that you will understand why having a transaction with this company is a mistake.

Here are pictures of the two items that I have purchased. I am returning each for the following reasons. Faucet: Is of very poor quality. The neck of the faucet is not stable, and of very light gage metal. The removable head has no mechanism to hold it in place. Typically these are held in place by a magnet or a clip. There is nothing (see image 1) The sink was delivered with a warp (see image 5) The tray does not fit the sink (see images 2 and 3) The brushed stainless steel on the sink divider is course (see image 4) There are two tickets open for the two items. Have you opened the box to check the contents?

I have said several times that I have sent both sku numbers back in the same ONE package that TMart sent to me.
The package contained the description of both sku, and TMart did not notify me that one of the items was missing from the package.
Either the package was opened while in transport, or TMart has lost the product after receiving, or you have it and are trying not to refund my money.
Because TMart did not notify me that one of the products was missing from the package, I can only assume that you have lost it at your location, or not being truthful.
Your behavior is leading me to believe that you have the other sku, and just don't want to refund the money which is owed to me.

This is not acceptable. I will never shop from TMart again. I will let everyone from your company know the crap service that I have received from "customer support".
I will be letting everyone that I can, know the experience that I had with your company, and will attempt to ensure that people do not shop from TMart.
I will be contacting business associations in the locations where TMart holds an office, warehouse, and headquarters. I believe that your business activity is illegal. non working / pretend radar detector
I have owned several radar detectors over the last 30 years. Some good. Some not so good, but this one is simply just a toy. It's made to look like one, but it's not even working. It makes random noise (as if it's pre-recorded). Both times I have passed by police actually pointing a radar gun at me, it did not make a sound(!). Next problem, the audio is so cheaply made it is nearly impossible to understand what's being said. And lastly, whoever designed this forgot to create a windshield, mirror or dash holder for it, and included a flimsy rubber mat to lay it on(!). Every time I run over a bump or have to press the break hard, it's flying of my dash, hitting the windshield. WTH?If I had a pre-teen grand son, I suppose I could give it to him to put on his bicycle to play with, but I don't, so I am asking you for my money back. After you arrange for pre-paid return label, I will gladly drop it off at the post office sending it back to you.

They sent me a wrong order and just imagine what I felt: I wanted for my order to arrive for 2 months and when I opened the package what did I see? Yes, the wrong item I have never ordered!

I received my Fluke multimetre yesterday and it doesn't work right out of the box. The package was shipped in a plastic bag, from China as I understand it. Does Tmart expect a delicate electronic testing tool to travel half way around the globe in a plastic bag without being damaged? There is no visible damage to the tool itself so it must have something internally wrong because it won't even turn on. The package it came in has definite signs of damage however. Checked batteries, they are not the cause. Also there is English several places on the package but there is no English manual. Waiting for your reply.
