Toluna flagged & blocked me from accessing my account because I can't afford home internet only after nearly 2 years of me doing their petty surveys from public pcs. Isn't this a form of ridiculous harassment & discrimination?
I am still unable to log in my toluna account by using my own private wifi that is used only by me. Seems to me that toluna is not only hassassing me the past 2 months by wasting much of my time for trying unaccessible surveys & robbing my accumulated points but more creating much administrative hurdles & issues against users like me who keep complaining your faulty system, practise, protocol & staff
Toluna is wasting more of my time by asking me to try the forget password. Nothing happened for multiple tries. Toluna people are so very incompetent to help but are expert in harassing me & stealing my account access & hard earned points
Then some nameless toluna person keeps copying & pasting same useless email back to me repeatedly & ignored my repeated request to be connected to a supervisor again
I received this totally useless & pr only pretentious reply from toluna as a result of my trustpilot post yesterday about toluna's total incompetence, arrogance & no help support teak I have been contacting for over two weeks.
I made multiple direct communications & contacts with toluna since june 21/24 for & they did nothing & caused only on-going frustrations, anxiety & annoyance to me. And much time wasted contacting this useless, unfriendly team
