Toni & Guy Very worst haircut... Perungudi branch, Chennai.

I asked to do long layer haircut (4 layers)... But the outcome is not satisfied... ther is no layers.. and uneven hair.. am Fully disappointed... My length of hair also lost without perfection.. They are not properly set after did haircut... I never expect this kind of worst service.. I paid 876 rs they did not give receipt...only gave coupon.. finally my money, Length of hair and Time everything waste... Very worst.. I attached the photos I took in parlour.. worst fully disappointed and frustrated.. Perungudi branch Chennai.. pls appoint experience stylist..

Toni & Guy Refund

This is to inform you how humiliated I have felt to be your client. I have taken your package of 24, 485 rs. in 29th Nov 2019 , at greater Kailash, New Delhi India.
That pretty moment they told me I can avail it by any time as per my convenience.. However when I went for the same the artist was on his wedding leaves and later this pandemic started and I got stuck in my home town... 
Later I came to know they fired that artist and the point is hair cut and hair color is an art and an investment for myself, I just don't want to go get it done by any random artist whom I don't even know or trust for my hair.
So it's a request to kindly understand that I don't need the service anymore if that artist is not there ...hence I request you to kindly REFUND the amount ...
It's been 2 years now they are stalling me to return my hard earned money.
Kindly show some humanity.

Toni & Guy I am complaining about the service

I did keratin treatment for the first time in tony & guy which is in chromepet, chennai. I was quite happy about the outcome after the whole process but I got very dissapointed after seeing the dryness and the frizz that I had before, coming back after just one hair wash. I had never done anything like that to my hair before, that was the first time. I was also told that keratin treatment lasts for 6 months and for my hair type, its for 4 months but it didnt even last for a week which is really dissapointing. My hair is dry and frizzy now just like how it was before. No difference! I have paid 7000 rupees for the treatment which isnt worthy at all. I am very very dissapinted and I want a refund for it!

I was terminated by Toni and Guy. There wasn't a valid reason, I have bipolar. I was not able to receive medication for reasons that were out of my control. During that time I had a manic episode and fell into a deep depression. I was embarrassed to tell the director that because everyone ends up knowing my business. They will not return my calls or give me corporate info.

Toni & Guy Straightener

Purchased a toni and guy hair straightener online in january 2019, a few days ago, it stopped working, I am having a hard time in to return it in south africa, durban, the box with over use got worn out, I threw it away.

Jess is an incompetent, rude office manager with an attitude problem. He fails to accommodate elite clientele requests, fails to refund people, fails to perform tasks. Ian is a delusional and uneducated buffoon who couldn't get into university, can't do his job, has no ability to handle high net worth clients, and has no major clients. When I think about what they did stealing my money I'm dumbfounded.

Toni & Guy too much price

I had my hair cut today and it was a normal school boy hair cut and I did not ask for any styles. They charged me Rs. 590. When I entered the receptionist said oly experienced person is there and I asked does it make any difference and she kept silent and did not inform me about the price.

It's irritating and that guy does not even look like experienced. Why do you cheat people like this.

Toni & Guy hairdryer and flat iron wide plate

I received my hairdryer as a gift last year Christmas (2017). My flat Iron I have now for about 2 years if not mistaken.

My flat iron is already pealing I dont use it often. My hairdryers nozzle is worn out and keeps falling off when I blow my hair which is rather frustrating.

Also when my setting are on full blast on my hairdryer it starts smelling like burn so I cannot use it on full blast at all, that the speed of the dryer as well as the heat setting.

This is point less as there is no use of it having so many watts you cant use the dryer to its full potential.

I hope to hear from you soon with a solution to this matter, I also do not have the slips for any of this I purchased my iron at Clicks in Canal Walk if I remember correctly.

Toni & Guy hair colour and hair dye

Made an appointment for my hair to be restyled and coloured, I was in the salon about 3 hours, they did not colour my hair the colour that I asked for and my hair was cut in the way they wanted to cut it, very short fringe and they just trimmed it and didn't restyle atall. I paid £160 and said that I wasn't happy with what they had done, but they said my hair was fine and I was steaming with anger when I realised that they weren't going to apologise or refund me and money. I went home and had to buy a colour from a box, my hair stung like mad, but at least I have the colour I want.

I will never go to this salon ever again, I thought they had a good reputation but instead they just want to rip people off and charge stupid amounts. its disgusting and I know im not going to get my money back, but they need to be reported. I could of cut my own hair myself, she was supposed to be a top hairstylist. but she didn't know what she was doing that day or any other day !

Toni & Guy manager disrespecting staff

I am utterly disgusted in the way staff have been spoken to at Toni & Guy (Fenchurch St). I have witnessed the 'manager' Jerry, using unacceptable language and making her staff look very embarrassed and put under pressure in front of clients and fellow colleagues.
In my eyes and hopefully many others' who have a heart, this is wrong! I have been to Toni & Guy many times in the past at other locations and have never experienced anything like what I've previously seen at the one at Fenchurch Street. I now go to the salon at Fenchurch Street because I am always so happy with my hair. The girls do a perfect job every time and are always kind and pleasant to talk to.
I am not usually someone to complain, but when I see people being spoken to unfairly, made to feel bad, or even bullied in a way in the workplace, then I know something needs to be done and nobody should ignore the situation or leave it to become worse.
I would feel much more comfortable to continue coming to Fenchurch street if the manager is investigated / dealt with.

Completly agree, The manager should be investigated, I have been a client at Toni and guy Fenchurch st for a while now, I have noticed a few comments from the manager through the years but never thought anything of it, then the last time I was in there she came over and the way she spoke to the stylist in front of me was disgusting, it was like she was trying to encourage me not to like my hair so the stylist would suffer when my hair was lovely. The poor lady looked like she wanted to cry, and she is so lovely, She is the reason I pay the price I do at that salon, it's because of her not because I enjoy the salon experience, the salon is completly run down! I am unsure if I will return at this point . I'm shocked that Toni and guy have such a bully representing one of there salons !

Toni & Guy abusive

this women named sallyanne111 has complianed about me, she has been abusive in the complain and also talked about my oersonal life that is not accurate, i am a married women and she has things in the complain that could seriously damage my relationship if ever seeen by my husband i kindly request u to please remove this comment, as she is damaging my personal life, i just happened to see it and i am absolutely shocked . plz help if it was just about work i understand but this is extreemly personal and false information.

i went into regent street branch of toni and guy to get my hair cut asa treat for my birthday well i had this rude pumpos woman who thought she was the best thing ever! her name was sadaf nassem she jus kept ### the whole time wbout how many guys she slpet with and how shes cheaitng on her partner. I was like omg i really hope she wuould just finish my hair so anyway by the time she had finsihsed let me tell you it was by far the crappest worst ever, ever hiar cut and blow dry i had ever gotten my beautiful locks looked firzzy and hair looked wonky. are these the people that toni and guy employ and in central london needless to say she was a btich afterwards aswell! all i can say is once a cheating dog always a cheating dog so concentrate more on work

Toni & Guy delay of receiving diploma of toni & guy academy for 3 years

Hello.
My wife studied in Toni&Guy Academy in years [protected], after completion of education she receive a diploma with written her name the wrong way. I ask to replace the certificate with another which would has the name written correctly. I wait for it since 2010 and they promise me every time I call them that they will fix the problem.
I don't know what to do. Is anybody there can help me with my problem?

Toni & Guy disastrous haircut

I had an appointment with a style director I explained that I had just had my haircut a week ago and was very happy with the length and the shape of my cut but it felt too thick the sides and needed softening at the ends as well as my fringe slightly thinning out.
It's like what I said fell on deaf ears I ended with my hair all hacked and my fringe half up my forehead when it was originally a beautiful sweeping fringe! I made it clear I wasn't happy and the hairdresser said I can't do anything about it now and let me back to reception to pay !
It was a horrible experience my hair completely ruined leaving me in tears and unable to look at myself in the mirror all because the hairdresser didn't listen to me! What made it even worse was that a senior member of staff was sent to speak to me and all she said was that technically it was a good cut all be it it wasnt what I asked for ! These people don't seem to care about what you want they just do what they feel like and we pay them for the privlidge of being treated badly ... This shouldn't be allowed. It has caused my heartbreak and distress .

Toni & Guy terrible service and treatment

I have had the worst hair experience ever with Toni and Guy. I had just recently moved and needed a new hair dresser so I decided to go to Toni and guy as they were a good name(or so I thought!) I have dark brown hair and wanted to go a bit lighter, not blonde, a mousey brown colour with maybe a few sliced high lights through it to break the colour up. I took a picture into the salon and spoke to a hair technician who said that it was not a problem and she could do what I was after. I booked my appointment with total confidence. I returned for my appointment on New Years Eve. The colour tech began the process of stripping my hair. I thought this was strange as technically I was staying brown. After she stripped it was bright ginger, and she told me not to worry. She then put a full head of highlights onto my hair followed by a colour in between each foil. I thought this was the brown dye she was adding. After about 3 hours she began the process of washing the foils and colour out. There was a large mirror in front of me at the wash basin and I could notice the look on the girls face as she took out the foils, she looked panicked. She then began to apply more colour to my hair. I knew then that something had gone terribly wrong. When I returned to my seat I could see my hair was bright brassy orange. As she dried my hair I could see the damage. Instead of the light brown I wanted I had bright barbie blonde hair at my roots and a bright fire orange at the ends. It was horrid, it really looked like I had taken a home breaching kit to my hair! I explain that it was orange and not what I wanted only for her to reply 'it was the best I could do'. I was shocked! It was quite late by now and I was the only person left in the salon. 3 staff members were now crowded round me and were trying to reassure me it was the best they could do. I could tell they were lying and even notice the receptionist laughing. Not one of them offered to re-do my hair, I felt utterly humiliated and ganged up on. I paid £158 for my hair and left in tears. I had no choice but to go straight to tesco and by a home dye and dye my hair straight back brown. There was no way I could wait to go back to the salon, especially as it was new years eve and like most people I was going out that night. I wrote a letter to the London head office including photos of my hair and the photo of which I took into the salon in the first place. The response I received was awful! I was told as I had dyed my hair back they wouldn't offer me anything. I then found on the Toni and guy website that you could request there complaints procedure if needed, which I emailed and asked for, only to receive and email back saying they do not have a complaints procedure and to stop writing as they will not refund me my money. I then replied stating my consumer rights and that I would write a formal complaint to the financial ombudsman to which again I had a reply from them saying they will not doing anything for me and basically I caused the problem my self. I can not believe the level of which they treat there customers. I'm starting to think I will never get my money back. My hair is in a terrible condition now, split ends and looks dull and constantly greasy. I can't believe they will never admit they are at fault. Its absolutely disgusting.

United State in Texas sugar land Tony and Guy- I have been there several times. There was a lady who was doing my hair and was really slow didn't had any confidence about her work and was taking for ever. I told her to b hurry and still she was slow. I did complain to tu front deck that not to put me with her. After that I made one appointment on the phone and they put me with somebody else by mistake there was some misunderstanding on the phone.. I went there and I wanted to go with that person with whom I didn't had the appointment with in th cent desk I asked them if they can switch me to the lady I want to go and thy said no... I was sitting in the saloon was doing some work on the phone and they told me to leave that was kinda insulting... In front of another customer how can u tell another customer to leave... They couldn't see that what they were doing it to me... The lady next to me was talking to me and I just asked her what she is having done. So this salon people took me so wrong and now they don't want me to come in their saloon. This is really reducilious.

Toni & Guy after 1 week the straighteners burnt my hair off so badly it stuck to the straigher plates, purchased one week ago

I purchased Toni & Guy signature hair straighners on 01/08/11 after reading upon the product the straighteners had very good reviews, came highly recommended. I always use recommended hair products on my hair which keeps it in great condition. Today 10/08/11 while using the straighners with a protection product, the heat dial on 200 the plates over heated stuck to my hair which burnt and snapped off some of my hair was still stuck to the plates, the straightners then stopped working - and will not switch on. I have been to my hairdressers who have cut my hair the best they can although they cannot cut all the burnt hair off as its so damaged up the hair shaft. The straightners have cost me an expense I cant afford, firstly a hair cut of £28 although I only had my regular hair cut on 02/08/11 and now another pair of straighteners costing £99

Toni & Guy destroyed burnt hair.

I am complaining about Toni and Guy in Cork, Ireland in Washington street.
I went there very excited about having my colour changed, and explained that my hair was very dry and damaged in places due to previous hairdressers in Greece ruining it. I had waited and waited patiently in Greece until my holiday in Ireland to correct it. I repeat that I told the colourist my HAIR WAS VERY DRY AND WHAT SOLUTIONS DID I HAVE REGARDING THE COLOUR... TO COLOUR OR HIGHLIGHT ! I told her I was worried about making it worse. She guaranteed it would be ok .
I was growing my hair out from a crop and had actually got it down to a short bob, it was the fourth time I had tried over 5 years.
To cut a long story short, they highlighted my hair and it got burnt completely, the colour was horrible and the cut was a disaster. The stylist couldn't even blow dry it ! It was like a brillo pad. I also bought 3 products ( REDKEN) to try and fix the condition at home and then proceeded to spend a fortune in Boots on other products.
I was so upset it ruined my holiday and I actually left Ireland, went to London and had it all chopped off .It is literally shaved at the sides . I have no hair! At least the colour is good and I can get what is left in good condition now.
I acually paid for this disaster too, my hair and my daugters came to 396 euros including 3 Redken products !More money than a highly establishedvery reputable hairdressers in London ! I was so distraught I couldn't even phone the salon or literally walk by it . I JUST WANTED TO CRY !
My daughters hair was also ruined with crappy highlights and cut and she had to have it all chopped off and a colour change as some of her highlights were actually grey and her thick beautiful hair was thinned... figure that one out! We were told in London the bleach was left on too long and it was too strong.
I have flu and am writing this from my bed to warn other people to never go to Toni and Guys !

Toni & Guy unbelievably bad haircut

This is the first time I have left a hair salon feeling livid. I went to Toni and Guy hairdressers, specifically because of the high standards it boasts, in the hope of having an expensive but proper and well finished haircut. I asked for a sweeping fringe and layers: she told me that my fringe was apparently "too short" to have a sweeping fringe even though it falls over my eyes, so did nothing with it. I then asked if she could put some layers around my face to frame it to which she rudely replied that she "already had done". Altogether, she spent about 12 minutes on my hair, styled it so that i looked like a wet dog, and then spent 5 minutes trying to sell me products whilst i was paying. I then recieved a guilt trip about how the woman who had cut my hair was infact a "style director" and would normally charge more but for the fact that the stylist whom I had originally booked with was ill. When i got home i was even more appalled to find that she hadn't in fact cut ANY layers around my face and had only cut one crooked layer across the circumference of my head. I do not have layers now - I have straggly, dry, stray sections. They were rude, abrupt and dismissive. You are paying an extortionate amount for absolutely nothing. Every time I asked for something they said that I either already had it or did not need it. Since when does a customer pay to be told they're wrong? Are they actually hairdressers? I think not!
