I had a really good experience with top business class. Fast, Efficient, Highly Effective and a great price. I had confirmations within minutes of speaking with *** and submitting my passenger details online. I will admit, i was hesitant at first, but once i realized I only need to speak to an agent so we can figure out my ideal trip details, and everything else is done online, it alleviated my concerns. This is the steps I took, I submitted a request online through an ad that I saw, i received a call from *** a couple minutes later. We spoke about my trip and the details(going to Rome for my honeymoon), and then about 15 minutes later, i had a quote in my inbox. I verified it was the correct price and the correct dates and about an hour later I had my confirmation numbers. I really appreciate the fact that I received my confirmation information before my credit card was charged...

My 361, 681 sky miles were not even enough for a roundtrip international flight.I'm glad that the top business class agent, ***, contacted me. She easily found a good price for International business class flight. I was blown away how easy for her to find a good deal for a short period of time. She found a perfect flight for us as it shorten our travel time in half compared to other airlines. I'm really satisfied with ***'s personal service to us. She's friendly, accommodating, and attentive. She did a follow-up call to us just to check if I receive my confirmation number, my flight itinerary, and if I want her to choose a seat for us. I will definitely refer *** to my relatives and friends.Thank you so much, ***! And keep up the good work.

Let me tell *** is one of the best I have ever run across. It was a shot in the dark in choosing TopBusinessClass. In my search journey I tried another agency first. Oh, so much time lost in talking with them in ***. After so much information provided to them, they finally said they cannot help me and hung up. I was fuming.I decided to try in the *** area. Checked several with Complaintsboard.com ratings and decided to contact ***. I was expecting another disappointment but was pleasantly surprised--in fact my attitude turned to euphoria when she responded so fast with exactly what I wanted in travel. Oh yes, her can-do attitude was positive feedback for me. Of course, travel to *** was a challenge. She met the challenge and more. She made my day.I now have her in my Outlook files for ANY travel needs I will ever have. ***, I have your phone number. You will hear from me again.

I believe that I was deceived by ***. I was told I was "saving" $3000 but the ticket was a non fully refundable ticket but the savings was made in comparison to a fully refundable ticket. *** told me that this was a privately negotiated deal with Skyteam. The actual ticket price on Korean Air was $4000 less than was stated. In other words, I was ripped off. He used pressure tactics to get me to purchase the ticket and "sold" me a bill of goods. While they "may" be able to save you money, you have to be vigilant as a hawk as to what you are actually purchasing. Never ever assume anything and ask for specific details as to whether a) the ticket class is what you think it is (never assume), b) whether they are using their corporate "points" or actually purchasing a ticket (if they use points, you will not collect frequent flyer miles, and c) that you have all of the facts and are in front of a computer where you can validate all claims (otherwise, you are likely being taken advantage of). I had tipped him well but it is sad that they would take such advantage of the situation.

I bought a first class ticket from Top Business Class travel agency and canceled four hours later due to a health situation .Lufthansa sent them to $7600.84 they told me since Ive canceled it myself online I would have a penalty of $1800 I agreed to that on May 10th of this year A 25% penalty I filed a dispute with *** because of the circumstance and they credited me a refund and $7600 they did not notify me Top.Business Class then called me after the credit and told me if I didnt sign a contract with them for $4500 I would lose all of the $7600 they then charged me a penalty of $3059 an extra $1059 over the 25% penalty I had accepted on May 9th. They then told *** credit card I had accepted a penalty of $3059 on May 9 and sent them an altered electronic document on May 12 after *** had already given me a credit of the $7600 but did not notify me on May 10 and on May 12 top business class called me and said it was not resolved . what they did I consider was illegal and a fraud. I do have the documentation of the emails between us *** now said the issues over and will not help me so at least I would like to warn everyone else what they did to me and also I ended up being penalized $3059 and feel that you should know what they did to me. The least they couldve done was at least credit me back the extra $1059 penalty which was the original penalty they were going to charge me on top of the original 25% penalty I had accepted before they changed the document saying that I had excepted the 40% penalty on May 9 which I did not.. I am 83 years old but I still shouldve known better
