Internet is down, been told I will receive a call, but no one has called
I called TOT (1100) on Monday 31st August because my internet stopped working and the LOS Red light was blinking on the router (3843j1810). I tried to unplug, turn off/on, disconnect from power, and anything else I could think of and nothing worked. When I called on the 31st, I was told a technician would return my call. I did miss a call that afternoon, as I was busy, but I called back the next morning (1st September) at 9am. I was told again that a technician would call back. I waited for almost 3 hours and had to leave, but no one ever called that day. I called again on the 2nd at 10:30 and no one has called me as of yet. I called back again this afternoon and was told the same thing... someone would call me back. I need to get the router working as my employment is done entirely through the internet. I need someone to return my call and fix this issue.

I am signed up and paying for Fiber 2U 65Mb/20Mb. On many occasions especially in the evening I am lucky to get 9Mb! Please see attached picture from last night. This poses a problem when I wish to watch TV using a kodi box. Nothing can be watched as it is continuously buffering.
Can you please sort this major problem.
cable contractors
On the 7th of January 2019, I had 3 cable contractors installing a internet cable.
I asked them if they could feed the cable through the plaster ceiling where I already had internet cable from the owner's router. They ignored me and started drilling a hole in the top of the concrete wall. At the same time, they would not allow me to move my stuff from the corner. So the concrete dust was all over my belongings. It would have only taken me 2 minutes to move my stuff. It took me over an hour to clean the mess.
They ran the cable from the top of my wall down to the floor running behind my lock unit, my desk to my glass door unit. I moved my glass door cabinet away from the wall to make it easy to feed the cable to where I wanted the router.
Then when they finished I started pushing the unit back to the wall. Then I heard a crack as one of the guys was helping me push the unit back to the wall.
I looked down and saw that he had his knee on the glass door pushing it back with his knee. He did say he was sorry but I was shaking my head about what he had done. I noticed they where working way too fast wanting to get out to go to the next job.
I then looked outside to see how they had fed the cable and noticed another shocking job had been done. They missed a concrete power pole then ran the cable from the power pole to the top of a 1.8-meter wall then back up to the batten purlin of the roof, instead of going straight to the purlin under of the roof.
Three times I went to the TOT office in Pattaya asking to speak to the manager but they kept on saying to me he is at a meeting.
I am an FPV Foreign Police Volunteer at NaJomtien and have spoken to Captain Ratchapol regarding this matter.

my name john bennett i have on occassions over the last 6 months requested from u a visit by a technician to chech my router which at times will not let me access the internet. also ihave a new phone and i cannott acess the internet from it either as it will not accept my registered phone no as the password which it is, i am from 32085 bannonglub maliwan
customer service extremely poor
Been calling tot for couple a days now due to the problem where I only have 6 mbps download speed and 20 mbps upload speed. However whenever I do ask them for help. They always end up telling me just to wait. Been waiting for week and a half now and nothing happened lol. Keep it up tot. I'm probably gonna switch to ais anyways but yeah. Overall very poor group of workers.

I have a land line from TOT and one from CAT.
My TOT land line is broken on a regular basis every month.
MY CAT land line has no problems at all.
Why TOT is not able to provide a correct service and line which is working permanent.
It is a waste of time and money to call every month the TOT hotline and wait weeks
until they get it done again.
After one month it starts again. same procedure again.
Unbelievable given the fact that we dont live in the last century.

Since Friday 29 June 2018 around noon (12:00) time the Phone Line Signal disappered
we advised by calling 1100 of the problem, during the rest of the day (Friday) nothing happened and of course same on Saturday June 30 and Sunday July 1 2018 (being holiday time, this we understand, no problem). Monday July 2 2018 in the morning we got a very noisy (sparks like sound) when picking up the phone but not yet signal, then from time to time during the day we got phone signal between the same very noisy (sparks like) sound, from time to time for rest of day. Today July 3 2018 still the same. Note that, since Friday nobody came to check outside and at our hometo find out where the problem can be, just acted from the TOT office (that is at about 2 Km from our house). We had same problem about 6 months ago, that lasted for about 1 month (30 days). Hope it will not be the same this time. At end of each month we have to pay like if we had continuous phone service, we know. But, "who" pay for this (and the previous) inefficiency ? Would like to have the problem fixed as soon as possible and have a call from Your side (Thai Speaking) to our Mobile Number [protected]. this company's complaints webpage is always dead
I've always try to send a complaint about my internet speed being slower than the package I bought(I bought a 7 mbs package but receive 1-2 mbs). And there's 2 ways to send a complaint, by dialing 1100 or by going to the company's webpage-which is always dead or has a bug that won't let you choose the type of complaint(internet connection, employee's bad behavior) so you can't submit the complaint. And although i can dial 1100, they just receive the complaint, and never do anything about it.(the internet gets better for 8-9 hours and then it gets back to its bad connection)

Attempted to hack into my email accounts. I advise this I.P. address user to be removed and or cease services provided by your company as it was used maliciously in an attempt to secure information in order to profit/gain by fraudulent activities. I have reported to all the departments necessary and will be keeping a close eye on this said I.P. address and person who is associated with this I.P. address. I hope in fact as I am not a customer that it would breach contract of services. Being in business since 1954, I would expect nothing but exellent results and procedures to be in place for when an incident like this occurs. I have proof of these allegations and therefore I expect this user( will not provide their name) to have consequences for their actions. I will be paying attention to how this proceeds. Thank you.
Fiber broadband
We live at no. 126/20, moo1, (Nai rai) , tambon phe, rayong. And we have a broadband connection via fiber cable download 20mbps upload 2 mbps with tot.In the house we have a wifi that distributes the signal to 2 iptvs and 2 pc laptops. It worked ok until 3-4 months ago, but now we can not use the iptv and hardly 1 pc. What are your solution to fix this problem? Do you have different speeds and what are the costs per month. I have had 2 full outages in the last few days and since yesterday I am getting about 1meg download speeds.
I have contacted 1100. They say the engineer is working on the issue.
The internet basically stops in the after noon on Monday and Tuesday. Then last night at 10pm the bandwidth dropped from 4~5meg to 1meg.
Speedtest.net shows the performance changing wildly. So times OK. But, often 1meg. Please see attached file.
Cable TV and internet service
We moved to Udon Thani in April 2014. At that time TOT was the only available provider of cable TV and internet service. Bottom line is: we are paying for a service we are not receiving: We can rarely receive non-Thai TV stations (as we are paying for) and now the internet is too slow to even read CNN news. Customer service says only "sorry"...but continues to charge for services we are not receiving.
