Becoming very unreliable
Many orders in the Broumana areas face issues. Stocks in Fresh. And two recent orders cancelled, the latest one without being informed (I got a notification that customer service wanted to chat but the app showed no chat and suddenly the order was cancelled).
If there was another option Toters would be in trouble. As it is, it’s still useful but unreliable.
worst service
i ordered the IQOS last week, and they told me it’ll be delivered on tuesday, after i opened today to track my order, it says that my order is cancelled, and 1) they didnt even notify me 2) the app isnt working anymore for me to order it again. 3) the iqos I ordered is not even showing on the app anymore which means it could be out of stock now which doesn’t make any sense.
Some issues need to be fixed
First problem is the consumer service, they reply very late and some messages when I send don’t even show up!
Also many times when I order food I get stuck on “confirmation”. I suppose it’s the restaurant fault so I think this should negative the restaurant rating in some way, or maybe add a sign that shows estimated time that takes for this restaurant to confirm or refuse your order.
A lot to improve
As an iOS developer, i know apps need to always stay up to date with technology, and this app doesn’t. It contains a lot of outdated components, and no dark mode support after almost 3 years. Also there are bugs related to search, and add to favorite doesn’t add my stores to favorite, to name a few. I hope these bugs/features get added to your scope so we can enjoy a better user experience.

مرحبا…حاولت اليوم اضافة الفيزا كارت الخاصه بي من نوع NEO و لكن اثناء الاضافة و عند اضافة كافة معلومات الكارت و الكبس على Add card يغلق التطبيق و لا تتم اضافة الكارت. تم التواصل مع الفريق التقني و اخبرني بأنه فيزا كارت NEO لا تعمل في التطبيق فالرجاء اضافتها لكي نستيطع نحن اصحاب فيزا NEO التمتع بكافة خدمات التطبيق من الدفع الالي و غيرها. الرجاء الاخذ بعين الاعتبار بأن الكارت الخاص بي يعمل بصورة طبيعيه في جميع التطبيقات و فيه رصيد كافي

Unprofessional service
The application is missing the cancel option which means lots of problems specifically when you figure out that you order might rake one hour or more! It’s support the points system but you can’t use your points, the delivery people are not experienced or have training to know the minimum things that should be included in order, if item was missing from your order you gave to contact the chat service with also less experience people with customer service and you lose your money and hardly receive a replacement for your order
Dont bother downloading
If you are looking for a bad experience go ahead and download it sincerely. There is no customer service, staff is rude and doesn’t answer, you contact them they dont even reply to you. This is what bothered me the most, there is the wrong orders and lots of other food related stuff. As an established advertiser myself, please stop wasting money on advertisements and channel some of the budget into your customer support team or your IT and developers team. At least here you wont be able to delete my review :) opt out from such an experience, sincerely!
Worst experience ever!
This is the worst service application I’ve ever used! I literally spent the last three hours speaking with all the agents that were available for no use! I was just being transformed to other drivers and finally when i was assigned to a driver that was actually heading my way turns out he’s new to the application and barely knows how to work on it and none of the support agents were even helpful or support full. I even had to call the drivers every now and then to follow up. I spent the whole month speaking to agents and receiving calls from the department and yet there’s always a mistake this application was so good im sad that it’s downgrading!

The service is worst than $h. The app support and feedback system is a joke, literally. The treat you like $h*** and if you order and leave a review on a restaurant or their service they “review” your review and if they don’t like it they won’t put it on their review’s panel. So the reviews are all glittery abd shiny. So basically it’s all lies. 10/10 won’t recommend it at all.
Zero quality control + zero customer care
Toters holds a virtual monopoly over most of Beirut’s delivery services, which has never been more important to people than during lockdown. Yet their customer service and quality control has never been worse. Over and over again, I experience the same thing - restaurants send me the complete wrong item, an order with half of the items missing or rotten, or some other massive screw up, and NEVER do they compensate the customer or make the company make it right. I have been screwed out of so much money and left hungry (because there is. Or a curfew) so many times because of these people. And they don’t care. They won’t respond to emails, and they will block in-app reviews of restaurants that mention their failings. This is PREDATORY GARBAGE.
I’m Amazed
I’m an app developer and I tend to come across a lot of stupid app ideas here. A lot of which don’t pay enough attention to what their customers want or how Lebanese society works.
I’m glad to see one app that surpassed that and exceeded expectations.
I knew EXACTLY where my delivery was, when my food was being prepared, and my order came right on time. I didn’t have the hassle of talking to anyone, it was very easy to look at the food I wanted to order(I think that’s some dedication), and the delivery guy didn’t lose the way.
Overall a trustworthy app.
There’s one detail I want to highlight though, favoriting restaurants takes me to a “list” page, but I don’t see anywhere I can add a list for my favorites. Keep up the good work, and never give up quality.

اسوء تطبيق عن عدة تجارب اغلب الاوقات ولا حتى قريبين عن الوصول بالوقت المحدد التاخير فضيع حاليا اكتب واني طالب اثنين بيتزا من مطعم يبعد عني عشر دقائق ولحد الان ساعتين ونصف تقريبا لحد لحظة كتابة الريفيو هذا والسائق بعده ممتوجه الي من اساسه خدمة الزبائن لطيفين ومؤدبين بس اني اريد الطعام وليس اللطافة الاعتذار مبتذلة بسبب المطعم او الطلب الزائد امور ما الي اي دخل بيها نهائي ومشكلة ادارة التطبيق وي المطاعم، اني لو اتاخر بمطعم نصف ساعة او اكثر مستحيل انتظر اكثر الاحترام بالمواعيد المفروض يكون شي اساسي بهيج نوع تطبيقات انصح الجميع باللجوء لاي تطبيق منافس تجاربي معاهم احسن بهواي من هذا التطبيق المهزلة

Customer service is a complete joke
Okay so a friend referred toters to me , downloaded the app , found some promo codes that a bunch of friends used , when applying the code it says “ code only available for new users “ and im a new user , so as should , i contacted customer support told them the issue , the first thing i noticed is that the support team is in a rush to just get done with u , they said we will be with u in a bit , 2 hours pass by to no response , re-contacted support ( same agent came to chat ) told me to send a picture , said we will be with you in 24 hours , and sent the same rush message she sent earlier “ is there anything else i can help with “ told her no thanks , uninstalling anyway . Uninstalled . Not to mention i sent an email to support , and called the number mentioned to no answer. If you want to experience bad support, i advise you download.

طبعا اكيد راح تگلي معادلة صعبة وتحتاج دراسة جدوى ووو، راح أگلك صح بس اكو شي اساسي بمبدأ التسوق الالكتروني وهو وبكل بساطة:
اعتماد أسلوب "تقييم الزبون" للمنتج وتجاهل الفكرة المتخلفة اللي تگول "خطية رزق ابو المطعم او المحل" !وهذا الشي اشبهه بعبارة يگولوها أهلنا "بوس عمك بوس خالك" ! بمعنى "يله يمعود دمشيها وارضى غصباً عنك" ..
اذكر قبل ٤ سنوات تقريباً خابروني شركة "طلباتي" بعد ما طلبت منهم كذا طلبية واتذكر كانوا في بداياتهم وسألتني الموظفة المعنية:
- شنو ملاحظاتك عن تطبيقنا؟
اني جاوبتهم: تطبيقكم جيد لكن يحتاج الى ملاحظة ضرورية وهي إضافة "تقييم للمطعم" حتى الزبون يگدر يقيّم المطعم من خلاله.

طبعا ما احاول اطلع الشركة كامله ومابيها نقص ، لا بيها وبهذولني كم مرة السواق بخدمة "المندوب" بس مباشرة جنت اتصل بخدمة الزبائن ويحاولون يحلولي المسألة بسرعة.
بالنهاية ماريد اگول "التقييم" هو وحده سبب النجاح لكن هو سبب رئيسي خاصة بعد فترة من يصير جماهيرية عالية للتطبيق واهم شي ان لا تفقد ثقتك بيهم.
Worst food delivery app
This is the second review a write on this application, the last time I did was two weeks ago, and everyone at toters started going crazy and calling me and contacting me everywhere just to know what the problem was and try to fix it. The first time they called me, they asked for my number at the end of the phone call so they could call me the day after and solve the problems. I’ve had with the application. I gave my number, but nobody called me so I picked up the phone and called them. Keep in mind that was two weeks ago. I called seven times in these two weeks just so I could get the money I had spent on food that ended up in the trash but every time I called they ended up taking my phone number and promising me that the problems we’re gonna be solved and that they were gonna call me the next day, but they never did and I never received any money back. If there was another application for food delivery and Lebanon, I am pretty sure everyone will be using it instead because everyone at toters is programmed to see things I never keep their promises to their loyal customers. I have had over 30 orders in two months for me and and others I work with so I think I can consider myself a little customer and I do not think this is the way to treat loyal customers. My phone number is 81 480 451 in case toters want to call me. But if you are going to call me just to say you’re sorry don’t bother because I’ve heard it several times these past two weeks and I have already told you this is not the answer I was looking for all I wanted was my money back.

I’ve had various issues with delivery orders. I was never offered anything in return other than a ridiculous investigation & an apology. No measures were taken. This is exactly what makes Customers leave for other competitors.

If you need over an hour to send juice there’s a problem, even if the drivers bike broke down, you shouldn’t have waited an hour before sending him to pickup an item that needs 5 minutes if it’s not ready. bad service

I just ordered from Toters and apparently they ‘closed’ due to ‘high traffic’ and I wasn’t notified until I opened the app, although my order was accepted. Also the search section is very annoying and takes time to load sometimes. Not too many restaurant options. And overall, makes me miss Zomato.

Overall a solid App. However, what happens when you have a monopoly? Zero customer service: Toters team have total disregard for its customers. They use templates to answer their frustrations and never do anything to solve the problems nor to make sure they don’t get repeated. This problem is recurrent.

I use a lot toters , and started using since it came out at first great service the delivery was very quick , and less complicated now they take time the delivery boys take more time and lie , by saying they will arrive in 5 mins but instead deliver someone else’s food and adds around 30 min to the remaining time, very disappointing

No refunds
2 orders from which were paid by CC wasn’t refunded ($68 total) and they said it was an issue with my bank not them. I went and claimed the money from the bank and still haven’t got refunded because Toters support never answer or contact you back. Stopped using it after being a loyal customer for over a year in which I have always been a gold member.
