Package consolidation
Use this business at your own risk.
At the beginning, Stackry was great to me. I have used them to relay custom New Era hats from shops in the US cannot ship directly to me in Canada.
The first two times, Stackry took care in consolidating my package.
But the last two times were absolute nightmares. I had already asked them before to please use big enough boxes. The last time I used them, which was recently, I asked for email confirmation of this. They lied; they said they had taken care.
I just received my package and all 5 of my new era 59fifty caps are now pancaked.
These people are thieves.
And they’ll likely take this review down as soon as they can.
If anyone wants proof, I have emails, pictures, all of it.
Do not trust these people. For every good experience, there are people out there like myself who got completely screwed.
Desired outcome: I want my money back, for both the shipment and my caps. I want all my money back. These people are crooks.
Stackry delivered a smashed coffee machine and refused to cover their damage even within insurance!
I ordered a coffee machine shipped from the US to Mexico.
Firstly, it was really disappointing the lack of communication from Stackry/Fedex regarding the Customs charges. I understand that these are outside their control, but I did not receive any notification that charges were owing until after attempted delivery. If Stackry had bothered to contact me first, I could have arranged payment before hand, delaying the delivery of my item significantly.
On delivery, it turns out the water tank of the coffee machine had been smashed. I immediately reported it to Stackry giving pages of information, and after hearing nothing for three weeks they had the cheeck to respond that the item was not covered as it was a fragile item like glassware. It's made of sturdy plastic!
This is despite paying for the additional insurance. Lesson learnt, avoid like the plague!
Shipping cost and additional charges
Before you signup for stackry you can see various shipping options and most of them are calculated by weight. Once you signup and get your parcels you get option with dimensional weight or whichever is higher, means suits stackry better. Even though there is avaiable service (usps) they wont offer to customer because it is cheaper. Also they charging bad address fee. I am not guilty because ebay seller had mistake in shipping address. Classic rip off service which I will not use anymore.

I also have had a very bad experience with Stackry.com. I was initially a customer of Bedabox and had deliveries at bedabox at this time Stackry.com bought out Bedabox and my 2.000$ of Ralph Lauren clothing just disappeared. No email no nothing. Tried emailing customer support at Stackry.com but the lady answering my emails was not interested in helping at all and made it clear that i was a nuisance.

Stackry stole 4 videogames from a shipment. From a package with 9 videogames I only received 5.
Stackry stole 4 games from a shipment I received on December 11 2017. From a package with 9 games I only received 5. My locker number is 724056 the packages missing being: P504833HG P505076HG.
In the best buy site, (where I bought these 4 games) it says that SCANLON was the one to receive it.
The items are: Battlefield 1 Revolution Edition, Wolfenstein 2, The Evil Within 2 and Yakuza 0. All 4 items are playstaion 4 games and were New.
I paid with Mastercard Debit Card.
The shipment was requested on December 07 2017.
An agreement was reached with Stackry.
Stackry reached to me to make a refund of the items lost.

Stackery shipped a gun Holster from the USA to South Africa this year April 2017 which I received without any issue.
It is now September of 2017 and I have purchased another gun Holster. Now they are refusing saying it's against their policy.
It is utter rubbish. I have even provided them with proof of my last shipment which is even on record on my Stackery profile.
They are criminals that want to Rob you of your orders.
They are now saying the only alternative is to destroy the item.
I have asked them to provide the document that prohibits gun holsters from being shopped.

They are definitely scammers who made me lose much money.
At first, I even liked the way they work and what they do. They are nice to you because you sent cheap items.
Be prepared for a different attitude if you send something expensive. That's where their interest lies. Only scammers block profiles and refuse to do anything to unblock it.
Please use different companies that forward mails, especially if it's expensive or dear to you because they may keep it to themselves and it will be hard to prove you're right. Trust me. I went through this.

Still no delivery and I can't track my order
I bought from the website, which didn’t ship to my country. But I found the website www.stackry.com and paid them money in order to get my things. I waited for the tracking number, but the reps didn’t provide it. Also I checked my mail every day, but they haven’t delivered the order yet. I waited already a month, but still nothing. The reps didn’t communicate with me and I started to worry about it.
They didn't reply or provide info about shipping
I used the shipping services of the company www.stackry.com. The company has serious problems with the communication. They didn’t reply to your emails and questions.
