I have purchased many trac phones thru HSN. These past two years have been awful. Last year the customer service man from another country lost all my minutes on my new Mojo phone that came with Internet, phone, texting, 1,500 minutes gone. Seemed like he was new and didn't know what he was doing, kept putting me on hold to ask his supervisor what to do, i asked to speak to his supervisor, because I was getting nowhere with him. Supervisor got on, he checked something and told me all 1,500 minutes were used up. I said I just got the phone and the customer service man was trying to transfer my phone number from another trac phone and deleted my free minutes to my new MOJO phone, he argued with me and told me I have to purchase minutes. The phone is useless. I'M NOT PAYING ANOTHER RED CENT TO THESE SCAM ARTIEST Two weeks later I ordered another phone, as I needed a phone, got a Galaxy trac phone, again told when I called about a problem said it was fixed for that time but the next day, the same problem, you get hung up on when they can't fix something. Called the woman from another country hung up on me. This phone you can receive phone calls and when you place a call it rings three times and cuts off. BEWARE THE YEARS BEFORE WERE OKAY NOW IT'S A SCAM.
Desired outcome: I want the phone to receive calls and to be able to answer calls. That is why I purchased a trac phones, but this is my last year.
