I purchased an unlimited plan for phone and text messages. I received the sim card in the mail and placed it in the phone that I already purchased over a year ago. It is a flip phone. When I received the sim card there were no instructions, but it did include a receipt. I Attempted to activate and went through the steps. It was painful because they were asking for certain numbers that I did not know what they were. I had to google and research how to find these numbers. Then it was asking for a service plan pin. I could not find that anywhere and what numbers I did find, was not correct. So I called their support and was on the phone for about an hour. First, I had a very hard time understanding the woman because of her accent. But we worked through it and I explained what was going on. So, I gave her all of the information she asked for and then it came to the service plan pin again. Again, going through all of the documentation they sent me, and on their web site, I could not find a service plan pin. She kept on saying it should be on my receipt. There was no pin on my receipt! Or anywhere else, at least that worked when entered. It was very frustrating and at the end she wanted me to email someone to find a solution. Honestly, I should not have to do their job! They should have the resources to know what that pin is or to find it. It's not my fault they didn't send, me the correct information. So, I asked for a refund, and they refused. I lost out on the money I spent for the plan and sim card. I'll eat the cost but won't do business with them again. Thank you, Dan
