Poor service

We will never use this agency due to poor customer service which resulted in my husband and I losing our money to a planned trip due to the death of my husband brother days before our trip and the funeral being on the day we were scheduled to depart✈️. We were told we couldn’t make any changes to our trip or any refunds😡😡😡I think there should be some exceptions since death is out of our control. We had a bad experience from day 1 and will never use Altair services again and will not recommend to anyone.

If a flight is cancelled by an airline, the passenger is fully entitled to get a full refund from the travel agent.

I saw on the jet airways site "https://www.jetairways.com/" that you got credit for my ticket from Jet airways. Your Name TRIPAIR

is clearly mentioned on their creditor list. I checked with them by mail also that you got a refund of my tickets from them. You can check from "List of Creditors under regulation 13(2) of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons))" of Jet Airways site.

Does it make a difference whether I booked tickets directly from the website of the Company or its ticket counter, or through a travel agent or online travel aggregator?

Not really. If you had submitted your claim within the allocated time as provided under the public announcement and your name appears in the LOC (refer to admitted column of LOC for admitted amount), then you will be entitled to a refund of your actual dues, Also, if you booked your ticket through a travel agent/ online travel aggregator "

It is clearly mentioned that even travel agents have to refund the full amount.

I do NOT accept that you will deduct any costs or service fees from the total amounts mentioned! Please refund the total amount to my bank account immediately and without deductions.

I booked 2 tickets from abu dhabi to India tickets no. [protected] and [protected] throughTripair of 26th June 2019.The flight was cancelled 3 years before but refund is not credited in my account.Tripair got refunds of my tickets from airline but not refunding to me. Now they are saying I am not entitled to get my refund. I got refund for flights which I booked directly with airline and even booked through other travel agents or sites. Tripair is a "BIG FRAUD" and "CHEATER" company.

Tickets booked in September 2021 for flights from Germany to Longyearbyen in June 2022 and flight were cancelled. SAS Airline has issued refund monies to TRIPAIR and have provided proof of this.

Tripair state no monies received from SAS and SAS will refund me direct!

Have been chasing this for weeks now and TRIPAIR now not responding

i would like to complaint regarding changing the date of my flight from the 11 to the 13 of April, this is not acceptable action.

Note that I had to purchase another flight on the same date I purchased with trip air company at the beginning,

I am not relying on you anymore,

buying a ticket with tripair company cost me time, money and stress.

This agency told me that the tickets are being returned due to the cancellation of the flight in the Corona crisis and did not return the amount to me so far and the Turkish Airlines says that the amount has been returned and I tried to contact them, but they do not respond

I want refund my money

I had 4 flights booked with Tripair to Thailand, booked in Sept 2019, flights were cancelled by Oman Air in July 2020. Due to COVID. I have recieved no refunds from Tripair .
I have been in contact with Tripair by email for 18 months, and all they have done is give excuses as to why i have not received my refund.
I contacted Oman Air who told me all refunds for our flight have been paid back to the booking agents. (TRIPAIR )
Trip air are now not replying to any correspondence at all .
As they are not registered in UK i am told there is nothing i can do ?

In April 2019 I booked a return ticket (Dubai - Istanbul) using Tripair. The flight got canceled due to COVID19 situation. Since then I am unable to get a refund back from Tripair although Turkish Airlines confirmed they refunded Tripair for my ticket. I always receive the same answers from them and been struggling for the last two years.

I have booked 3 tickets for my family through tripair.
Saudi Airlines cancelled the flights.
I asked for refund the tickets since 6 months.
Till now no answer.
First time they said it is valid for 1 year and don't worry.then second communication they said the refund process will take some long time but it is not possible to be 8 month.
Now they stop writing back any replies which is pessed me off.

This is with regards to TripAir Reference No. [protected], airline reservation with United Airlines from Bahrain to Washington Dulles. Originating flight was scheduled Sep 17, 2020 but the carrier had cancelled all their flights to or from the originating country. Trip was cancelled in due time.

TripAir received the refund on my behalf from United Airlines back in February 12, 2021. Yet until now, over six months after TripAir had received the refund, they still have not refunded me the money I paid. This is beyond any reasonable processing time.

I am awaiting refunds for two flights since April 2020. I have received one refund after 15 months but TripAir are ignoring my emails regarding the second flight. It is unclear which flight has been refunded.

Bookings made on 14th January 2020 and invoices dated 15/01/2020.

The company told me they had applied for refund and I would receive it. I know the money has been given to TripAir by the airline Bangkok air as I called the airline months ago. They kept changing the boundaries as to when payment would be made.

It took them 15 months to refund one flight. Now they are ignoring my emails about the second flight. I am not prepared to wait another 15months for the second flight refund.

Hello, my air company Aegean created the code which provide me with the refund for travel agency Altair/Tripair for us. Also, kindly be informed that my refund became authorized to yours from them on 31 st of May.
Already during for a year and half, My travel company Tripair/Altair does nothing to provide a refund. No one answers the mail, and the phones have been turned off or blocked altogether

I have booked a ticket through trip air In February 2020 for travelling from Saudi Arabia to India for the month of May 2020 and later because of the pandemic it got cancelled and was an open ticket.

This issue I want to address is that "TRIPAIR" is not answering to my mails. I want to cancel and request a refund for my ticket. Upon contacting gulfair agent they asked me to contact customer service to sort this out. Please find my ticket attached

I bought 2 tickets via Tripair, amended for 24 months due to covid-19.
The airline company "Emirates" says Tripair already received the money back "the refund" without my knowledge!
However, they didn't pay me back. The mails are not working, their phone Number is not functioning.

Worst company ever.

Booking for my family from kuwait to Cairo was cancelled due to covid 19 more than 18 month. Since that date I am trying to reach company more than 100 mail .request and fax even call .ignorance no reply at all
I want voucher of my money or to do modification or full refund of my money
I am sending many mails and fax even requests through site of company
Ignorance is main attitude

More than a year passed but they still didn't refund my money!

I have applied for a refund for my cancelled flight at the first lockdown on August 2020 and I called the flight airlines 'Lufthansa' and they told me the money was sent to the company I booked from 'tripair'
after so many emails I received this email but I didn't get the money nor an answer when I tried to contact them again.
