International departure terminal none of the mobile charging stations are working. apparently there is no airport officer in this floor to address this issue in person.
The details of the complaint board itself seems to be out irrelevant where it is asking for country details.. Better to keep the interaction short and resolve the issue. Let us be more logical in upgrading our services.
our confirmed seat were changed by 24 seats back
We travel on August 22 from Trivandrum to Newyork.The Airport staff changed our tickets without our knowlege 24 seats back of our original confirmed seats.We did't notice on that time we beleive those people but they cheated us.I travel with my kids.They purposely push us back we suffered a lot on seeing this on Kuwait airport only.Our tickets are 19A, 19B, 19C but they changed it by their own as 43 G, 43H, 43K.why they are playing like this with the passenger travelling alone with kids.So they can think they easily cheat who comes alone with kids.
I travelled with my kids on August 22 2018 from Trivandrum to Kuwait and kuwait to Newyork.From Kuwait to Newyork Our seats were changed we have confirmed seats 19A, 19B, 19C and they push back to 43 .They push back 24 seats.Why the staff in Trivandrum airport did to us.When we travelling along with kids.Its a big head ache for us.What action you are going to do with them.
price of food in food court
Today that is 26th august I had my lunch in the food court in Trivandrum Domestic Airport. There was no food menu available. Food available was only bread omllete and sandwich. Me and my mom ordered 2 bread omllete. They served it good. But i was shocked by the rate. For one bread omllete( 2 piece bread and 2 egg)..price is 350 per .Even in a 5 star hotel this is not the rate. How can u collect a rate like this.

I was charged INR 85 for parking in the domestic terminal precisely for ten minutes. I was in line at the exit barrier for two of those ten minutes. This is nothing short of organised looting. I enclose the receipt, a hardly decipherable printing on a slip of paper. I expect a full reimbursement.

indigo ground staff
I am Annreeju Ray. I have a complaint against a ground staff of indigo airlines named K.C Kiran . A huge queue had been waiting for the check in of the flight 6E 2065. There was a group from which only 1 or 2 passenger was standing in the queue rest of them just broke the queue instead of so many passengers waiting. This employee entertained that and instead misbehaved with me . You can check cctv footage on 30th june 2018 around 9:20 am . I hope a strong action would be taken against this employee and i hope there would not be such incident further.

I was travelling to delhi and the indigo counters were closed. On asking about when they will open a staff told me it will open at 12.30 whereas my boarding time itself was 12.15. I was confused as to why the staff wasnt knowing anything about the airport itself. Also at the baggage drop xounter the staff didnt help me even when I struggled to keep my 27 kg bag on the belt. He just sat there even when I was struggling to put it on the belt which was very rude on his part. He also forgot to give my mom's boarding pass and if I hadnt checked it with her he probably wouldnt have asked us to take it from him also.
After the checkin the airport didnt have any instructions as to where we had to go. Lack of signs on behalf of the airport I believe. All in all it wasnt a very pleasant experience on my behalf

One of my relative is coming from Trivandrum to Dubai for 3 months visit.He have ECR passport.When he called up to the airport the officer said that he cannot travel through Trivandrum airport.So the persons who have ECR passport cannot have the right to travel from Trivandrum to Dubai eventhough he took visit from Dubai?Do you think it's fair? Why such type of rules ?Anyway we are moving this to court and the culprits may be in trouble for the unnecessary rules and laws .If we bribe them they do we know that.pls consider this matter and reply to me.[protected]@gmail.com
the traffic at trivandrum airport
Sir, we all know about the traffic in trivandrum airport during morning hours. We are not able to park the cars at departure as well as arrival side. Now the arrival side has been shifted and the passengers should take a long walk to reach there. Considering all these factors the new terminal 3 can be constructed with upper deck (first floor) departure and lower deck (ground floor)fully arrival only. So that the traffic in front of the airport can be reduced and passengers can have easy acess in and out of the car from or to the airpot.

I am Ansari abdul vahid, as i want to complaint about my concern that my wife mrs. Sheela Ansari, who has travelled on 9th of october on one of the air india flight ( AI 967 ) which has departured from trivandrum international airport @ 18 :35 hrs had a very bad experience from the immigration staffs specifically those staffs are ladies and of same nationality. My wife is an asthmatic patient and whenever she got tensed she will have an episode of asthma and above all these concerns she is travelling alone. The incident explained below :
As per the rules and regulation of the airport she had completed her check in and moved to the immigration counter, there she submiited all the supporting documents needed for her travel including her passport and visa. The female staffs checked her details and shouted @ her and told " that you are not allowed to travel and these documents are all fake . You are cheating us . So my wife taken her mobile to make a call to her daughter and son in law who is waiting outside the airport but these peoples who dont have basic manners not allowed to make a call .They told "you are not allowed to make a call and you are going to jail directly from the counter " . My wife become more tensed and all the other passengers where staring at her as if she is like a fake passenger . In between she made a call to my son in law without hearing their words and my son in law told her just hand over the phone i will talk to the particular staff, these people are not accepting the phone calls and says that the phone call is also is fake. my wife was taken to a different area and was questioned more roughly .At that moment one officer came there the incident was explained to him by the staffs and he checked the details, the genuine person has taken these two staffs to some distance away from my wife and told them dont create unnecessary problems these documents are true, this is you peoples mistake in reading the number in the passport page of the passengers husband.
Sir, here who done the mistake and who had suffered a lot . They should show at least a basic manners that she is also a women like them. Kindly go through my issue
fraudulence in currency exchange
I traveled via air india flight scheduled at 6 am on 16 june 2015 from terminal 2 of airport, trivandrum (e-ticket number: [protected]). between 3 am and 4 am I got a currency exchange from the firm inside the airport (I guess it is run by thomas cook) for rs 15000/-. I requested chinese yuvan from the person in the counter. but he gave 400 twd (taiwan currency) along with chinese yuvan that I could understand only when I reached china where I converted the twd to yuvan. by that conversion I lost money equivalent to more than rs 3000/-. the counter guy had not given a receipt for the exchange too. this is a serious case of cheating a customer and a human right violation. I request a serious action against the responsible guy in the exchange counter

The Arrival of IX538 at Trivandrum Airport is not known while I contacted the authorities by telephone, th flight was from Abu Dhabi.Why is the system not transparent and sloggy.

Most of the passengers for early morning flight are waiting for more than half an hour at the X-ray belt & there is no one from the airport staff to start the belt & do the needful. Awful service at Trivandrum airport
As it is banned to go inside the airport we family with little child have to sit outside for four hours . The chairs are placed to sit but even no single fan was placed over head in all the area. Please do the needful for the passengers and accompanying family.
Today(7/5/2019) morning I came Trivandrum Airport fromAbu Dhabi through Etihad EY-272. My check-in baggage(Black color trolley PNR no 7607 EY188334) lock was opened. And I was not checked my back inside. Once I reached my house and I checked my bag some things is missing. Please take nessary action. And make sure it wouldn't happen anybody.
While I was walking in front of gate 2 of domestic terminal My head got banged in a TV / monitor fitted in one of the pillars on 05 may [protected] hrs IST and got minor injury on head.
This monitor need to be removed or barricaded to avoid this problem in future.
