Until now no money was credited to my account since march 14. It was really a big inconvenience, I need the money. This should be put to legal action because lots of people have issue with uae exchange.in this time of crisis, we badly need our money for our daily life. Its almost a month, it is not acceptable to delay our money. They should send it asap!

My employee is unable to withdraw her feb salary which was transferred by beginning of march. It has been a whole month in which they are telling us the system will open in a couple of days. But till 12th March my money didn't reach, then I requested them to cancel the transaction and they promised that money will be credited in my account in 3 working days. I had made a transaction to India via UAE exchange online from UAE on 04/03/2020 (Transaction ID - [protected]), but even after 8 days, it was not credited to the account. So, I contacted the customer and send mail to cancel the transaction on 12/03/2020. I was informed that the refund would be done within 3-4 business days. Inspire of innumerable calls and multiple mails/visits to UAE exchange Branch to confirm my transaction status; to get a clarify whether my funds have been successfully transferred or not, the negligence shown is outright disrespectful and belittling towards a customer.
My transaction number is [protected]. The transfer was for AED 29000/- and the funds were supposed to be remitted as it was an emergency...
It has been a nightmare dealing with UAE exchange, and since it was one my very first transaction with this exchange it was indeed a bitter experience.
Moving forward, I see only two options in front of me.
1. The funds are transferred to my recipients bank account/Refunded back to my UAE bank account (or)
2. I will have to register a petition and a criminal case against UAE exchange within the upcoming week.
I have patiently waited for 2 weeks starting from my initial date of transfer i.e 14th March 2020. I am ready to wait for another few days.
After such time I will be forced to take stringent measure to defend myself personal/financial status. And to keep a sane mind.
I seriously urge each and every one to come forward because if you don't, Chances of we get our hard earned money back are definitely not in our favor.

The owner of the company has been arrested for fraudulent activities.We have definitely lost our money as informed to us by an employee working in the company and so have the others complaining. The only Option now is to file a class action legal suit which requires all the complainant's to come together. Nobody is updating me and I need the money
