uae exchange almost doesn't exist in new delhi
Worst experience sending money to UAE exchange from Saudi Arabia. Very lazy, non cooperattive and even deduct heavy amounts once making the payments.
Nightmare is that there is no one to whom you can complain about all these mal practices.
Almost all the offices in the search list of UAE exchange Delhi are closed, they don't operate, one or two respond to the phone and they never pay on time and ask for deductions.

I sent funds to myself in Fiji from Australia and the lautoka branch manager refused to release the funds because I stated that I am unemployed on my withdrawal document.He was rude and arrogant and did not seem to know what he was doing.
His concern was where I got the money from?Also stated that it was the company policy not to give out funds to someone who is unemployed.
I have a footage of the whole thing on video and and consulting legal advise in this matter.

regarding this concern, but I will share my experience here as well, just in case my complaint will be ignored.
This letter serve as a complaint to one of your teller staff assigned at the UAE Exchange, Sahara Centre Sharjah, UAE. His name tag is "Hany".
I made a successful transaction once during my first transaction with UAE Exchange, and that particular staff was great.
But the most recent one (with Hany) advised me if I could wait maybe 15 to 2 hours due to technical issues, which I did for about 15 minutes. Hany says there is an issue with sending a transaction to the Philippines and kept on banging his monitor, like it would make things better. While I waited, I did not get any update, even just a simple apology for the inconvenience, acted like he does not care, and doodled around with his mobile phone. I requested to give my money back and decided to leave and do transaction somewhere else.
I understand there are technical issues, but I think your staff needs to be re-educated and trained how to provide good customer service.
It was only a small amount, just 800 aed, but my wife needed it for medical use to give birth for my 3rd child. Due to this unfortunate experience, I will never again do any further transactions with UAE Exchange to send money abroad.
Thank you if your staff, or whoever reads it, would even give this letter any importance at all.

Send money over to Bangladesh on 2/02/16 normal service via Manor park branch knowing they will be reach within 2 working days.
I chased them after 5 working days and they were saying your recipients details are wrong however I double check details and confirm the details were correct.
They assured it will be reached within 2 days, it has been another 5 days gone by no sign of money.
Although they said it will be reached tomorrow 17/02/2016. how I trust?

People should aware that UAE Exchange is one of the biggest fraud company. My parents send money on friday from India. The rate was 48.52 before we approach to UAE. I checked other banks and UAE website for the rate. They didn't provide any receipt which contained the rates and the Indian Currency detail etc. After I received the money I thought fishy and I asked them to provide me XR Receipt but they sent me the screen shot of the computer it shows 49.56. Even I tried to contact management team they didn't provide any contact detail and they didn't give me a chance to speak with their higher authorities. This is one of the horrible and painful service to the customers. After a week they responded full of dramas and stories that the rate is fluctuating in every seconds. In that case how come they are providing the rates in their website. Still now I didn't get any receipt for this. So don't go with this kind of companies.

Today i had a bitter experience from UAE Exchange Pathanamthitta branch, especially from a staff named Hari of same office. At 15:02 hours i called the same staff to inquire about conversion of INR to AED and i got the information that rate is 17.95INR=1AED.Mr.Hari asked me to come to Pathanamthitta branch before 17:30 hours with 9060 INR for 500AED, including service charge.I reached the office at 16:34 hours for the same purpose but branch was not ready to transact the money at rate said by Mr Hari.Same time he was not at office when i called him, he respond in a rude manner .I lost my valuable time and money.So i request you to get clarification regarding discrepancy in between the branch and Mr Hari of same UAE exchange branch and his rude behavior.

Hi, I am logging this complaint against UAE Exchange XPress Money transfer services. The website says the transaction will be completed in minutes, its 4 days now and I haven't got my money in India. In between these times I received absolutely no help from UAE Exchange guys. They are utter crap. I called their customer services but no one helped me, I asked them to call me back or mail me, they did not. I am very frustrated on the nuisance that they have created. Pardon my words, but I am very sorry to say this is just testing someone's patience. And when I told them I will log a complaint against them, they were pretty cool about it.

So that my wife return to my home nearest village around 6 km. At the same time i spoke with Mr.Rajesh who is dhaid UAE Exchange branch of the manager said we will care about this issue and he got my home Phone no and he said they will call your home.. Please note that till now no one else call to my home and after 3 o clock my wife again went to the branch she got a result same?

I never faced such scenarios. I use to do UAE Exchange in Chennai. Though there was a delay, but I will exchange the money ASAP. Hope, you had a bitter experience. That too during emergency service.
Uae exchange is the worst exchange ever recently i went with my turkish friend at uae exchange at alkhairatiyat qatar region due to his comunication problem i was together with him we have send money to his home town but after several days his family did not recieve any money so went to the branch asking query about our transaction which we found there is mistake in the reciever name so we requested to change it and resend but the problem remains the same during this time we have the branch several times but in vain then the uae exchange personal start asking to pay 50 dollar by saying if you want to resend bank will charge excluding the 50 riyal we have paid before then i asked them we want our money back because it was already very late the bank personal said he will raise cancellation form then after 3 days we will get our money back. Then the real drama starts we went to the branch after 3 days to collect our money the uae exchange agent deduct 70 dollar by saying it is qatar central bank charges we are completely shocked that after all the waste of time and effort and several visits to bank they have charged us 70 dollar for doing nothing . We have been victim of fraudlement recently and we suggest everyone to stay away from uae exchange as they as highly unprofessional staff, no manners to deal with customers, fraud with customers.
I have disscused the whole incident with my friends and they were laughing at us that why have you gone to uae exchange we should ask them. For evidence i have attached the deduction slip

I would like recommend RIA Money Transfer and the new services through bank deposit to India just for $10 flat fee to any bank of India.
RIA pay the money in the same day, without any problems and always offering the best rate possible. I give you an example today UAE rate is 54. 6449 INR at 11.17am, 6th of June, however, RIA MT rate is 54.80 INR. To get more information just call at [protected].

I had transferred money to Indian Bank, Kovalam Branch, Kancheepuram, Tamil Naidu (one of your Xpress Money paypoint).
Initially the Bank Manager said, They don't know about Uae Exchange/Express Money, after stressing him for an hour he inquired about it.
After starting the processing he said it will take 4 to 5 hours or come tomorrow. where as within 15 minutes, I received a text(sms) from xpress moeny that Money has been collected by beneficiary. And he paid it at the end of the day.
Please train the pay point incharges.

At the same time i called UAE Exchang Al Dhaid Branch and i spoke to the branch Manager Mr.Rajesh.He give a proper response and he ask me to get my home phone no...and he is give me a promise we call as soon as at your home.
Till now there is no any phone call and no any action agaist this issue!

I want to share my experiecne with ur UAE Exchange branch that was place in Punjab State Hoshiarpur City that was i just visit recently. I just go over there to collect my Amount which my brother send me from Australia. when they ask me about my Identity proof over there name was different by my bother fault. he put my Short name ( Nikk name ) as money reciver. So my identity was not match that refuse me to give Amount. Even my Brother call them from Aus. they not accpet any thing what ever he says to them.. ok that all.. they said we can not give amount to this name person so if u wana then change name we can pay for that.

The worst exchange ever, I send money to Pakistan. The receipt I got from exchange had the correct information regarding the receiver name i.e. Obaid ur Rahman.
But when the same receiver went to bank for collection they said that the money is under Shakeel name, when I got a call from Obaid ur Rahman the same information I passed to uae exchange and they said it's not possible the bank in Pakistan are cheating with you.

I had my bad experience also here in UAE Dubai al ghurair branch I want to receive money from Bahrain because one of my friend sent me money for financial purposes I enter the branch and I wrote the mtcn I give my passport I.d and the sender name . all is okay but they refuse to give a transaction because of my middle initial "M" mariano I tell them that it's mariano And I have a previous transaction here on this same branch but they declined to give a transaction I try to get in other remittances there is no issue at all .. Some times used our common sense because if theres any problem with that transaction I am the one who also suffer for that I present my I.d there and they have my details just only for middle initial and it didn't wrote it full... I am not satisfied with the way the online transfer of my transaction happened through “UAE exchange”.
To give you the whole idea of current scenario, let me explain you everything :
On 6th Oct, 2009 around 1000 AM (GMT) I transferred 7500+28 GBP amount to Barclays Bank Account mentioned in UAE Guidelines, from my HSBC account, after the document verification was over from UAE Exchange. I spoke to UAE Exchange Southall Branch officer immediately after transferring the amount and dropped an email to manager as per the guidelines.
As per the Faster Payment scheme, amount must have been credited to their Barclays account within 2 hours.
Around 7PM IST same day I called at UAE Exchange and I was told that those people were waiting for the confirmation from theirHead Office and confirmed me that i will get 74.70 rate.
7th October, 2009 morning (IST) when I came to my office, I received an email from UAE Exchange (6th October, 2009 6PM (GMT)) saying that they could not process the transaction since the amount was not credited to their corporate account (Barclays Bank Account mentioned in Guideline)
To confirm the same I called HSBC customer Care and gave all my transaction details to them. According to them, the money was credited within 2 hours to their account.
To add to my fury, when I spoke to Mr. Abraham from their Head Office Branch, he said he received money now when i called him on 7th October morning 1000 GMT and he can’t do anything in this regard and i will have to bear the loss of 100 GBP which was happening due to exchange rate fluctuation on 7th October.
Not only he spoke to me rashly, he said we can't do anything just speak to Southall Branch people where i opened my customer account. When I spoke to Branch people they said it’s not in their hands they can’t give me the rate which they promised.
They promised me 74.70 on 6th October, 2009 and they were giving me 73.40 on 7th Oct which meant a huge loss to me along with all this tension of not getting money on time. I needed that money urgently and matter was getting more worse. I was making phone calls to UAE Exchange like anything speaking to their Branch Officers and Managers and Head Office Managers and escalating the matter through email as well.
Advised by one of Branch Officer, i dropped another mail to the manager of Southall Branch to atleast give me better rate and waive off the 28 GBP transactional charge for the problem/loss which i was facing. I explained everything in that mail. And as expected i did not get any reply from them, i had to call at the Branch again to enquire about the status.
Now to add my fury they say that they can't do anything apart from giving me rate of 73.70 and after lot of fight they agreed to waive off only 8 pounds i.e. I am getting 7500+8 GBP at rate of 73.70 that too after lot of heated arguments, mails, phone calls, mental harrasment, inconvenience.
These people are nothing but cheaters, when i confirmed from the HSBC BAnk and tehy are assuring that money was credited into their acocount in two hours still UAE Exchange people are making false statements. What the heck is their problem god knows. I would say dont rely on them if you transferring big amount.

Mistakes do happen from any organisation. I am dealing with UAE Exchange since 20 years. I have seen their India, Middle East and UK operation and believe you me friends, they are the best. Staff is very co-operative and helpful. They do not send illegal people's money and do not make fraud transfers, so many people do not like them. But in todays world I will prefer to be with some one who is strict and follows rules rather than sending money helter skelter like hawala guys. For an individuals mistake one should not blame the entire organisation. I have my sympathies for Shipra, but may be in long run you will admit that what I am sayin is correct.
On 6th Oct the row conversion rate was 76.63 [Median price = 75.83935 / 76.63183 (bid/ask)], what they told you is 74.70 .. a straight 2 ruppes as their conversion charges... It is too expensive.. !
They are just lying.. If HSBC confirmed that they had transferrd the money within 2 hours..then they are definitely lying. Action must be taken against them and people shold not transact using UAE exchange.

It was my 2nd time sending money thru this branch & already have encountered this incident. This Musalla branch is located in Bur Dubai which is normally where many Indian expats reside. I was on this long queau with a person (Indian) ahead of me. When it is almost my turn he told me to move to another queau as supposedly, he will be taking his break. After I moved, I noticed that he was entertaining people (Indians) & I was asking him why & he just gestured in a rude manner. Very bad incident. This discrimination came from another expat who belongs to a nationality which happens to be more in population than the local Arabs themselves. Shame on you. You are carying your company name with your BIGOTRY.

My online transfer made & cleared on Friday (28 June). I was told credit to beneficiary bank in 24 hrs which is Sat (29 June). To date, no credit was made in spite of multiple updates from the cust. service team that it shold be credited (again!) in 24 hours. 2-3 days to clear is acceptable but this long time and varying feedback is unacceptable.
UAE Exchange canceled my 2 transactions and money is not credited back, it's been 9 days. Provided all debit statement, I am getting just Request numbers, no help. There is no help or response from UAE Exchange, went to their Exchange center, contacted customer service, and sent mails. Still there is no response back, or solution yet.
