I ordered two knives which were for Christmas Presents. It is now January 22nd and the knives have not arrived. The crooks cannot provide me with tracking number so that tells me they have not been shipped. They will not answer my emails so that is another red flag.
I have come to the conclusion that the owner of this scam company is a crook..
I will now be filing a claim for non received with my VISA
I now want a full refund of charges against my card. buying from these crooks.

Fired off two more emails to see if they have the decency to reply. Not expecting a reply though. Looking at all the complaints about these crooks I am now certain I have been ripped off.

order and paid for a knife 1/22/18.as of 2/24/18 I've yet to receive it. They won't respond to e-mails or answer the phone. you'll get a recording to leave a message but you never get a call back.
It seems this is a on going problem with this company. I've been buying from them for 5 years, no problem until now. I want my knife, refund or a tracking number that shows me it was shipped.

In may of 2017 I ordered a knife from uniqueblade .com in Florida, paying with my credit card. They promise on their site that orders are sent out within 10 days. After waiting patiently for 4 weeks I wrote to them asking where my order was and if they could provide me with a tracking number. I received no response. After 5 days I again wrote asking for info about my order and again received no response. After writing a third time I received a response saying that they were looking into it and promised to get back within 3 days. I wrote yet again and received the exact same response, word for word. By now it had been 6 weeks and I asked for a refund, but no response. Finally I ended up asking my credit card company to get the refund for me which is a hassle, but it worked.
This company seems to me to be a rip-off company who does not actually sell knives but advertises in order to steal money from people who will not go to the trouble of getting the money back through their credit card company. I advise avoiding them and am now working on getting their website removed if possible.

knife item "paid for" but never delivered.
Order for a Knife item from Unique Blade LLC was placed and completed on April 18th 2017 but was never delivered. Today's Date is now May 30, 2017 and I'm still waiting. Tried to contact via their 1-800 number but a voice recording is all you are going to get along with a Round Robin process for pushing buttons to try and contact certain departments with no results, only more robotic voice recordings.

never received my order
I purchased to knives on 3/28/15 and paid for expedited shipping. According the the email they sent, I should have received them in ~5 days. When I contacted them by email for an update, they failed to respond. When I telephoned for an update, my calls were never returned. Ignoring paying customers is a very poor way to run a business. Now the telephone is discconnected, so I probably won't get my order or a refund. Please don't do business with this company! Use a reputable internet retailer.
they sell broken knives and ignore all communication with clients
Don’t waste your time and money on the website www.uniqueblade.com. I ordered a knife from them, and it arrived on time, but when I opened it and decided to try, it suddenly broke. I immediately called to this company, but no one picked the phone. I sent them multiple emails, but these jerks ignored me. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Last December I ordered a knife from Unique Blade. It was a "Shell Puller" with stag handles, at the cost of $89.99. It was to be a Christmas present for a good friend who was in town. 3 weeks after I received it the leaf spring broke. I was told to send it back for a replacement after they made it sound like the springs just don't break without tampering with them, which was kind of an insult. After waiting several weeks I contacted Unique Blade and was told they were out of stock. I kept offering to take another "Bill Deshivs Leverletto" with stag handles that seld for $79.00 ($10.00 less), plus a pair of brass knuckles paperweight that sells for $19.99. But that was out of the question, in fact, they would not even respond to that. Plus they seemed to be OUT OF STOCK on any other knife I liked or in that price range. Then I was told they had 1 Honey Horn shell puller they would send me that was in great working order. It came in, and what a disappointment. It had a wobbly blade, so around and around we went again. I finally settled for JUST the "Bill Deshivs $79.00 stag horn knife, and nothing extra. I basically lost $10.00 on the deal not counting the shipping back 2 times. Now after being opened a few hundred times, the spring broke in this one, and I received it it Febuary. I have had side openers for over 40 years and never had this problem before, especially 3 out of 3 times. Now they won't even deal with me, and say they can't find my order except for the one in Febuary. Buyers beware, their quality seems to be a little on the low side, and they won't honor their warrenty. The last knife I got was way too late for Christmas, so I kept it myself for work opening boxes, and yes it had to be sharpened. If you want quality look somewhere else. Here is the warrenty they state:
Unique Blade, LLC offers a 30 day warranty period after the item is delivered if the item is defective. If your item is factory defective we will exchange the item at no additional cost to you for the exact same model. If the model is no longer available you will receive a store credit good toward any item of equal or greater value. Most name brand items have a factory warranty anywhere from 30 days to Limited Lifetime. If your item has a factory warranty, then you need to contact the manufacturer if the Unique Blade, LLC 30 day warranty period has passed. Return shipping charges are your responsibility, unless the mistake is ours and you request a refund. Example: We sent the wrong item by mistake. Your item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you. Any items that have been abused, sharpened, showing signs of customer repairs (disassembled) or have missing/damaged boxes and or paperwork will be refused and sent back C.O.D. or the restocking fee may be raised from 15% to 25% and done so on a case by case basis.
Ordered a knife approximately 3 weeks ago. I tried to contact them to get a tracking number. No one answers the phone. I have made a honest attempt to communicate, but it was a waste of time. Total scam ! Stay away everyone unless you want to be violated. Poor excuse for any business. I hope law enforcement catches and prosecutes thaem.
Kevin, the owner, went way above the normal to satisfy this problem. I am very please with the way we worked things out. This is a GREAT company to do business with!

This story sounds extremely odd and am very interested in figuring where things went wrong. We definately do not purposely leave our customers with the short end of the stick and will gladly issue a full refund for any item within our warranty period and we have even offered refunds beyond the 30 days on a case by case basis. I also wish to investigate how and or why you weren't given a equal trade for the defective item. We have never EVER knowingly did something of that nature.
