Macbook pro computer
I purchased a MacBook Pro in May of 2017 and purchased an extended warranty. I began having problems with the computer in September of 2019 and took it for service in October of 2019 I did not get it back until January of 2020. I called corporate multiple times only to be kicked back to the store that was horrible about customer service. I kept getting told it was being shipped back and then it wasn's at the store. They didn't know why it was taking so long. I finally got it back only to have to return it to the store again in Febuary where they had it for another month. Once again corporate was useless. I got it back in March and had to call again in April, 2020 as it was having problems again but I could not get it back in until today June, 2020. I asked for a replacement or my money back and they told me only corporate can make that decision. Beleive it or not corporate called me back but they are telling me they have to see if it can be repaired. I will never ever buy anything from Fry's again. I also asked for an email or address where I could send coorespondence to the owner and they would not give me any information. I am appalled at the lack of customer service. I use my computer for work and literally they have had it for over 6 months of the last year. Also if you buy an extended warranty know that it starts on the day of purchase not after the store warranty of a year is done. So essentially you are not getting a 3 year warranty you are only getting a 2 year warranty. Obviously I am beyond frustrated.

You were scammed plain and simple. The request to pay via bitcoin is a dead giveaway. Frys Electronics has nothing to do with this. If the offer is too good to be true, then its a scam.

Do yourself a favor and stop using the internet for a long time. Obviously you have been SCAMMED big time. Frys Electronics will not entertain your complaint because they don't have anything to do with what happened to you. The company certificates and ids sent to you are manipulated pictures. Anybody on their right mind would see the wrong spelling and grammar. And even the name of the contact person, its a celebrity name. Iphones are never sold this cheap.

Honeywell water dispenser - room, cold and hot temps
Invoice No. [protected] purchased 11.4.18 the dispenser, and by the end of December 2018, the hot water tab no longer worked. I contacted the Hamilton Store in Campbell, and was told that I would have to have the package, which is ridiculous and I would expect the dispenser to last longer than 2 months... the manager at Hamilton offered me a credit, gift card, of $61. I paid 158.60. I picked up the gift card today, and after returning to work, our IT person, who makes/made purchases from your store, suggested I file a complaint. I work for a law firm, Pahl & McCay who purchases equipment from your store on a regular basis. I reached out to Fry's to purchase equipment initially, however, I will post a complaint on Yelp and will make sure that my family and friends know not to shop Fry's via facebook and word of mouth.
This was the best that your company could do, one half of the purchase and I am still out a water dispenser. Due to your customer service and failure to satisfy your customers, I will make sure that my 'circle' does not shop Fry's unless this is made whole. The last dispenser I had which was purchased from home depot lasted 8-9 years!
diamond hd gamecaster g1500 product issues
On Saturday I went to a store location of yours for the first time to get the Diamond HD Game Caster GC1500. I drove about 25 minutes to get to the store and had two retail workers help me pick this product. While the two workers were friendly and helpful, I've had issues with the product itself. When I opened the box, it seemed to have been opened before. I was missing an installation CD and the cords that I received seemed previously used. Nothing was packaged up either. It all looked thrown together.
Also, when I called the location to get help and see what they could do, I was put on hold for twenty minutes and no one ever answered.
I understand these things happen, but I'm disappointed with how this has played out. I was hoping to get sent a new product or maybe request a refund.

I went into fry's in Apache junction to use western union. The scratch off board was advertising new scratch off tickets. I went to look at the scratch off machine and there were the tickets being advertised as new. They cost $5. I put in a $10 and the scratch off was not in the machine. It didn't say out, not available...they were not in there. I was forced to purchase scratch offs because there are no refunds. Is this a new scam?

printing cartridges
I'm extremely disappointed in your service and product regarding my ink cartridges being refilled. I arrived at the Downers Grove, IL store when the doors opened and went to your customer service department. I was told by the only employee that was there that my ink cartridges would be refilled in 20 minutes so I shopped around the store. When I returned that person was no where to be found and the only other person there had his hands in a computer with another customer. When I had a chance to speak with that employee he said that the other person left and the process for the ink cartridges to be refilled was not even started. So I left the store to run other errands and drove back an hour later. The ink cartridges were still not filled and that person said it would be another 20 minutes. Went back after 30 minutes and they were still not ready. I left the store again and came back for a third time an hour after that and had to wait 20 minutes because the only person there was busy with another customer. I got my ink cartridges and brought them home. I was able to print 6 pages on my printer and the ink ran out. What a 'joke' your service is. Wasted my time, bad ink cartridges too. I will never step foot in a Fry's again and will tell everyone I have an electronics store conversation with how poor my experience was. Extremely disappointed. Matthew Meade.

Order # T3966483 was placed on Sunday 09/30/2018 at 11:00am online using a promo code for a discount, and I never received an email confirmation from the store. I called the store after 8 hours and they said the order was ready around 12:30 pm! come to pick up. I went there and I was disappointed, the item was OPEN BOX! this is not what said on the advertising.
After I spend 45 min in the store, in this time they tried to see if more units available in the store(the computer said four more units available!), I left the store and Eric Wayne the Customer Service Supervisor he assure me that they supposed to have one unit from Palo Alto shipped to Sunnyvale store so I can pick up today 10/01/2018.
Still with no email or phone from them and is 10:30 am.
Very disappointing with Fry's electronics, the way they are treating the customers, I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE IN THE FUTURE.

I ordered a BYTECH power bank with promo code online on Jul 17, 2018 and was told delivery will be on or before Jul 20, 2018.
On/near Jul 24, 2018 I called Fry's to notify them I have not received my order. I was told the item is backed ordered and will ship by end month (July).
I called again on/near Aug 3, 2018 to inquire on my order. I was told it is on backorder indefinite and no shipping date.
On Aug 14, 2018 I received email from Frys:

We apologize but the item(s) you ordered are still out of stock and
we are unable to provide a definite ship date.
On Aug 21, 2018 I received this email from Frys:

you need any assistance.
On Aug 27, 2018 I received my order. The packaging arrived badly crushed. The bubble wrap used to cushion the item was completely deflated. The item's package was crushed badly. The item is not the same item listed on the web site when I made the order; but a replacement. I don't want a replacement! I want the exactly item that I ordered!
I am extremely not satisfied with the way Fry's have handled this transaction.
I could have purchased a similar item from Aliexpress, ship from China, and arrive sooner!

Frys Electronics. An honest opinion.
As happened one day, my refridgerator gave out. I wasn't aware however until
a few hours into the day that the contents were not cold. I waited to see if
the refridgerent pump was going to kick in or not. It did not. At approx 3pm
I called Frys Electronics to purchase a new Refridgerator. I found one that met
my needs and was on sale. About 1500, with same day delivery. Unfortunately about
2 hours later I received an email from Frys stating something was wrong with my card. 0Nothing was wrong with my card, except the person who took may information couldn't get *anything* I said correctly. My address, my name, my cc #, he couldn't get [censored] straight. Don't know who this was or how they were connected to Frys, but hours later I got the notice something was wrong. I called in to find out what happened, no one could give me a reason as to what was wrong. [What I did wrong.] I was too upset with the person on the other end of the phone, to make things worse, and was tired of hearing excuses. I had a melt down on this guy (which was wrong) and hung up. I just needed a fridge to not lose my fridge content. Too late. Inside was smelling bad. So I decided to give Frys a chance to be bigger than a date and time. I spend a couple thousand a year at Frys so I was a little guy But I wanted to know will they do the right thing, eat the costs of a late deliver or just
Shove me aside because they I spent a small amount with the store each year and tell me sorry we can't help you. I went down to frys in person, requested a store manager (right after another cusomer demanded to see a store customer) in front of me, and he was pissed too. While I awaited a store manager, I was talking to the person, I spoke with on the phone. He insisted that I cursed at him and hung up on him, he knew my name and he was right. I had no business venting my corporate store frustrations out on him. But I did. My huge mistake, normally I would not do this. But I did. I apologized to this young man, twice, shook his hand for my attitude towards corporated Frys. He kept his cool and demeaner while speaking to a hostile customer of which he had no control. Beyond this, when the acting store manage approached me I immediately asked if he could deliver my fridge today. He said no way. This is where the people of Frys (the young man I confronted) VS Frys the corporate dissipates into nothingness. He told me I can't deliver the fridge today, but tomorrow. Not good enough. Fry's is big enough and has the resources
to do the right thing and contact a contractor to have this delivered even if they lost money on the deal. That's what makes the difference between a business that does, and does not take care of it's customers. It wasn't my fault that the F*&^ tard couldn't get my info correct It was not Fry's Electronics that made this mistake. What I take from this experience is that Frys is not willing to go the distance for their customers. You either prove they were wrong, or F$&^% you. Never again will I do business with Frys as they have proved to me (more than once) they are not willing to make things right, they are not willing to help their customers. I visited your store today to purchase two iPhones. I could not find anyone in the mobile electronics area that could help me so I asked another employee who said that he would make a call for someone to meet me by the cell phones. Upon waiting no one showed up for 20 minutes so I noticed an employee by the L.G T.V section. He was a tall Armenian man with glasses. I asked him if I could get any help because I was already waiting 20 minutes and I wanted to purchase a couple of iPhones. He told me that is not his section and that I would have to find someone else. I explained there was no one there and I waited so long. He got very smart and told me well what do you expect me to do as he raised his voice. I told him nevermind and that his store just lost a couple sales and he replied so what. I really love your store but rude employees like that make me not want to come back so I went to Best Buy and got the best of costumer service.

False advertising on Zojirushi rice cooker model NS-LGC05 that it "Made in Japan" (see ad below) today 1/19/2018. Their intention on false advertising is very clear on the ad and they're trying to lure customers to the store.
I own Zojirushi 10-cup, made in Japan. Very happy with the product so I wanted to get a small one, 3-cup and "Made in Japan". They got me on this one. What wasted time!

the reason I ordered with you online is because I work full time, and my fridge just stopped working the night before, and I need it to be delivered on the same day so that the food could be saved.
and your "same day" delivery really eased my "fear of not having a fridge for the next couple days anxiety". Lo and behold, I did not know this is just a prank as same day delivery never happened.
upon placing the order, I was demanded to be present so that driver could check my photo ID and the credit card used, which I took time off (and lost some salary for this supposed "online order") and complied just to get that fridge in place.
10 min. passed your associate 's promise time I called and was re-assured that the truck went out at 3pm and delivery will sure to happen on the same evening.
2 hours later, (6:15pm) your store manager called to tell me that the truck couldn't make it in that evening. the explanation I've received is after 2 other delivery the truck stopped working and got stocked on the freeway.
Upon conversation, your manager told me that there were 3 delivery from 4pm to 8pm that night, and I was the last stop.
WAIT, I THOUGHT YOU WANT ME TO BE AT HOME AT 4PM "SHARP" TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS IN PERSON. AND HOW COULD YOU MAKE ME YOUR LAST STOP KNOWING I'VE CALLED NUMEROUS TIME CHECKING ON THE STATUS? THAT JUST MEANS I DIDN'T NEED TO BE AT HOME AT 4PM!
your store manager asked to re-deliver again the next day in the morning.
SO HOW ARE YOU EXPECTING ME TO CHIP OUT THE MONEY IF I KEEP TAKING TIMES OFF? THE FRIDGE WONT' PAY FOR ITSELF !
Frys-
first of all, you do not need to check my photo ID with my credit card because it is what "ONLINE" order is for.
second, you do not tell me I have to be home at 4pm when you can not be there on time.
third, you do not tell me to lose any more money because you couldn't' keep your promise.
and fourth, you did not solve any of my problems, and rather created more issues. by the time I can get a new fridge from Lowes, it's already around 10pm. All my frozen food have been thawed and needs to be tossed away.
PLEASE make sure this order is cancelled, as it is still pending on my credit account.

Last time I ordered was terrible. I had to wait for 2 months before they eventually shipped my order. What kind of service is that?
You may say that probably they had a reason. I will surprise you, but no, they hadn't. The camera was always in stock, it's not popular among customers, so no one in the world needs it, I was the only one. However, they delayed its shipping several times due to unknown reasons I was never notified of.
Oh well, now it's on its way (though I have no idea if it arrives).

Online order returns are handled via call-in phone number. No response via the service email. Phone line states wait time is between 8-10 minutes. So far I waited ~30 minutes 12/6. 12/7 I've been trying to get a call in for 90 minutes. I've been disconnected twice.
Online orders cannot be returned for refund, in-store, only for store credit.
Motherboard specs online do not include OS.
Stay away from Frys. Find another source, this is beyond ridiculous. For another order I placed, they required me to phone in, to verify the purchase, and then attempted to sell me insurance on the purchase, in broken English.
Why would the motherboard specs list anything about an O.S.?

I purchased this printer on Nov.15, 2017. The store prices were a jumbled mess. I asked if they were on sale, I got it for $49. and change. However as I was checking some items online The weekly add came up I looked at that and it said, it was on sale for appr. $25.00 for the white one, I got the black.. I didn't print it out and called your store but add had changed and they would not honor it. I feel strongly, this is not fair. If you want to keep folks coming to continue to shop at your store, you should give it to the customer for good faith, and making the customer feel valued. Several times I tried to purchase a laptop using my only one credit card that was issued a month ago and I paid using it before. so it was working well
But the website kept declining it. so I decided not to buy anything from fry's and bought almost the same laptop at the nearest mall.
But 2 days later that I was charged by fry's for the laptop I couldn't buy! very nice that they also don't answer my questions and I can't reach them.
If they think I am a millionaire they are mistaken. I will not give up until I get my money back!

Dear Fry's Electronics,
I visited Renton store on Sunday July 30th to purchase a Soleus Air Ky-100 portable air conditioner unit. Fry's price was $359.99. I found the same unit on NewEgg website for $239.99 originally listed for $349.99. I asked Fry's electronics sales person for a price match. The Store Manager was called to checkout to verify. The store manager told me he wouldn't honor since it's not same model. Even though I pointed out that this is the exact model and spec as one shown on newegg website. Frys electronic had a sticker over the manufacture's box with another model. The store manager told me that even though I see the same model on box he won't honor. I am very concerned as a valued customer shopping st fry's for the past few years, and noticing that the price match integrity is questionable. The explanation the store manager saying that he can't honor since it's different model because even though it was a manual sticker that was put over the manufacturer's box. I am very upset and unsatisfied with the service I received today in store. Likely hood of me coming back to Fry's now is limited. I hope that fry's will look into this and correct this or at least give me reasonable response as to why price match was not honored even though model and box were correctly shown. fry's need to improve their service.
I order online to store pick up( Brokaw, rd, SJ) at May-13-2017. I got a confirm mail said really to pick up. After 2 hours I arrived store the cashier told me they don't have anyone in store.
After a week May-19-2017, I call the store at Polo Alto made sure they have the product in stock, they told me still have 12. 30 minutes later I got to the store they don't have anyone. I complain to the supervisor at the cashier, she just told me to fill out a complain form at the front desk that is.
I am living In San-Francisco, I have to driving 50 miles to the store got nothings, before I got confirmation to pick up, That is really frustrating. Fry's should pay attention of this kind the issue !

I wrote to you last week about this and have received no reply. I was not given credit for 100 points accumulated in February when I got gas at your new store on Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria, AZ. Instead, 200 points were taken off the March accumulation. I would like those points back, because they disappeared after March 1, 2017. This has happened to me before near the end of the point accumulation period. The expiring month's points are left on the account. You need to set up a system where the computer takes the earliest points accumulated first.
