My order was placed on the 8 November 2017 and until today, I've yet to received my products until today. I've just got off the phone from their delivery company UPS and was informed my delivery was cancelled by Extra on the 27th and the order was sent back to Dammam. I don't know for some reason Extra doesn't seem to care about customer and would lie happily. I've made numerous complaints and the latest one on the 29/11/17, they told me a manager would call me back within 24 to 47 hours no call or email.
I want my tv, xbox and tv bracket.

I want to follow up my Order #WEB01493042, I purchased last Nov 3 until now not delivered. Everyday I am contacting your hotline, I even went to one of your store nearby our house but only inshaaaaala I heard, the last person I spoke, he will escalate the issue but until now pending, and today even the hotline is out of coverage area. If you cannot deliver the item I will cancel my order, just return my money. I wil go vacation this nov, so pls do your part.
iphone x delivery
I have purchased 2 Iphone X from the website. Only one was delivered while the second one was not. The invoice number is Web01442872.

I complained to customercare email twice (in arabic and english) and no response. I am very diaappointed about the aftersale communication with the customer. I want to know what happened to my order and no one is responding.

I called the customer care for canceled the order he told me go near by extra store and return back
When i went to extra store they denied to return back it's due to only seal open.
Now my question is that without see how i know about screen
Also in term & condition you mention if customer is not satisfied return back within 14 days..

I ordered Airpods from Extra on January 10 ; 2017 (order number 941295). For two months, extra didnt deliver it. So finally i cancelled it in March. And from that day i have been calling extra every other day and contacted their FB customer care. Each time when i call they say
- sir, your case has been forwarded to ecommerce team. They will contact u

- sir, you can collect your refund from suwaidi extra after you receive a call from manager within 24 hours
Or
- we will register a complaint for you.
Unfortunately, no manager or no team contacted me. They registered atleast 3 complaints (complaint numbers -1-[protected] ; 1-[protected]; 1-[protected]) all of them were unanswered and no one from extra followed up with me.
This has been the worst experience i ever had and extra is committing fraud with my money. They seem to have no intention to give my money back.

Samsung 40" smart tv
My mobile number is [protected] it's a Samsung led smart 40"tv I bought it online on 8th of November and I received it on 15th of November then I saw it was a damaged item and I called extra customer service they said to replace it to nearest branch on the same day I went to the yanbu branch I returned my tv they said stock is not there and took my tv and said I will get a call from ecommrce department I am waiting till today 6th dec, till now there is not even a missed call from the store. Please be noted that my order is just 1000 riyals but I spended on calling and visiting nearest branch for more than 250 riyals don't know who is going to pay.

I had bought a electric stove which i later returned as it was in discount in other mall. when i returned it was said the money will be reversed to my account as it was a card transaction but it did happen so far.
As i approached the outlet they didnt return my money rather were rude in their behaviour.

I had ordered cell phone "Samsung A70" price " 1149" Saudi Riyals but unfortunately I mentioned wrong address so I called to help line & cancel the order they said within 14 days you will get 1149 Saudi Riyals in your account but I didn't not get yet even completed 16 days.

I am very disappointed with your service. I placed my order on 09th and delivery date given me 17th of August. The full day I was waiting for my shipment, but nothing I received. Same this happened today on 18th August.
