Purchased their "worrynomore" warranty through Macys. I recently tried to make a claim on damage from a cat we were watching for a few days. The company denied the claim saying it was ongoing damage even though I reported the claim within a week of the cat scratching. Cats have multiple claws not just one and can do damage within a matter of seconds! I even asked the furniture rep they sent out to my house for the report and sure enough it said "cat scratches" with no other damage. I should have researched the company before but now I cant find a single person who has ever been able to use their warranty after they have paid for it.
The warranty says it covers ANY damage but when you file a claim they will find a reason to get out of it.
You will be out $500 for the warranty. DO NO DO NO DO NOT trust this dishonest company.

You definitely gave it your best shot — could've been worse if you hadn't caught on to their tactics so quickly. It’s almost like they’ve written the warranty with invisible ink, only to show up when it’s time to deny a claim. Sounds like that "worrynomore" name is doing more heavy lifting than the warranty itself. Here's hoping others learn from your experience before they get scratched by this deal.
Class action lawsuit is needed and it’s going to take one person to start it.
