I know because I made several other requests and they were out of. My range by interest, to long to pay off, and they were getting about 60% of what I asked for. However, will say the method to deliver bank statements securely and answer a few questions was simple. The best part is that I could receive the funds directly to my account with no need to determine which creditor was to be paid as some do not allow payments from a loan proceed. My experience so far has been amazing. The application process was very easy and o was able to pay off four credit cards that I was paying a total of at least two thousand dollars for monthly. Now I have one loan and I get to use over 50% of what was going towards my credit card bills on other ventures. *** also been able to use the rest of my loan for personal things that I needed like a vacation. My monthly payments are affordable for my budget and Im looking forward to create better spending habits for a higher credit score. Im glad I chose upgrade.

For example, when spoke to agents they kept saying; your loan approved then transferred to another rep who said they needed to verify IRS verification, need another ***days, then inquired again, needed more additional docs when they had all the docs they needed and more. Very unprofessional reps who clearly sat on the loan request for weeks and did nothing. I'm SO disappointed in this company and their lack of attention and communication abilities , via phone and email. They truly gave me the runaround from 10/17 and on.. I would COMPLETELY stay away from them.. I would normally spin a little bit of positiveness here but there are none to provide.. incredibility awful. NEVER AGAIN!

Being hesitant to have a hard inquiry on my credit rating after working so hard to get it to a "good" status, made me nervous. The application process was simple and straightforward. However, I had to wait a little more than 2 weeks and I heard nothing. I checked the web site immediately and it showed that everything was received and they were reviewing. So I called and found out that it was in "queue", I guess, and the CS rep said they'd push on up to be sure it was reviewed. Lo and behold, about 2 or 3 days later - success! Having this money will make the difference in being able to provide the medical procedures my loved one needs. I was worried that it would be overwhelming, but it was not. It was a very hard decision to choose to get a consolidation loan and once we decided it was worth it, it was quick and easy to achieve. The APR is lower than our previous debts average APR, the application took maybe twenty minutes, and my debts were paid and the extra in my account in less that a week. I believe the extra amount went into my bank the very next day. I got zero phone calls, it was all a 100% online application. I highly recommend Upgrade, it definitely helped me find a reasonable loan for us, input all the info you can in the part where it sees what loans look best for you and it truly recommends what's best. Upgrade also made it SUPER easy to compare loans with eachother, you can organize your options based on Lowest APR, Smallest Monthly Payment, Etc. I did litterally everything in about 20 mins, the longest part was finding MY PERSONAL APRs on my other debts and comparing loan choices.Why Upgrade was so wonderful:I cannot stress how easy Upgrade was to use and so far the consolidation loan we chose has been a blessing. I ain't gonna lie, I was excited to get approved for Universal Credit. They said I could get a loan without having to put anything up for collateral. But then, confusion set in. I was real close to getting approved and then they hit me with a surprise. They wanted me to either fork out some cash upfront or use my *** card to make what they called a "pre-payment" on the loan. I didn't expect this and it didn't sit well with me. I ended up backing out of the deal.

But it's 11/02 now and they're still saying it'll be another 1-4 days till I get the money. I've talked to customer support everday and they keep saying the same thing but it's been 14 days already!

It has been a real battle trying to get rid of this darn credit card. I've been calling for 3 months now and it doesn't seem like anyone is even writing down that I've been calling. Finally, in early September, I got an email saying that they were on it. I waited for 30 days and called again, but it's still not cancelled. I talked to Neea and she said she's looking into it and even escalated it to the boss, but no dice. I asked her to send me an email to explain what's going on, but she wouldn't do it. I just want this card gone before it racks up even more fees. Honestly, I might have to call in the big guns and get a lawyer involved if they don't sort this out soon.

Ya gotta remove dat mess, cuz according to da Fair Credit Reporting Act you cain't be checkin' my credit w/out my permission first. I didn't say you could pull my credit and now it's messed up cuz you done a hard hit on it. Dat act regulates credit reporting to keep people like you in check. Only legit businesses can pull my credit, not just anybody off the street yo. I don't even know how y'all got my social security number, but it ain't cool and it's got my credit all *** up. I need y'all to fix this ASAP and clear it up with Equifax. I'm in the military and added an alert so you would have to call me first, but y'all didn't even do dat. What's the deal yo?

When it hit, I got put on furlough and I contacted Upgrade to see what my options were. They told me I could do a hardship program for 3 months, twice, and said it wouldn't mess up my credit cuz it would show up as all good. So I went on the lower payment for June to September , but then I went back to the regular payment in October. But then in 2021 they reported that I missed 5 payments to all the credit people and this really made my score go down a lot. I had been on hardship from April to September, then back to normal October and November, then back to hardship December to February. So I called Upgrade and asked them what was up and they said they were going to try and fix it. But now they did it again and reported the same missed payments to every credit bureau last week! Now I called them again and they said they gonna check it out and let me know, but I already know what the problem is. They gotta fix it and correct the credit reports. This is really ruining my credit score and I'm really about to lose the chance to buy a home cuz Upgrade keeps doing this every year and they take forever to fix it. They gotta pay me back for all the stress this is causing me!
