I have two Forever 21 gift cards given to me by my workplace prior to my retirement. none of these cards can not be used as Forever 21 is out of business. Customer service at [protected] told me to go to any Urban Planet location near to me. It's noteworthy your customer service reps gave me conflicting information from the beginning. Finally, I went to the Fairview Mall Urban Planet and met with the Manager Shahab, gave him an up date of the above and said as a retiree I am coming to your stores from a distance and hope its fruitful today. He tried to scan my cards and gave up and finally called the same number that I have called above. Customer service initially wanted to mail the NEW card to my home address and wanted me to send an email. They even talked about mailing it to the store as I need to come here to do the purchase. Finally, Aisha from your customer service Dept. informed the Shahab that I need to send a picture of both cards with my mailing details so that her office can mail it to my home address. I sent the email from the store and received a deceiving response. Both store manager and I are upset about this situation. Please note this is a poor business practice including considerable time wasted by your employees, customer and your store manager. Before writing this complaint I call the 1-866 number more than FIVE times, I have recorded you poor company customer service recording methodology, if you're interested to hear, please call me.
Desired outcome: My balance is approximately $50 both cards combined and kindly request your do more as a good business gesture for all of my efforts.
