I ordered a pair of shoes at midnight, thinking that the shoes would arrive after 2 to 3 days(after my flight). They literally delivered a few hours after i placed my order, and the shoes were perfect. I would highly recommend

Not Satisfied with my Order - Adidas Shoes Looks Fake
I ordered yesterday via online of a Buy 1 Get 1 Adidas shoes for men and women. But I just noticed today that there is a defects. Now not sure if I bought a fake Adidas shoes! You can see a writing on it that we can't erase, the tongue does length is not the same and the lace hook in the tongue is also not proportion.

I had to return an item because the product turned out to be small... first hour in the morning of the day after I called, a representative came to get the item back. I think I have been using NAMSHI since 2 years now and hands down it is the best app I have come across in dubai. The whole process is seamless and with next day delivery. Also the returns are hassle free. I had a total aversion to online shopping and was very skeptical about it but NAMSHI has totally changed it. Five stars and thumbs up for sure

Look this is the best online shopping in the UAE, i got a size lower than what i was meant to get and they picked and exchanged it the same day i made the request on their website... my cousin ordered for me for my birthday with his card on my page. I don't even want to give 1 star to them as it's been 1 month I didn't receive the refund for the products I return already, they are tied up with noon and the representative came and picked up the items but as per them it's not been registered.
Even they don't delivered the products on time they say they will deliver in 24 hours but they don't as they took almost 1 and half week to deliver it.
I right I am waiting for the refund from them as they keep sending me repeated emails and signing the same song on calls that they are working on it, i immediately need a refund and a compensation from you from for such kind of service provided to me.

Fake perfumes , incomplete items and horrible customer service
Order#nmaeabnkmb180gay placed on 23 nov 2023 contained counterfeit perfumes with very weak projection and 5 minutes lasting at the price of nearly origional ones and order was incomplete also as they didnt send me the promotion gift adg perfume. When i followed up they made lame excuses and useless lie that it was out of stock. Suppose if it was out of stock then why its displayed in promotions, and how ppl ordering after me still recieving it. After so many number of calls and emails , which were very slow in reply, i finally had to accept 75 aed online shopping balance from namshi out of helplessness.

Ordered 9 items on 04th Oct 2023 and delivery was scheduled for 06th Oct.
On 06th and 07th Oct just received a sms saying unable to reach me for delivery (without receiving any calls) from their delivery partner Noon Express.
Been calling Namshi customer service daily and response is they will escalate the matter to their logistics partners Noon express (as per Namshi shipment is at Noon express warehouse) and when I ask them for Noon express contact details they mention they cannot provide the same.
Until 11oct today, no response from Namshi nor from Noon Express.
Worst experience ever from Namshi.

I ordered a product from Namshi, the order number is ME1188214813, I was asking about the status repetedly, but I only got a reply from them after a month, that they don't have it in stock, and that they will cancel the order.
So they said they will refund only "the value of the product", AFTER 14-21 WORKING DAYS, but to take the money from me it was only needed 5 minutes. So they will keep the money for shipping without even shipping anything.
What kind of joke is this?

I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes and requested for exchange of one pair of shoes on the same day I received the item which is 19-07-23. For 2 weeks no one came for exchange out of frustration I requested for refund, till date the shoes have not yet been collected to initiate the refund. Moreover, the best part is the Supervisor will never come on the call and you need to raise a complaint request for him to return the call but in this case after putting reminders on the raised complaint request as well no one has called till date. Please rethink before purchasing on this platform, this is based on my experience with the request for refund, return and call back from the Supervisor.

My complaint was resolved. I received a call from the Namshi Complaint Department and the shoes were collected on the same day and received the refund in 2 days. They offered me extra credit which I flatly refused since I was not happy the way the exchange and return was handled.

Delivery - not received my order after 8 days
I placed my order 8 days ago and every day they say they are delivering but yet nothing has been delivered. I have rung and complained every day and also emailed daily. Nobody seems to be helping me and getting my package delivered. ITs really frustrating now and i can't even cancel and get a refund! Every time i send an email i get the same response of "this is being dealt with please allow us some time" and the same thing when i ring i get an operator stating that the delivery will take place later the same day or the following day.

July 7, 2023 I ordered online a Nike shoes. Delivery date (1-2 day if its in Dubai)
Saturday I received a notification Delivery with my shipping details and a number of delivery person (I call the delivery guy they don't have the item). I called Namshi customer everyday for follow up on the the order (where is the Item now) same thing happen.
Today is July 13, 2023 Since until now I haven't received any item and even a customer support have the same excuse that the item is shipped. (no data who's the delivery person assigned, no tracking why yesterday it was not delivered. they will just say it is with the delivery person). So now I am requesting for a refund and it is not allowed. It is not allowed because in there system it is already shipped. (still no details where is it exactly) You are not allowed to refund it until the item is received. (no confirmation when it will be shipped).

However, when I attempted to return or exchange the items through the app, I was dismayed to find that there was no option available for returns or exchanges beyond a 14-day period. This timeframe restriction was completely unjustified and was not mentioned clearly during the purchase process specially when it is not the customer’s fault for delay. As a result, I am now left with two shirts (SKU - 35488ATJSIIP & 35488ATAPGEP ) that are of no use to me.
In an attempt to rectify the situation, I promptly contacted your customer service through email and phone calls. I was informed that a pickup would be arranged for the return. However, on the day of the pickup, your team only collected one shirt, claiming that they had received information to pick up only a single item (SKU : 29928ATUNWTP) and he took it and left asking me to write an email to the team. This lack of communication and inconsistency in your team's actions only added to my frustration and inconvenience.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I have encountered nothing but obstacles and a lack of empathy from your customer service representatives. It is disheartening to see that as a loyal customer, I am being penalized for circumstances that were entirely beyond my control. The fact that you collected one shirt during the pickup contradicts the information given by your customer service, further compounding the problem.
As a concerned customer, I kindly request that you take immediate action to address the following issues:

I have ordered MK5896 watch from Namshi for gift as I have the original one and liked it a lot to gift it to my sister.
To my surprise the watch from Namshi is of too low quality and easily identified as Fake . The dial is so poor and packing too
The refund is such a hassle if you have paid CASH ON DELIVERY. Customer service is so unfriendly.

About my Refund yet not transfered to bank
I have ordered two items from Koton (Outside the country) on 24th November 2021, and they told that it takes 9 working days to ship those two items once the supplier hands to us. I waited for about 13 days contacted via so many emails and they sended message that they have resolved it and expected to ship within 4-5 days!. After 3 days of that message, they cancelled and told that the supplier couldn't find the exact sizes as I have ordered before which was mentioned online available but now not there. They added the amount to my Namshi account and I asked them to transfer it to my bank account. They claimed that it takes 10-14 business days to reflect on your account and we have already transferred the amount (manual transaction on Namshi's page). Yet now I'm waiting but still no message from bank at all regarding about my money.

I have ordered a shoes which is showing 2 available stocck and it was an offer . After i order they deducted my money and 3 days later they canelled my order and they said item is out of stock, but the same time same item is showing with higher price.

The other day NAMSHI gave a online promotion offer to buy one and get one free. I purchased two items from them and was given the promotion. Later, after 48hrs of struggling my shipment got shipped only to see one of the item was cancelled.
I contacted them regarding this and they said it was cancelled with no reason. My card was charged fully and they are saying its partially charged.
I am not concerned about money but this website lure people with fake promotions and never fulfil it. It should be punished for its non-complacency. I consider other websites rather than Namshi for every people for online shopping.
