unwanted calls
I started getting calls from us pharmacy again today. Haven't got them for a little while. I told the man on the phone I didn't want their products or their phone calls and to take my number off of their mailing list. He said he didn't care if I wanted their phone calls or not. I told him what I thought of him and his company and hung up. I put a block on the number he called me on but they will use another number next time. [protected]
call on my cell phone every day!!! from hunted numbers
It's been over a year they have been calling me almost everyday I've asked kindly rudely angry it does not matter they think it's a joke tell you they won't call back but soon after sometimes twice a day. WOW what happen to privacy in this country. I understand something we just can't control but there's so many complaints why can't anyone get through to these people. If it were Americans trust me India would sue to the bitter end. Everyone who has called me has had a Indian accent from India. I am to assume the site is in that part of the world. I don't even think there's such a company but I'm not going to allow them to take my money along with my time and frustration. I have so many blocked numbers from them that my block file has got to be getting full. They call from a different number now everyday. HOW LONG WILL THIS GO ON!
harassing phone calls any time during day or night, every day & often as many as 4 a day.
Calls from US Pharmacy asking to sell us Viagra, Cialis, & any other medication we may want. Calls occur nearly every day, from early morning into the late evening & often up to 4 calls a day. This has been happening for about 4 years. Each time the caller speaks in an accent associated with an East Indian dialect. This is harassment in my opinion. We have asked to have our number removed from their call list almost every time they call. We have resorted to hanging up, however, it is disturbing to have these calls on a daily basis. We have tried to block the numbers, however, another number shows up or an unavailable number is shown. What can be done to stop this harassment?
constantly calling my home all hours of the morning and day...
My number is [protected]. My wife and I are sick of getting phone calls from these people who first of all call here every day with a different number sometimes blocked out. I tried putting them on my no call list but they use a number that is not blocked or unlisted. They speak with a foreign speech like middle eastern and are a pain in you know what. The business is US Pharmarcy... This is totally ridiculous...I have asked them daily to stop calling. I have threatened them with a law suit. I and about to call the attorney general and the BBB to assist with this. HELP
I have posted at the end of the thread. I finally, after 13 years got nabbed by these people for 3350.00. Before that, they called incandescently, day, early evening - mid evening . the only thing that finally stopped it, was, ( not even after getting scammed because the SAME guy would call me) But, after the one who had scammed me, and who had called me, primarily, the most over the years, had hung up. I immediately wrote the number down that he had called from and waited an hour or two. I don't know if I used * 69 or if I saw it. I then called back, put on an accent, as if it were difficult for me to speak English and order, and asked to speak to the "boss" I managed to get the boss on the line, and told him all about this guy, who called himself roger, or sometimes Siam, who had always called me, and at first sent out medication, and then, just recently had me send him a money gram to i think it was SA. At first the boss would not listen and told me there were many other US pharmacy on line copy cats, but i said, stop it, listen- he is very friendly, and i continued to describe him, and I said something like, he is the one who always volunteers to make the phone calls isn't he? isn't he the one who is the friendliest with all the customers? and that was it. he didn't answer me, but he said nothing, and I said. uh huh... so THIS IS THE right pharmacy isn't it? HOW would YOU LIKE i TAKE this information to the local police like money gram told me to ? would you like that? and they trace it back to him, and you? i totally forgot all about that until just now ! money gram tried to talk me into it at the time because they said there were a lot of complaints. that is when the Last call happened, and that was blessedly last summer ! PLEASE TRY IT. It doesn't matter whether or not it happened to you. But, IF YOU WANT to freak them out a little TELL them Roger did the same thing to Karen from Philly too for 350.00 and Roger knows it. . the boss does not like the funny stuff or the harassment. he just wants business. . and if you want to know more, and I can remember, comment and I'll tell you all I can. All I know, is, I made it finally go away.
I have received calls from these people for several years. I have been polite to them, asked them not to call, requested that I go onto the DNC list, hung up on them, etc. I am about to go shopping at the grocery store and drug store. While I am out I will purchase a whistle, which I will use to "scream" into their ear when they call. While this may seem extreme, I just hung up from the FIFTH phone call TODAY from these people. Don't tell me that isn't harassment. I have a couple of friends who live overseas and their numbers don't show up on caller I.D., so I risk missing their calls if I don't answer. I frankly don't see the point of the calls. Who in the world would purchase anything from these unsoliticited callers. The callers are rude, horrible people who probably make about six cents a day working for some rich a--hole running this company. However, I don't appreciate listening to my phone ring all day long. I do not understand why some computer genius isn't smart enough to figure out how to block these calls.
annoying phone calls
For years I've been getting hundreds of phone calls from us pharmacy. I 'm damned sick of this. My suggestion for those who are in the same situation is to call The Indian Embassy in Washington DC at [protected] and press O for operator and let them know how you feel about this situation. And if O is busy, press a random number and leave a message about how you fell about this situation. Another option is to call your US Senator and let them know how you feel about these repeated intrusions into your personal privacy from these relentless scammers from India. Here's a list of phone numbers for the US Senate. http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm?OrderBy=state&Sort=ASC
constant sales calls
I have told them numerous times I would never buy anything from them and they still call from different numbers. I have asked every time to delete my number, they still call. I would never give my credit card info over the phone to someone I do not trust, I would not buy their fake imitations of real medicines anyway. I would like to file a complaint or file charges against the. The last number they called me from is [protected].
US Pharmacy is a company the constantly calls trying to sell fake medicines over the phone, they refuse to stop calling even after being asked to be removed from the call listing. Whatever I can do to press charges or file a complaint which I have will be done. This has been going on for over a year now, they are non stop. The number they called me from this time is [protected]. Be very aware of this scam artist.
continually gotten calls from [protected]
I have continually gotten calls from [protected], US Pharmacy or Texas Pharmacy. They all have accents as if they are from or in India. The solicitors do not listen when I ask them to remove my number from their list and to no longer call me. Last week I hung up on the man who called and he had the nerve to call me back and tell me to listen to him. I then hung up on him again and he called me back and used profanity with me talking about my female private parts. I yelled at him and told him he's harassing me and I hung up on him. This company then called me the next day but I did not answer the phone. I have noticed that they call from different numbers every few months. I have filed a complaint with the FTC but something needs to be done. I have an Ooma phone so I'm not even sure how they got my number. This company is harassing people and needs to be stopped. I am not interested in any prescriptions!
unsolicited phone calls
I've literally gotten thousands of calls from "pharmacy" companies in India. Which I find to be astoundingly annoying and intrusive. I've repeatedly asked these utterly conscience less fools to stop calling me but it seems these people have absolutely no understanding when it comes to empathy or compassion. Much less simple marketing sensibility. They are all mostly apparently desperately and absolutely unethical thieves. Or at least their corrupt business owners and managers are. Which for me, being a member of a family going back four generations in America, seems almost incomprehensible. So what can each of us, as individuals in America who daily experience this apparently incessant plague of disruptive phone calls do about this? What I typically do regarding these incessant intrusive phone calls is call the Indian Embassy in Washington DC at [protected] and express my displeasure with this situation to them and demand their help. And in addition you also might call each of your two US Senators and your US House of Representative's offices and complain about this foreign intrusion regarding your personal well being and privacy as an American citizen. Please feel free to copy and paste this comment to all other relevant blogs regarding this matter.
viagra and cealis
They will not stop calling. Since they are based in Mumbai India, the 'Do Not Call' registry in meaningless to them. They are as rude as can be. They get different phone numbers (and figured out a way to beat the system) I had an arrogant manager tell me, he intends to now have his people start calling more often. (Luckily, they haven't - but they still call every few days). I realized there is nothing you can do - so as fed up as I am with them, I started sending 'complaint emails' to the India Embassy in Washington DC. [protected]@indiagov.org It would be great if they could use some diplomatic strength and put a stop to the nonsense. I encourage all to write them too. [protected]@indiagov.org
unsolicited phone calls
I have been receiving unsolicited phone calls from U.S. Pharmacy almost every other day for the last year. I have asked repeatedly to be placed on their do not call list and when requested, they simply hang up on me. I am also on the National Do not call list.
scam
This is my 100% guaranteed solution – it actually worked. First, it amazes me what business model exists from these losers in India who think that continuing to call someone who doesn’t want to buy their illegal “sexual enhancement drugs” will result in a complete reversal and immediate “sale”. About 3 months ago, for reasons unknown, I began getting 3-5 daily calls from these jokers asking for a “Mr Ed” who ordered Viagra, Cialis, etc. I calmly told them that no Mr Ed exists at this number. Of course, they wanted to verify credit card number and engage in other irrelevant conversation given that I had just told them that no “Mr Ed” lives here. Two hr later, another call from a guy with East Indian accent for “Mr Ed” selling Cialis, Viagra from “US Pharmacy”. I have call blocking but the number changes each time. This goes on for months. Actually, comical as I usually ask to be taken off their list and mention that they can call for the rest of this century, but“no Mr Ed lives here.” But, they enjoy calling and wasting their time. Calls usually last 5 minutes, no big deal. Two week ago, got called for “Mr Ed” and I asked “you are constantly calling for a Mr Ed who doesn’t live here and I am not interested in buying any drugs. Wouldn’t it be a good use of your time to just take this number off your calling list?. He replied “ We can remove it if you provide a credit card number for identification purposes”. I said “that makes no sense. You have my number and that’s the important piece of information”. He replied “depends on you, sir”. I replied “What?” He replied “credit card number, please. Depends on you whether we add your name to our do not call list.” I reached for my whistle and basically blew into the earpiece, I’m sure I blew out his eardrum. Interestingly I stopped receiving calls from US Pharmacy! By the way, I don't feel bad. What they are doing is no only harassment but illegal (selling prescription drugs online in the US without a legitimate physician prescription). And, by the way, it's silly to think that the FDA, FCC, or other regulatory agencies have any oversight or influence over foreign scammers - don't waste your time writing as other posters suggest.
non stop calls
Just got yet another call from someone with an Indian accent claiming to be US Pharmacy. This one came from "836-23" - these guys call repeatedly. I have asked them to take me off of their call list at least 50 times, and yet they keep calling. SO frustrating and annoying.
These US Pharmacy people have harrassed me for over 5 years with multiple daily calls from disconnected numbers, blocked, random digits! I would personally like to put every one of them in jail for life. They ignore all requests & demands to stop calling. Why doesn't the Do Not Call registry work?
daily phone calls
I get daily phone calls from them and I ask for them to not call back and they will call from another location the next day. Yesterday they called from a Texas number. Today they called from a California number.
7/1/2015 called from [protected] and today from [protected]
Can we stop these harassing phone calls?
These are likely spoofed caller ID numbers, so not much can be done. If the company could be identified and traced, you could file a lawsuit for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (up to $1500 per call). But this company appears to be a scam.
sales calls
I get at least 3-4 calls a week from US Pharmacy for that past 5 yrs. I have told them many time to take my number off their call list. Sometimes nice and sometimes not so nice. Regardless they keep calling me and I can deal with it anymore. I am about to get my attorney involved.
unsolicited phone calls on daily basis
I am a Canadian citizen receiving daily calls from this company trying to sell me perscription medication over the phone. I have repeatedly requested not to be contacted but still receiving daily calls. RCMP and government cannot stop them. I have blocked their number and they will call again, but with new number. I have 27 numbers so far. Received three calls this morning. Please STOP! 6
multiple phone calls
I have received so many phone calls from this company with many different phone numbers and from many different cities, and sme unidentified or unknown. I have asked them multiple times to remove me from their calling list. I have insulted them and done everything that I can think of to make it stop, but it has been going on for months. The primary phone number that they are calling is my cell phone: [protected]
Thank you if you can help make it stop, Dennis E Dalling
repeated calls
I have had over 500 calls from these ###s since June of 2014. At the time of submission of this complaint, it is November 2014... I am rude as fu** to these people every time they call. I tell them I am going to kill their sacred cow by using a drone to napalm their village... I then explain that after the dead cow has rotted for three days, I'm going to rip off one of its legs and use the leg to abuse the telemarketer sexually. I have called them everything from dot-heads to curry-wogs, applying every racist and profane epithet to the caller I can think of for a denizen of a pestilent hellhole like the Indian subcontinent... I've offered to sell them Slurppies through the mail... I've offered to pay for heroin, morphine, cocaine, and spice(star wars) in slurppies and chili dogs...
Now I have no desire to purchase drugs, initiate a drone strike (with or without napalm), or go to India and sodomize anyone with a dead cow leg. Or anything else for that matter... I almost hope the don't stop calling because the stress relief I get from treating these non-bathing, head shaking, curry-humping, fu**toys with the same consideration they treat me is FAN-FRIGGIN-TASTIC...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have also found these a-holes calling me several times a day. They are very aggressive and I even tried to be nice once and asked to be transferred to a supervisor. The Supervisor is just as ###ed as the rest of those idiots and eventually hung up on me when I told him to shut up and that it was my turn to talk since they were the ones that called me and ruined my day. On another occasion, one of the first phone calls, they asked me if I was interested in Viagra (being a female), asked them if it sounded like I needed Viagra. Rep: No ma'am, not you for your husband. Me: I don't have a husband, I have a wife. Rep: No ma'am not for you for your husband...This went on three more time before I finally just gave up and hung up because he just didn't get it. Dumb SOB's
telemarketing harassment
Unfortunately I made a purchase of Viagra from these clowns about 4 years ago. Since that time I was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer and had to have it removed. Needless to say I no longer have any need or reason to take Viagra and trying to sell it to me is like kicking someone when they are already down. I tried repeatedly to explain this to them when they called thinking that even a trace of compassion would stop the calls. I even told them I was terminal. None the less the calls continue and I am currently receiving as many as 6 or 7 calls a day, 7 days a week. I would change my phone number if it was atypical one but the last 4 digits are all the same and I'm not going to surrender it because of them. Like many of you I went through a phase where I played with them. Then I went through the phase of insulting them. Let me state for the record that I am not a racist and have a clear conscience in all manners regarding that issue but I went off the charts with some of my conversations with them. I called them names, made reference to graphic sex acts with animals I felt they were familiar with, accused them of unspeakable things and even asked them point blank if the Viagra would work for some of those unrepeatable acts. Nothing worked. In fact the more insulting I got, the more calls I got. I started wondering if when my number came up they didn't all gather around the same camel blanket to listen to what I had to say today. Now I'm not an ignorant individual, and I know that making threats is a serious matter, but I got to the point where I thought if it would bring them out in the open, I'd take my chances. I told them my Brother was in charge of the Drone Program and that I would have them and their family tracked down and dispensed of. Numerous threats were made and nothing changed. Today "Jason" (yea right) of some Raghead persuasion responded that I was being a "Ni***r" and that I could now count on about 12 calls a day. That brought the whole thing into focus for me. It was irritating for a while, then it was fun, then infuriating and now it's downright harassment. It is so obnoxious and persistent that it's starting to take a toll on my health due to the stress it creates. Enough is enough and I am willing to do whatever is necessary to gets these as*h**es off my back. I'm retired now, not short on funds, and willing to "invest" in bringing these people down and exposing them if there is a legitimate way to do it. I am open to suggestions. Thanks
I need these people to stop calling 7 times a day. You can never call them back, because the phone numbers are bogus. They are driving me nuts! And i am not changing my phone number. How do you get them to stop. Now!
Never was a customer. ... unwanted calls
selling medication
Selling medication wanted to know what medication I was taking would sell it for $.50 a pill. Phone number of [protected]. Claims he is calling from INDIA but the phone number from San Antonio Texas From Sept.12 through Oct. 6 called 7 xs. On the 12th called 3xs language sounds like Jamaican and a male every call sounds like the same person. I tried the number and it says the number is no longer in service and yet when I get the calls it is for the same number as the one mentioned.
What?
calling daily about viagra / cialis
Call daily since about two months ago. Each time it is a male voice with an Indian accent. Calling to ask about who in my household uses Viagra or Cialis. Not sure how they got my number. Keep blocking each time they call. But they call from a different number constantly, or block their number.
When I have tried to call back, get a busy signal or says the number doesn't exist.
The first few calls I asked to be removed from their call list. They said they would, but obviously didn't. Now when I ask to talk to a manager or supervisor, I am immediately hung up on.
It is very frustrating as I use my cell phone for work and answer every time in case someone is trying to contact me and I don't want to miss a call as it could be work related.
Is there any way to permanently block this company or remove my number from their calling list?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Get the same call, sometimes from Staten Island NY. We should pressure Congress to MAKE IT A CRIME FOR COMPANIES TO MAKE THESE CALLS.
I changed my phone number in November of 2012. Since that date I have received 2-3 calls from this "Pharmacy." I have asked several times for them to stop calling. I have gotten several responses to that request; from an ok to a hang up to a very graphic vulgar rant. I even went so far as to keep calling them trying to get the point across, to no avail.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
These people are calling me 5 to 10 times every day. When I finally answered the phone and told them to stop calling, they hung up. I called them back and asked them to take my name off their list. They hung up on me. The number they're calling from is [protected]. I've already submitted their name and phone to the Do Not Call Registry.
Is there any way to make them stop calling? I've never done business with them.
